Bought some skirt steak, pulled it out the package & it was sticky, slimy, bottom of the steaks had murky brown color to them & smelled of old rotten meat.

The stuffed pork chops are soooooo good. Excellent cuts of meat and briskets. Super friendly staff. I drive an hour to get my steaks from this meat market.
