My dog is a very picky dog. And everyone who works there was very helpful. You don't have to chase helpers. My dog is still picky. DOGS ARE WELCOME THERE TOO.They have small animals for sale and the food they need. If you have or want small animals, try this place 1st. You will not be disappointed unless they don't have what you want.

This was my first, but definitely not my last time here! I needed feed, and the staffers were super friendly, prices were fantastic, and even though it was extremely cold, the young man helping me load the sacks was very personnable. Cheers!

Customer service is everything, and the employees have no customer communication skills and talk to their customers super disrespectfully. They disregard customer complaints about their animal welfare and professionalism. Diana and Trey were super disrespectful. I was hoping this could be my new store for finding supplies, but they have lost my business. This place has really gone downhill in employees and animal care. The cages they kept their animals in were disgusting and hadnt been cleaned on a regular basis. Couldnt see the parakeets through all the feces on the glass, no water, no hideaways, all bird cages were overcrowded and way too small, food looked days old. I will no longer go here because they lie, and wont try to correct the issue or bad behavior. I wish I would have taken pictures at the level of disregard they had for animal welfare.

Animal cruelty and nothing else. I don’t understand why is it so difficult to pour fresh water into animals bowls. I am not kidding, for 3 hours (and I bet it was longer than that) the bowls were as dry as a desert. I kindly asked an employee to give them some water and the young woman said that she will (but she didn’t). I was circling around forgetting what I needed to buy and they finally came and pour water into the bowls (if you could only see how all animals ran to the bowls and within seconds the bowls were empty, animals were very thirsty). Farmers and vendors who bring poor creatures to this store, please check on how your animals were treated and the quality of their life there. Birds never have food or clean water. Smaller creatures (like degu and hamsters) looking sad and devastated by the uncomfortable environment. The area where they keep doves is looking extra scary - huge cobwebs. One of the small finches was shivering and after I talk to the employee, they didn’t do anything. Just a few minutes later I found that bird dead. Awful!I was leaving the store in tears.We all know how short their lives are and how sad the future of poor farm animals, please have some humane sensitivity and compassion.

Best place for small animals. Yesterday I bought a rabbit from them. They told me that he had been there the longest so I was a bit skeptical to get him because I didn’t know how often he had been handled. The lady that helped me was awesome she gave me great service, and I’m so glad I chose him. He has gained such a personality and warmed up so much in just a day. Thank you guys for taking such good care of him till he found his forever home!

Wow! I mean, what don't they have? From bunnies, horse saddles, three or four isles of dog food, to an animal medical section, everything you need to garden, hardware and chainsaws, fencing and equipment, and hay and more hay. And the friendly staff that will run around and help any way they can with a smile. From hand made soap to medicine for your horse.

I have been purchasing my animal feed at this place for 25 years and also before I moved here while I was visiting my friend. It's a wonderful old-timey store with staff who have been here for ages and are very personable. Frequently there are baby chicks or goats or piglets depending on the time of year which thrills the small children who come in. Just a fun place to do business or to visit and perhaps buy some honey or peanut brittle.

We absolutely love the Feed Store. The staff is super friendly, helpful and almost always greet everyone as they come in. Very warm and family feel to being there. This is the kind of place that you want to do business with.My daughter who has multiple special needs loves coming to the feed store and seeing the small animals that they have there. On the last day we visited they had several white rabbits that we got to petamd hold. They also have a nice variety of birds for sale.We buy all our pet food here! They have a huge selection of pet food so go check them out and keep your money in New Braunfels.

I love this place for cool and unique gifts, I shop there every year. This year I bought my mom a beautiful glass bird bath, she absolutely loves it. They have great stuff and I would much rather give them my money than give it to Walmart or Amazon.

Got it bag to the store no refund.Not very costumer friendly i guess when you have that many five stars it doesn't matter what one person writes.Not going back for sure.

This is a pretty good place I like going to get my chainsaws worked on and purchased from.Shelby the mechanic is the best mechanic I have ever experienced since I got involved in buying chainsaws.He actually talks to you like a real person He describes what's going on and he gets to the issue without any confusing hesitation or being ambiguous about it and not explaining what all needs to really be done or was done He's very knowledgeable and in my experience just overall the best in his field of work and line of expertise

This is a great local feed store! Helpful and knowledgeable staff who are always courteous and eager to assist you with anything you need. Definitely a higher level of service than you get from the chain stores. Prices are excellent.
