I shop at this Tractor Supply often. I especially love the curbside pickup. They are in stock often with many items that are needed from pet care to farm supplies. The store is kept up neat and nice and the staffing (for the most part) have always been friendly.

He walked us through how it worked, what to expect with a new mower, and how to get the most out of our purchase. More, he gave us 1-on-1 attention, while still being available to other customers. The bearded (manager?) is consistently rude. 4 trips over the past month for me or one of my employees and each time he is rude. Just screamed at one of my guys waiting to pull around back to pick up large order. Someone at corporate should relieve this guy of the job he obviously HATES! Take your money to ATWOODS . It’s just a few miles up the road.

We called ahead to make sure what fencing materials they had available. Got to the store and the employees tell us they don't carry what we're looking for, then go back to shooting the breeze with one another. I found this highly unprofessional. They didn't even bother to check what they had out back. So we informed them that we had just spoken with someone that said they did in fact carry fencing. At that time they finally found time to check and indeed located what we were looking for. I was upset that they nearly wasted my time when I did my due diligence by calling ahead and went there fully expecting to spend quite a bit of money. I ended up making my purchase there out of convenience even though they were short on how much I needed. They did call me though when more came in a week later. I hope they do better from the start for other customers though.

i ordered a replacement pan for my puppy cage but it was too little. the staff gladly exchanged it for another one only to get home and that one didnt work either. the staff went above and beyond to make my exchange a successful one even tho it wasnt there mistake. i was too lazy to take the other pan back up there because by this time i had thrown the receipt away and since the staff was so nice about helping me fix the situation i didnt want to bother them again

Employees were rude, had to get panels and tpost loaded and one of the boys that helped load was throwing my tpost and clips. Cashier acted like we were bothering her because we were checking out! Jeers!!!Also one of the employees were vaping while walking through the store to the stock room!

to be completely honest I had stopped in because I had needed change to be able to help a friend that needed it, so I asked the rather unpleasant man "who acted like he didn't want to deal with anybody in the first place", if he could help with helping my friend and he said he couldn't just give change, so I said okay do you have anything under a dollar and told me the cheapest thing they had was a candy bar! note that I am visually impaired and I mentioned this to the man before asking of anything under a dollar, but anyway after paying for my nearly three dollar milky way candy I was walking towards the door and"squinting really hard" I see a novelty item very close to the register for 79 cents! that experience ruined me for this particular Tsc!

Will not match competitors pricing because the competition does not have as much overhead. Manager said their stuff is more expensive because they have an actual store front which increases overhead. I can order identical items online and have them in under two days. Same brand, same size, same description. Just spent $600 online that would have been spent in this store. Stores like this will be closed soon if they dont adjust to the new marketplace.

We love our tractor supply!!! They have sucj amazinv service, they are always so helpful and gave us so much amazing help when buying our zero turn mower! The cashier we jas was SO amazing and helpful. Tjeu also helped us to find wvwrything we needes for our new pup and kitten too! We will always go back for our home and animal needs!!!!!

Do not buy huskee lawn mower batteries here. They last six months and warranty is only six months. Never bought a battery anywhere with less than one year battery..
