Walked in ,and immediately turned around. To be that dead and that dirty is scary. Some man with his pants saggy very low was doing what appeared to be food safety by the dine in drink machines. Glared at us no smile no hello. He was laser focused on pencil whipping the actual safety and temperature of the establishment. I don't know what's happening here, but feel free to call me if you need some actual management restructuring advice. The blaring music with slurs is a no go as well. No it wasn't the jukebox. This is in a small town , it needs to get structure back to thrive and make more revenue. Someone to hold the people accountable.

First experience was in the drive-thru. The worker was extremely immature and rude. After contacting the company, I was told that I had $25 as an apology for the ridiculous treatment I received. SO, I decided to give them another try, going inside the building this time. I was treated like I was a bother. The manager never looked at me but walked by while on the phone with another manager. After waiting while she spoke with the other manager, she came back and instructed that I had to pay for anything over $25. Ummm.. duh. I felt as though they were judging me to be someone just trying to get a free meal.The food was great...

The food was ok, but the time it took to come out was ridiculous. Seriously, 53 minute wat for a 6 piece steak finger basket is unreal. Yet it happened to me at this location and it wasn't even the lunch rush. I'm still giving 3 stars because the food tasted good. However, I am very disappointed at the extreme wait time and I will not be returning to this location.Parking: Parking was spacious.

My wife and I stop here often, and we are always pleased with how well the blizzards and sundaes are made. We noticed the restrooms were very clean with is something you don't see very often in a fast-food restaurant.

GOOD GRACIOUS LORD PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE. The food is mid at best, and inedible and worst. The only thing they are consistent in is the ice cream because its so hard to mess up. They had pests the last time I went in there. I don't know if they have fixed the problem, but honestly I doubt it. I also believe this DQ is independently owned, and I've heard some suspicious things about the owners.

Called in my order at 6:45 to avoid waiting in the long lines. Get here to pick it up and there are 7 cars in the drive through ahead of me. They have a handwritten sign on the door that says drive through only. It is now 7:28 and I am still sitting in line. One car has gotten their order and left. ONE CAR! If my food is cold when I get to the window I am not going to pay for it, I will go somewhere else. I am not paying $60.00 for my family to eat a cold meal when they simply could do call in orders that were already called in ahead of the people ordering now. This restaurant has never been great but it has been better than this. You never know when they are going to be open and the service is always slow. I don’t know who to contact about this but someone needs to know that they are losing money. People are tired of waiting in line and drive off and this is not even peak time of the day. It is now 7:34 an I am finally at the intercom waiting for someone to answer just so I can tell them that I have a call in order. 2 vehicles have left and come back because their order is wrong. This is pitiful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would they messed up my meal so I went into the store to resolve it they starting arguing with each other and saying they didn't take the order things get heated and one of the girls storms off into the bathroom. All staff need to be fired and the place shut down

The food is so overpriced it's ridiculous and the workers turnover rate is insane so everytime you go there's someone new that doesn't know what they're doing. I came in at 1215 on 7-19-21 for an order.. Im in a big box truck and can not use the drive through.. I walked in the side door which was unlocked and told the girls inside what the problem was and if I can make an order standing at the door. She said no and ill have to walk through the drive through to make an order. I believe they could've handled that better or maybe this restaurant is not friendly to truck drivers

The girls that work there are usually real nice. Lately theres a line most of the time. Hopefully the inside will open back up soon. The food was freshly cooked and pretty good. No complaints.

It's nice. Regular Coke was out on the fancy dispenser. Do not like these soulless computer internet drink dispenser things. Service was better when you were served your drinks. Some computer stuff is not worth the effort. Servers were nice. Blizzards are more expensive now. Seems less happiness is served now.

I would have given five stars but don't always get the order right and they don't have indoor dining now I will tell you the reason I like the place is because the people are very friendly and treat you like family check back for future updates thank you and have a blessed dayUpdate they have opened the indoor dining a lot better than the drive-thru and I have updated the stars going from 3 to 4 maybe one day I can update it again

It has changed hands in management and went through a remodel in recent years to receive a much needed visual update. But service is usually below par. Long wait times for a mediocre product. As far as taste is concerned, the food is fine and of course the ice cream is good, it may just take a few extra minutes to get it

Just so everyone knows when u pull up to the speaker and someone says "thank u for choosing dairy queen someone will be with u in just a moment" that someone is an automatic recording so if u pull up and u hear that don't get mad when no one takes ur order just means they r closed ......

The food is acceptable if you don't mind a *long* wait. On my most recent attempted trip, I sat in the drive thru for almost fifteen minutes after being greeted, but they never took my order (there were only two cars in line in front of me). The guy in line behind me finally left, and so did I after another five minutes. It somewhat defeats the purpose of fast food.

The food and service has been greatly improved until tonight. Both of my orders were wrong . Also, you cannot call in an order after 8. Workers said the policy is due to people calling in orders and not picking them up. We always eat there at least once per week for supper and various other times for shakes and malts. I'm highly considering just stopping giving them my business. A friend offered to pay for her order over the phone and they still​ wouldn't take her order over the phone. It's inconvenient. Especially for people with children and health problems

Not a real big fan of this DQ. Order's come up wrong most of the time. Missing items, napkins always missing along with condiments. Food is not that great to be honest, quality is lacking to say the least. but since it is the only fast food place in town, it does the hunger in a pinch.

This Dairy Queen was surprisingly good. We stopped here passing through town because we were absolutely starving. We quit eating dairy queen years ago because of the poor quality. I'm glad we gave it another chance. I have the A1 burger and it was massive and delicious!

This dairy queen does not participate in the monthly discounts that are advertised on tv or radio. The building was updated cosmetically but the kitchen needs a whole makeover including a deep cleaning with new appliances. Most of the workers are friendly and accommodating but its not my favorite place to eat.

Service was horrible. Waited at intercom for an excessive period of time. We ended up leaving because there was NOBODY in the line, parking lot, or store and we still were expected to wait, wait, wait. This dairy queen sucks!!

Been there twice now, won't be going back. Dry chicken sandwich, no mayo, really? Cold fries. Not mixed blizzard. Wrong kids ice cream treat. Nope. One star cause it won't let me leave 0.
