A week ago I found myself in nocona Texas and was really hungry. Luckily I stopped in at the dairy Queen. This is a very large dairy Queen with lots of seating. I was greeted by a really nice young lady and she took my order promptly and correctly. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a soda. This burger was exceptionally good. The bun was fresh the ingredients were tasty and I wish I would have had enough stomach to ordered another one! I hope in the future I can return and enjoy another one. I highly recommend this dairy Queen. Also it was very clean when the restaurant and the bathrooms.

I come here all the time but today was my last time. I have never been treated so rudely before. Turns out you can't get your own drink anymore. Instead of saying that, she kept demanding what they wanted to drink. I kept saying soda because every time I said it before, I got handed an empty cup to go get it myself. I'm just tired of rude employees nowadays, at what used to be good places to go. Sometimes, a simple explanation and not a rude snide remark is all that's required, and I would have been happy, but I got the latter instead of the polite answer

Good service. Good food. Nice atmosphere. French Fry sizes are too small for the price. Lunch was just over $10 for Double cheeseburger combo, med fry and drink. Pictures show fries exactly how I received them. No, I didn’t even eat one before the photos. I asked about it and was told that was their new sizes.Largest asset is the decent restroom and large parking availability.

We were passing through on our way to Lubbock and stopped for lunch on a Sunday. This place was packed and is the biggest DQ I’ve ever seen where seating is concerned. The bad first, the latrine was disgusting and smelled like urine. No place should have a latrine that nasty, I’ve seen ports-potties that were cleaner. As others have mentioned the fries were very oily, like they were fried in oil that wasn’t hot enough. The burgers were probably the worst DQ burgers we’ve ever had.Now the good stuff, the two employees were dealt with when ordering were very friendly and professional. The Blizzards were good to go. Plenty of M&M’s in mine and Plenty of Oreos in my daughters. So ultimately the person on the fryer needs to be retrained or it needs to be fixed. I don’t know what to say about the burgers, but they’re not on par with other DQ’s we’ve been to anywhere in Louisiana or Texas. You got 3 stars because of those two employees and the Blizzards being on point.

I simply do NOT understand why it is so impossible to get good customer service these days!!! Let me give Kudos to the ONLY employee which was a 17 year old girl that actually did have a smile on her face and was very polite at the register when we where ordering and they SHOULD probably promote her because had she NOT been as polite as she was - We probably would have just walked out upon ordering - BUT ANYONE who has ever managed a store - restaurant or ANY Place of business should KNOW the importance of Customer Service and even AFTER they where OUT of Tea and OUT of Jalepitos AND we had to completely change our order from the start - They STILL screwed UP the order twice - And We where ONLY requesting NO ONIONS PLEASE - My husband is Allergic to Onions so when we ask for NO Onions - We Mean NO ONIONS - NOT just taking the burger back and returning the burger Again WITH Onions!!!! And the cook was harrasing the girl that actually took our order and Blantently cursing US when we asked him to fix the burger - the manager was no where in sight and then when we finally asked for our Money Back she seemed perplexed at US LIKE WE where just asking to much!!! I simply looked at her and said I KNOW you are managing a bunch of teenagers, BUT the boy harrasing the only good employee you have, AND the customers needs to be delt with!!! For ALOT of teenagers Dairy Queen is their First Job Experience and if The Adult in charge refuses to teach them respect, manners AND especially the Importance of Customer Service then WHERE are they going to learn because they obviously are not being taught these values any where else!!! Step UP and be an example people!!!Dietary restrictions: Restaurants should ALWAYS consider a customer's Allergies!!! And take request seriously or You might accidentally kill someone - AND that's the TRUTH!!!

No one was rude..but they were just deadpan. like the order..it was really bad. taco orders were smashed on top of each other..soggy tortillas all tore up from being so greasey..taco salads..very same way..this has become more frequent in late evenings an after dark..very dissapointing.few days before...ordered crispy chicken? salad..it had all of 5 maybe..5 chips of meat..same with other ingridents..except lettuce of coursethat is not D.Q.qualityRusty

Stopped by to get a “quick” bite to eat. Waited 20 minutes to get my food. People after had already gotten their stuff, when I asked where my order was they said “it’s almost ready”. Waited another 10 minutes then I was told the manager gave my food to someone at the drive-thru. When I finally got my order I had to get a to go bag because my lunch break was over.

Very clean restaurant and the restrooms, were clean and stocked, with amenities. We had the taco basket, fresh chopped lettuce, tomato's. The taco meat had just the right amount seasoning.We pass this way to and from our lake house in Oklahoma. It's a nice fine to get clean restaurant and restrooms.We'll be stopping here a lot more on our road trips.

This is the worst most dishonest place I have ever been to , their is not a lot of choices when you eat in Nocona so even though I’ve been here before and literally had my chicken strips cut in half and served what they call strips in the size of nuggets and like 10 fries in one basket for overprice meal I came back today only to be charged $16 for a six piece chicken strip basket with a small soda then because I decided not to pay that outrageous price for one meal I asked for my money back and because they ran my card they decided to give me cash and try to short me five dollars and change when I call them about the wrong money back the owner got attitude and still never gave me my $.23 so I went there and got charged $.23 per point through their drive-through and wasted a lot of time don’t go here . It’s rundown and overpriced and they’re complete crooks !

We got 2 Tuesday burgers and now have been waiting for 10 minutes and we're asked to pull to the side, they have only one other customer, and when we arrived they were just chatting it up with someone in a truck before they even took our order, and while our order was being taken! Horrible service! Now it's been 15 minutes and I'm edited this because someone who ordered inside, didn't get their food because it was given to us, and now they have like 10 or more customers and are behind!

It was great seeing the nostalgia of an original Dairy Queen. The staff was very polite, but they did not get my order correct. Hopefully, next time we visit, it will be amazing. The food was great!

I got a "Belt Buster" burger combo and a mint oreo blizzard for lunch, and everything was great. The overall experience definitely exceeded my expectations. If I'm ever in the area again, which is unlikely; I'll definitely make it a point to stop there... The DQ locations I've been to in Virginia don't really compare to this one.
