The dog was not feeling well and they were able to get me in right way. Got in quickly and was able to see Dr. Biel. He was super nice and careful to make sure our dog was comfortable and not scared during the exam. He was able to give a diagnosis and some medicine right there on the spot and by the time we got home the crazy dog seemed to be almost back to normal. Will definitely go back here again if crazy dog starts feeling bad again!

The best, Dr Moore have been my Fur Baby Doctor for 11 years. When my fur baby gets sick he always find the time to get her in. And if it’s the same existing problem he will renew her prescription without having to carry her back in. Thanks to Dr Moore and Staff, even Joan has retired now I still have to give her a big shoutout!

Both times I've been to More Animal Clinic has been a positive experience the first time I went with my cat Milo I didn't know what to expect but they were great with him. Second time I went was with my dog tan and he actually got shot and was boarded for 2 days and they did a great job with him. If I ever ever need anything that has to do with a veterinarian I will be going back!

Friendly staff, professional service. Never had a problem in the 5 years we have been going to them. Always willing to answer the endless questions I have with patience. One time a lady came in with a dog that was hit by a car while we were doing a check up. Moore switched his attention immediately to what truly mattered and understandably so.

Awesome place to take your loved animals. Loving staff, warm and friendly. Dr. Moore is no nonsense exam your animal and tell you whats wrong and what to do for a cure. Liked the attention and straightforward know how on what and how to fix the problem. Both my cat and dog were at ease and had little stress. Thank you!!

I had to have a rescue cat put down at Moore's Animal Clinic in New Boston. It was a very difficult thing to have to do, but the staff and the vet were extremely nice and comforting, more so than most other vets I have been to. I really appreciated them more than they knew. I would definitely recommend their services.

Dr. Moore is a amazing Dr. Really cares about our fur babies. I took my puppy in yesterday even without any money , and he treated her with shots and meds. He even told me how to care for the one I had at home. The one he treated in the office passed away yesterday evening. And the other one this morning but he still tried his best to help. I will always use Dr Moore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called on Friday to price and schedule spaying my dog that had just went into heat. I was quoted $127 if she's under 60lbs for a female during her cycle. I was asked if I had been to the clinic before I hadn't so me and my dogs info was taken and we scheduled the appointment for Monday. When I get there I'm asked if I was new I said yes and then had to provide the same info about the as before. I ask if I pay now or when I pickup. I was told to pay at pickup. I said ok Ill pay the $127 when I pick her up. She said right and then said it'll be $205 for female under 50lbs in heat. I told her thats not what you just told me and told me Friday. She said sorry and that was it. This should never happen fees should be standard and you should know the fee before you waste peoples time driving up there.

Very poor experience here. Office lacks proper communication with clients, did not call to confirm the course of treatment which was well over the $250 limit they were supposed to call on. Never spoke to the vet about what he had done, didn't receive aftercare instructions, and no one followed up to see how my baby was doing afterwards. Very disappointed in this vet and his staff.
