I picked up a foster today right before he was euthanized at ACS and he was in terrible shape. Extremely matted, stinky, and terrified! Madison went out of her way to work with this dog and his fears. I cannot recommend her enough! Plus, they fit me in at the last minute for an emergency shave. I just picked him up and he looks way better than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend Madison and Woof Gang!

The customer service at this establishment is unparalleled. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They listened attentively to my requests and provided personalized care for my pet, making sure to address all of my concerns. I’m a returning customer and love my little Louie’s groom every time. I think the prices are fair and the girls are always very sweet and accommodating. He is Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix and his groom only takes an hour.Some of these 1 star reviews are way off IMO.

Everyone was very nicebut my yorkies haircut looks haphazard and sloppy. They didn’t trim his sanitary at all and I had to do it myself. Probably just inexperienced. I also don’t like that you pay (and tip) before even seeing your dog.

This Woof Gang location is the best! The staff and groomers are really great. My doodle always look so cute after his grooms! I recommend this location to everyone I know!

Be careful when using this business for grooming. During a grooming session, my dog’s sanitary area was shaved so close it was red and inflamed. No one told me when I picked him up but noticed it once I got home. I called the next business day to let them know and so I was apologized to but wasn’t offered anything recourse to make it right. Highly disappointed in how this matter was resolved or the lack there of.

My fur baby absolutely loves this place. He loves all the attention on him and is very cooperative with the groomers. He always prances around after his day at Woofgang! He loves the fun treats we get him too. Always great variety of treats each trip we make.

I have taken my dog here for grooming only twice and have been very satisfied both times of his haircut, trim, etc., but here is what bothers me. The staff. No pleasantries, no communication, bleak (example, almost like a drive through at a fast food, hurry up and be gone), but in a cute cookie cutter atmosphere. My dog looked adorable when I picked him up, but there was nothing given to me on how he did, how he behaved, how his stress level was from separation, etc. He was nervous when I dropped him off and even more when I picked him up. He is a rescue. Our bond was immediate when we met and grew fast. He is sweet as pie and in almost one year that we have gotten to know each other, tonight he is despondent. Am not in the habit of rating in the negative, but being bothered by the treatment received by staff, on top of my dog's despondency and uncanny behavior, I will not be bringing him back here again. Nope.

I fully support Woof Gang, but not sure what has changed lately. I was told my pups grooming would take 4 hours. I even split them and it was 4 hrs each day. (Every appt before had been 2hrs for both pups on the same day.) In addition, my sensitive Shih Tzu came back & was not happy at all. He usually loves the pampering. I feel like something happened that he couldn't tell me. I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog for 4 hrs. I know it does not take 4 hours to bath & cut either one. I just want them to love going like they used to. Not sure if I want to bring them back right now.

Picked my dog up today and they basically fired us. They said to find another place. I questioned when she said 4 hours for grooming. It’s never taken that long but apparently she didn’t like it when I questioned her about it. Been going there for 8 months and no issues until today. Totally shocked! Absolutely horrible customer service and very unprofessional!!!

AMAZING!!!!! I was so excited for this store to open in New Braunfels! Took my sweet Yorkie, Elle Woods, there today and they did a FANTASTIC job! Followed my wishes for her cut, the place was SO ADORABLE and immaculate!!! The ladies were so warm, friendly, and you could feel how much they loved dogs! Check-in and check-out was easy! But the BEST thing was when I picked up Elle Woods she seemed happy and well taken care of, what a GREAT feeling!!!💕💕💕💕💕💕

We have been customers since shortly after opening. We really loved Woofgang until our last few appointments. We've been charged multiple different prices on our visits and Woofgang was kind enough to reach out to discuss this.Today I brought in another pic of how 2 of our dogs should be cut. Upon pickup, the dogs were not cut correctly despite the picture. Since we have been home, both dogs are scratching their ears nonstop. I looked in their ears and they are not clean and loaded with hair!I'm so disappointed considering the price increase. I really do not want to search for another groomer, but I feel I have no choice. During my phone call with the manager, it was mentioned that the upcharge was to discourage more appointments for dogs with curly hair. Clearly they have more than enough business and do not need us as customers.

I have dealt with Woof Gang Bakery and Groomimg in New Braunfels and San Antonio. I have found New Braunfels very difficult to deal with. I called at least 8 times, no answer and then I was put on hold. My husband was standing there waiting for our "Penny" She is a small chihuahua/Terrier mix. I was initialy told 45 minutes. I left her at 2:00. At 3:15, we are still waiting. The young man I initialy dealt with was very polite. I did not find Jenna to be that way. She just kept telling me I was given the wrong information. I paid for a bath, grooming and a collar and chick chips. Jenna needs a lesson in customer etiquette.

Love it here! They took care of my sweet cocker spaniel Max (and soon his brothers too!). Clean, professional and warm, there is nothing I would change! Max looked wonderful and was such a happy boy after, I have no doubt he had a great time.

Amazing service all around. They always manages to get us in for service. The groomers do a super job with my OES whom has a very different thick coat. Just the cutest and kindest place. They love my dogs like their own.

This place is amazing. Bought special treats for our dogs. It was Daisy's birthday (2 yrs old ) so I bought her a birthday cookie, Mason had a Dinosaur cookie and Mollee had a Cupcake cookie. ...a small piece. We want to savor the cookie for another couple of days. 😍 Their homemade cookies are awesome and soft for our Shih Tzus
