I got to meet the leader, Supervisor Jimmie First. She is very accommodating. This was my first appointment, and I was late. My Chihuahua decided to make "The Great Escape". Took me forever to catch him. I ended up leaving him at home. I dropped off my large dog and ran back to get the troublemaker. And she took him right away. I can't thank her enough.

I'm am SHOCKED !! Took my granddaughter to get a Cory Cat for her 10 gallon aquarium also a veiled Angel fish.The store would not sell me the fish for my granddaughter's 10 gallon aquarium said she needed at least a 29 gallon aquarium.I have made a lot of money breeding, selling, and cleaning fish and aquariums. I told the manager I understand the risk. You can have my money I'll take the risk. Sorry no can do was his response. What??????? I mean really WHAT?Grandpa is NOT happy.I'm thinking it's a PetSmart policy. I've visited two more stores they asked the same question.

Mark and Hector have great customer service! Thank you both for helping me get my new aquarium in my sedan. I was not expecting to actually purchase it today, but I have wanted a new one for a few years and couldn’t pass up a good deal. I hope you guys see this and know how appreciative I am of yalls professionalism, dedication, and kindness. The other employees were helpful and kind as well, but I didn’t interact with them as much so I didn’t catch their names. I always have great service at the location by Lowes, that’s why I keep going there.

Not gunna lie, I typically buy things online off Amazon, but there's something about going to the actual store to get what your pet needs immediately. This is why I go to Petsmart in NB!It's up to you how you want to feed your pet, but I will say, this location is clean, they have plenty of stock of what you want (albeit, it's not as diverse as some of the bigger stores, but the staples/essentials are there), and I like the staff there. They weren't rude. They were very attentive and greeted me when I walked in the door... overall great customer service.So yes, I'll pay a little extra for in person shopping, so long as this store continues with their great customer service!

this store has employees that do not care about their animals or customers inside. there was a dead fish in her cup. no one seemed to care. very unpleasant and disgusting. i hope management does something about the employees (who didn’t even offer help or say hello) and the poor animals that are suffering in that store.

With cold weather coming, I needed a sweater for my dog. Not alot of selection but found what I wanted. Picked a chew toy and a couple treats also. Reasonable pricing, ok service

Went looking for speciality food that we can't get at other stores. Didn't get greeted on the way in or asked if we need help from employees.. Everyone seemed to themselves & not very friendly. They weren't busy because there wasn't hardly any other customers in at that time. They did have cute kittens for adoption so we did get to see those cute friendly faces.

very helpful staff who will personally show you where something is rather than just tell you the aisle number. I got there maybe 10 mins before they were closing and they didn't seem irritated and gave my husband and I their full attention to our pets issue and was very helpful asking question about our situation to address our needs and budget. thanks guys keep up the good work!

Ok, so we had a waitress, and it was early on her first day..so I was able to deal with that. but my grumpy husband...not so much. The breakfast menu was short, but we all enjoyed our food.

Grooming department is terrible . Paid over $160 for 3 dogs to be groomed and we get a call that they can’t do one dogs neck but still charged us for it . They didn’t dry either of my German Shepards before giving them back to us and my short haired terrier didn’t even get the bath we paid for .. they literally shaved her back and trimmed her nails . I’ll be reaching out to corporate today to get a refund and make a complaint .

My son and his dog love shopping together. PetSmart has a good selection on products and occasionally puts Science Diet on sale. I love the variety of dog and cat foods that are nutritionally taylored to my animals needs.

My dog needed his nails trimmed I called if they had time the girl said yes. Told her we'd be there in 10 minutes. They took him right away took less than 6 minutes and he was ready to be picked up. They're friendly and careful with him he's a chihuahua. I bring him in whenever he needs nail trimming. Great job!!

The customer service that I have received at this Pet Smart has been nothing less than stellar. That is the reason that I drive on I 35 to go there. FYI I-35 is an extremely busy freeway 24/7

We always come or call here to purchase small crickets for our tree frog. Always always always disappointed!! They never order enough crickets for customers and their reptiles in store. There is always a note stating that small crickets left are for store reptiles. This is ridiculous for the “Americas Largest Pet “store. I just wish they would order enough supply for at least their reptiles so maybe customers could purchase crickets for our pets!!

I had a very helpful experience until I got home. I an item missing from my bag, and I tried to call but couldn't get through on the phone. Apparently if an item is missing you can't call to see if you can talk to someone. I called the corporate number and apparently nobody from corporate can call them either. So, he told me I was just going to be missing my item. Corporate you should have a customer service person answering the phone.

Several weeks ago my wife took our 4 dogs to this Pets Mart. She spent approximately 456.00 for our dogs shots. While there she made an appointment for all 4 dogs (3) for baths and nail trims. (1) for bath, nail trim and grooming. (1) dog (7 lb poodle) was scheduled earlier than the other dogs. I took the other (3) dogs to their appointment which was at 3p. Unfortunately I arrived 12-13 mins late. I made contact with 2 employees at the grooming department. They had a short conversation and then told me that I was too late and that I would have to reschedule. I asked for a manager who turned out to be the assistant manager. He had a short conversation with the employees and then told me no, that I could reschedule. He never gave his name. I asked if he could check the computer to see if there were any cancellations and he said no that he had already spoken to the employees and the answer was still no. He kept telling me that it was for the safety of the dogs and employees. He said he didn’t want the employees rushing and risking injury to the animals. I asked for the manager and district manager information which he gave after a 10 minute wait. He then came back and said that they could do one dog. I said no and then asked for the status on my poodle. He said it would be about another 20-30 minutes. The poodle was dropped off at 130 p. It was 330 p. I was later contacted by a district manager who was very helpful. I then spoke to the store manager. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. He did apologize for the way the incident was handled. He said it should have been handled differently. I asked him what course of action he was going to take. I told him that the customer service should have been better. He spoke to me about retraining the employees. I asked him for an example and he said that one of the things that would be doneis role playing using different scenarios to help employees

I felt bad for the girl at the front register...right by the door freezing air blowing in....it was like 45° outside....she didn't complain at all but could tell she was cold even all bundled up.... Not very nice management when there were two empty registers further over away from the doors....don't think we'll shop there anymore if they don't care for their employees and they must not think that us customers are not very smart that we wouldn't be able to look down a couple of rows to find a cashier please please don't put your employees right in front of the door when it's freezing outside that's just wrong.... very helpful people inside the store though when we were shopping looking for something in particular which we unfortunately was unavailable...... the four stars are for the employees for sure.
