I have had the best experience with this company not only just the quality of their product but the way they treat their customers. When my son was five I bought him a 10.5 inch glove from them that has literally been the perfect tool for him at shortstop and pitcher. Unfortunately last week someone decided they deserved his love more than he did and stole it from him. Not only does he not have a glove now but he was heartbroken because baseball is his life. She has a game coming up Saturday so I called the company, Brandi answer the phone and was not only polite and understanding of my situation but genuinely went above and beyond to do everything she could to find a replacement for my son for his game coming up on Saturday. She called their Phoenix hub and went through everything she could to get us a glove in time and it seemed to not work out because the deliveries were all gone for the day. However I ended up getting a call 5 minutes later she had ran out to the delivery driver who was on his lunch break and asked if he would wait for her to package up a glove for us. I am beyond grateful and feel so blessed that you Brandy took time out of your day to make sure my 9-year-old now had a glove for Saturday and I will be 100% sure to make sure he understands that you did that for him! Because of you and your effort Brandy, I will not only be a lifelong customer but I will do nothing but try to push people to your business for their needs with any of your products. Honestly I look forward to getting my two boys and myself custom gloves and some bags. The smile that 9-year-old is going to have on his face when he gets that glove tomorrow is going to mean the world to me and that's because you put in the work and effort to make sure that your customers were taken care of! Thank you from the very bottom of my heart! 🙏🏼

We visited Nocona Ball Glove and took the tour, which was very interesting, very impressive process. Every glove, belt, purse, etc.is made locally in Nocona! This is a "Made in America" company, the employees are local, the owners have deep roots in Nocona, and the company js celebrating 100 years in 2 years (2026) - what an achievement, keep it up Nocona Ball Glove!Didn't you know you can have your old glove refurbished here?

Nokona Baseball Glove factory tour not available on weekends but the showroom is open. Carrie was awesome in assisting my grandson build a perfect glove. Her and another employee also helped me select a Limited Edition glove including breaking it in and laser engraving. Great folks and products made right there in Texas.

Since I was in high school, I always wished to own a custom Nokona. Well, this weekend, 20 years later, I made the trip down from North Carolina. My fiance treated me to a factory tour and bought me my first custom glove! The tour was amazing to see the rich history of the factory and each step of the glove making process. Brandy, well WOW, dealt with my 9,000 questions and walked me through each step of the glove designing process. She made me feel like I was the only person she had to deal with the whole day while still answering every other persons questions and phone calls all day. Overall amazing experience. If there was any change I could make was if there was a hard-wired kiosk to design the custom gloves, when I was there, I had to go through my phone to order it, which took away from the special factor a little but still 5 star worthy to me.

Both of my sons have used Nokona gloves since they were 9 years old. These gloves are the best baseball gloves on the market. I have since bought myself one as well and I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend these gloves highly enough!Have recently purchased a custom belt as well as a handbag for the wife. The craftsmanship on both items is as good as it gets. These leather goods are spectacular.

A piece of American history real great place to visit. The tour through the factory was very interesting. I was pretty impressed with the place I ended up buying two baseball gloves. The gloves are A little expensive but they are made in the United States of America. Remember when you buy American made products the job you save may be your own.

This factory tour was amazing! Everyone was so nice and we learned so much. It was well worth the drive and the whole family enjoyed it! We felt like VIP’s and the history behind the company is so neat, the process is humbling, every glove made by hand from start to finish!! My son had saved up to purchase his ‘forever’ glove and they were so wonderful to him (they were not trying to sell him anything just loved talking baseball with him!) We can’t imagine ever buying a different brand now and are grateful for such a memorable experience for us as a family! Just the nicest group of people ever!

Old historic town with revitalization efforts underway for the historic boot factory. This town is far outside the urban oriented "highway 35 corridor". Populations are consolidating around large cities in the 21st century. And while somewhat understandable, it's a shame to see smaller towns declining - there are so many good people and interesting aspects to these smaller towns that are not immediately evident on a short visit or drive-thru. I'm glad to give Nokona five stars

Loved Nacona Museum, great collection of history and artifacts that made Nacona a very famous small town in Texas! It's a must see for history buffs, and just so pleasant and enjoyable to see and learn all about the history, people and town of Nacona!
