Glen at store 4318 went above and beyond to help me. I had an authorship order that did not process due to failed payment. I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don’t want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He’s amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had, don’t have Mandi cut your doodles hair, she didn’t listen to what was requested (poodle cut, hair cut short, leave the tail and the top) tail was shaved and then on top of that was left was uneven. She doesn’t know what she is doing. To say the least. Here are before and after pictures of what I was left with.

I absolutely love this Pet Supplies Plus store. There is a much wider selection of small pets and fish than I've seen in other local pet shops (including hermit crabs, uromastyx, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, tarantulas). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the store always has what I'm looking for. I bought a Kenyan Sand Boa here, and being that it was my first pet snake, the team was very helpful with the questions I had about setting up its home and taking care of it. Many members of the team share expertise from experiences with their own pets. The team is great during my visits for more supplies.

Very friendly people always working here and this is where we buy our animals food. They also provide a whole section to actually bathe your dog with everything you need to do so even dryers!! Sometimes, you’ll be surprised how easy it is to give a dog a bath or groom if your outside your home. Plus, it’s kinda fun!! Get treats on the way out! Very nice. Working w/animals my entire life I den can honestly say this is a very well managed place w/great food, treats toys, anything you need for a pet!!

Nice customer service reps. Have everything one needs for most pets. Cricket stock can be off and on, but usually on. The time to get crickets is very long compared to Petsmart. Could use some training in that department

This place is great to wash your dog. They have a nice area with soap, towels, sprayer and blow dryer. Easy in and out. Ask about the buy 5 deal. Makes it like a $8 per wash.

This is about the living conditions of the small animals. Absolutely foul. Yeah, I get this is temporary until they are sold, but these are still way smaller than other pet stores. The guinea pigs are in a completely inappropriate size! I can tell that an employee there does care about the hamsters. They were given sand baths and on the glass is written that they need large enclosures (altho the meaning of 'large' will be different to everyone). I generally don't shop at Pet Supplies Plus and only stopped in because I was passing by and wanted to look for some stuff for my hamster. The selection in regards to that was good, considering I found some corkwood with large holes for them pass thru, but the animals really makes me want to not ever shop in a store that sells animals ever again. Please, Pet Supplies Plus, if you are truly going to give me a genuine reply to this review, then also consider looking into the living conditions and FIXING IT.

I love there curbside pick up. I placed the order online and when I pulled up, it was brought right out to me. They offer it the same day, which is great! Everyone is always helpful and friendly at the store!

If the actual owner would like to give me a call he can get my number from the groomer. The dogs "legal" name is Chaos Padilla, his nickname is Dude.Update: called the number provided. Wasted another 20 minutes of my life with the same run around. I understand the groomer can choose not to do his nails. However, find one excuse not three differemt excuses if your going to say it isn't discrimination. This just reinforced why I will not spend another single cent at Pet Supplies Plus.Absolutely the most disappointing experience at the grooming side. We took our dog for his 3rd nail trimming in 6 weeks. When we got there I gave his medication history, new proof of rabies and medical history. At first the male groomer asked if I could come back on Monday so it wasn't as busy to not trigger a seizure (Dude has very minimal "fly bite" seizures) with the noise. I shared my dog is deaf. Then he decided he didn't want to clip nails due to seizure history. Mind you they have already clips his nails twice very recently. We take him every 3-4 weeks. The groomer got the manager who told us essentially the groomer could choose not to trim his nails. He could have trimmed my dogs nails in the time he messed around finding a manager. What a waste of time. He would have done better to tell me the truth. He didn't want to trim the nails on a very large muzzled Dogo Argentino. He has never bit a groomer or vet but we muzzle him for his safety. I spend 60+ dollars between nail trim, a nice tip and treats for Dude every visit. I will never step foot in there again because of this.

I have a hard time finding our dogs food in stock at Petco or PetSmart, but they always have it in stock! We love their brand of toys, my dogs favorite is the unstuffed tiger.The workers are also helpful and willing to carry out the dog food if my hands are full with my toddler.

Employees volunteer help and take as much time as you want to assist you. The store seems to offer all supplies and services that you may want. I felt welcome to return a product that my dog did not like as well as I had hoped, and I could get money back or apply it to another product to test. They do nail trims, grooming, and baths. Selections of products seems extensive. I feel good there.

Upon entering, store was very clean and was greeted promptly by a team member. I was looking for kitten formula and a different associate showed us the several options and helped us choose the right fit for our needs. Check out was a breeze and the associate at the register was very friendly and efficient. Everyone we came across in the store was personable and asked if we needed assistance. All in all it was a great visit. This was my first time to this location and I will definitely be returning.

We love the self service dog wash, the rewards program, the variety of food and treats! But a HUGE shout out to Arely for todays nail trim. SO patient and understanding with my dog, I can’t express how much I appreciate the service!!

2 of my items were missing from my online order when I went to pick it up. You need to verify via phone beforehand as online and store stock don't always match. Besides that they are always friendly and helpful, have great coupons, wide selection. I ended up finding more toys for my kitties inplace of the stocking which were better anyway. 🙃

I walked into this place on a mission to get stocked up for my cat, the customer service here is amazing! Mickey went above and beyond, I felt like I had my own personal shopper! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and very strong when she insisted on helping me carry the cat liter to the car! It was so refreshing to come in a store and be welcomed! Attentive staff but not overwhelming you at the same time! We had lots of questions about the fish and the young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us make a good choice. (We almost bought a fish that would have brutalized our current fish!) We got a 50 lb bag of food and they offered to carry it out. Basically, everyone we had contact with in this store was professional and friendly! The dog bathing area looked really neat and what a convenient way to bathe your dogs! We may have to try that!

If you need a good pet store, this place has everything. I never thought I would need the dog showers until my dog jumped in a pond and needed to be cleaned before going home. This place had me covered!
