We visited pet supplies plus last week and we loved it!!! The prices are amazing, the plan was to go there for their grooming area but we left with some dog treats and toys. I’d absolutely recommend again & again!

Oh my goodness I was so impressed with this place! They have only been open for a few weeks but they run like they have been open for a while. The staff was friendly and helpful.We took our dog to the self wash and I was so impressed with the set up! It's incredibly user friendly and such a unique and helpful idea. They have a stamp card you can purchase to get a discount on the washes and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely be doing that next time. I also had a question about a dog brush for my husky and the groomers not only took the time to explain a good brush for her but also showed me where to find them since I was new to the store.Their dog treats were also some of the cheapest I have seen in town. I am so excited to go back

Stopped in to check out the new location. Great, friendly customer service, was greeted & asked if we needed help with anything right away. Really cool DIY dog washing station & also a grooming room, not sure if grooming is DIY too or if there’s an actual groomer to make an appointment…we don’t have dogs so I didn’t ask.They have live bait, including crickets & worms! They have non-slip flooring around the fish tanks which is super nice! Their prices are very reasonable although the crickets are a bit pricey IMO when everyone else is .08¢ to .12¢ per each, they’re .15¢ per each here but they’re larger than what Petsmart offers as far as size. The store also sells live fish, Parakeets & small reptiles.We’ll definitely be back though, overall great experience.

I love coming to this location for the grooming team. They make anxious dogs feel safe and cared for. (Owners too!) For the past several months I’ve scheduled my two greyhounds for regular nail trims and my dogs dramatic/anxious behaviors have drastically improved. They get love, rubs, treats, and attention.

This review is only for the grooming portion of the store. I unfortunately had a very bad experience with my senior dog. After picking him up I noticed he could barely open his eye. After taking him to the vet they said this was from shampoo getting into his eye and basically stripping 2 layers of his eye. We had 3 medications and eye drops 8x a day to ensure he didn't lose his eye. This was most likely an accident but just wanted to make others aware to mention not to wash their pups face with soap.

Just about everything you could need for common house pets. Very clean. Massive pet washing station. Very friendly with attentive staff checking on me as soon as I walked in the door. Great experience and I will be back.

The grooming salon is incredible. The store is clean and organized. We love this store. I highly recommend the grooming dept for your grooming needs for your cat and/or dog

Had more supplies than I expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was offered assistance without needing to ask or search the store for a staff member. I had considered shopping around for the best deal on the item I was looking for, but I decided I'd rather spend my money here, where I was treated like a valued customer.

Have visited the New Braunfels location a few times now and am overly impressed! All staff have been kind and helpful and they actively are working with the local shelter with loads of donations, so glad our town has this store now!

I'm glad they are here in New Braunfels finally 😊Hopefully, they will be able to get the size bag of dog food I need, and I won't have to keep going to Petsmart just for that.I have used the self wash at their store on Bulverde pretty much every other weekend, and now I have tried this store. There are a couple of things I would suggest.1. There needs to be something in there to be able to set stuff down on (i.e. bag one might bring in with their dogs' stuff in it)2. There wasn't a trash bin in there, so there was no place to throw hair away from your dog when you clean out the drain should it get full.I like to clean up after I wash my dog and didn't have a place to throw the dog hair away.
