Great little coffee shop! Swung in this place while traveling east. Opted to support local than that big chain in Texarkana. I was glad I did! Great coffee. Very nice lady working there and was super quick! It's a little off the main road but worth the detour. Has a drive thru but I went inside. Great space if you need to sit for a minute. Plenty of room and a public restroom available.

Stopped in while heading home on a road trip, and I am so delighted I did as it supports local business and also fellow Christians. The barista was very kind and quick. There are lots of great flavors, the coffee was creamy and delicious. I ordered a hot latte with almond milk and almond joy flavor, simply amazing. Will be stopping by in the future if my travels bring me across it again! God bless Coffee-ology!

Husband found this place while I was dying for some coffee on the way home yesterday and boy am I glad he did! This coffee was AMAZING. The atmosphere was so chill and the staff was SO kind and welcoming. Jolene helped us and she was wonderful. She was super kind, bubbly and welcoming. You could tell how much she loved working there and she spoke very highly of the owners as well! She really made the experience 10x better! Upon leaving, I immediately messaged my sisters to recommend this place. Thank you Jolene & Coffee-ology! We will definitely be back!

It’s been two years since I made this review and you ladies have never let me down at all. I absolutely love the coffee and the service? Do yall put up an add for only the sweetest people work here?? Yall are the best hands down. You have no worries here for Starbucks!!! Coffee is amazing you gotta go try it if you like coffee. Just the right temperature to drink it. And the flavor is amazing. They have snacks sitting area and a T.V. for your convenience.

Cute coffee shop with super friendly employees! The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy. The drinks were amazing. I suggest the Tiger's blood Red bull infusion! Great prices as well!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly drinks i.e. flavored milk, hot chocolate.

This place is super awesome! The staff is always really friendly and helpful. The drinks are top notch. The service is fast. The orders are always right. The fudge is a really cool addition. I love the varieties of flavors both in the fudge and the coffee. The nutty Irishman is soooo tasty. I also love the heath bar and the thin mint. I have yet to get something I didn't like. I go here A LOT. Thank y'all for opening in New Boston!!

This is the only coffee shop I’ve ever found that has a variety of sugar-free flavors. Some have vanilla and caramel, but this place is amazing. Great place to hibernate with a book and enjoy the brew. Need more of these places.

Overall a great and friendly place to go. One girl does seem like she would rather be somewhere else and charges me more for the exact same thing than another lady does but still a great place to go. I wish I knew names of the workers but the other lady is extremely nice and helpful and actually makes you feel super welcome. She's awesome.

My husband and I came here on 2 consecutive days with very differing experiences. Our first day/experience was incredible with Jolene. What a sweetheart! We had great conversation with her and she made excellent coffees!However, on our second visit, Katie was the worker and had a sour attitude. It looked like she and her boyfriend/significant other were fighting - he was sitting there during her shift which seemed unprofessional to us.We had a service dog (medical alert) with us both times, which there was no issues with Jolene on the first day. The second day with Katie, she was slamming things behind the counter which scared our dog. We had to then hold him to try and calm him down, which she then stated he cannot be on the table (it was just his front paws for a few seconds while we were getting settled). We explained we are trying to get things situated as our dog had gotten scared from all the slamming noises she was making. She promptly turned around and slammed another door, so we left. As we got in our car, her boyfriend (?) "mean-mugged" us with a smirk as he drove out of the parking lot.Not sure what was going on the second day, but the owners needs to be aware of these situations and the people they employ.5 stars for Jolene and the coffee shop itself. Zero stars for Katie and her "tough guy" boyfriend.

This coffee house gets the coveted 5 star rating. The coffee is delicious at this establishment. The cafe mocha white and cinnamon toast are my personal favorites. Great people here serving up delicious coffee. Love the atmosphere at this location! No need to travel 20+ miles for a good cup of Joe, because Coffee-ology has it covered for New Boston

I'm thrilled to have this great little coffee shop in New Boston! It's a convenient location near Brookshires, if a little tough to spot from the road. Their iced lattes and blended coffee beverages are fantastic, and I look forward to trying more beverages as it gets cooler later in the year. Every single employee I've encountered is extremely friendly and customer service minded, and their drink quality is consistent across all the employees, which speaks well of their training. As a former Starbucks barista for 4 years, I'm more than happy to give this coffee shop my business and to recommend them to anyone else in the area!

Friendly service and staff the best fudge flavors you have ever tasted the best coffee iced, hot, dripped, French press also and/or blended/iced coffee, really good pour over too. They can also make a blended drink without coffee base. Overall amazing!!!

Really good coffee! The Americano I had was a good brew and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere of the place was pretty chill and made for a decent place to work for a couple of hours while I was in town.
