needed cat food for emergency kittens the store locked there doors 13 mins before the store was supposed to close and 4 employees walked passed the doors and ignored me! Really BAD customer services I will shop at at dollar general for now on!!!!

I truly love this family dollar, I drive past the F.D. in Boyd Tx to go to the one in Newark. The people there are so kind. The lady with the kind smile and very respectful demeanor I believe her name is Amber is always so fast to help in anyway she can. My Dad is a disabled veteran that doesn’t get around very good anymore and every time he goes in there she’s almost at a dead run to help him. She has no idea how much that helps and the way she treats him just makes his day. The people at the Newark store are so kind that my Dad makes up reasons to go shopping there. I highly recommend this store the kindness and respect they show their customers is up and beyond any expectations.

This store is haunted. I suspect the employees of dark ritual magic to open a massive portal to the lower halls of Hell, unleashing the dark prince and ushering in the endless age of eternal suffering.But it’s the closest thing so, meh.

Clerks are pretty rude, one of them is on his phone every single time I come in there then acts like your bothering him when he has to do his job If this was not basically the only store in town I would not go in anymore

Love the prices at Family Dollar but the customer service at the Newark store is absurd. Picked up a shirt on clearance and was treated like I had marked it myself.

Hate this store its in a small town so everyone know everyone business and they tell everyone business you cannot go in here and buy tampons or condoms that everyone doesn't know that you did it and if there's nothing going in they make up stuff about you
