Friendly staff. Don't take a chainsaw to them. Team is not in any hurry to repair. And I could never get anyone to call me back. I had to always go up there. Chainsaw was there over two weeks and nothing was done to it. Picked it up and took to another dealer.

I wanted to take a couple of minutes to write up a review for this Ace Hardware location. Businesses are businesses and it's the staff that makes all the difference. I was browsing around, looking for parts to conjure a hardware solution for a problem. Dee, and older gentleman (who I learned has lived in the area most of his life!) asked if I needed help. Said I was looking for a kind of part, he inquired further as to what I was doing. After explaining, he ran all over the store with me, trying different parts and solutions. I ended up buying a 10 foot piece of pipe, which he graciously offered to cut into thirds for me. He made some other suggestions ("don't want to get in your business, though") that were extremely helpful. Probably some of the best customer service I've ever received in my life. Thank you, Dee, for taking so much of your time help me work out my fixes.

Even though we arrived near closing time, we were greeted as soon as we entered and given the assistance we needed without being made to feel as if we were delaying the employees end of day procedures. As a matter of fact, we received the best customer service that we have experienced in a long time. We will definitely return when the need arises.

I’ve gone in several times since they opened and have always been greeted at the door and helped to find whatever I was looking for. You can see that the owners work on customer service, because everyone is very polite and helpful. The store is also extremely clean. I enjoy going in there to find the things that I need and browsing to see what new things they have brought to their store. My husband and I will be regular customers.

If you cant find what you need at Walmart here or get to Texarkana, Ace has pretty much everything you'd need in a pinch in a small town- New Boston. However, you are going to pay for the convenience! They are expensive.Service is hit or miss.

I was initially very happy about our new ACE hardware store. I shop there almost weekly. When the store first opened, I gave a 5 star rating. Why? The store is extremity well stocked, and remains that way. The staff is very well trained, and their desire to be of help is critical to a stores success. In the last couple of months I have begun to notice a few small issues. I went to ACE to purchase a hammer. I thought the price seemed a little excessive, so I decided to do some comparison shopping. I picked a hammer with the fiberglass handle, wrote down the price, and shopping I went. I discovered a like hammer at Walmart, and was shocked to find the hammer over $5.00 cheaper. Over $6.00 less at Harbor Freight. I began computer shopping on purchases at that point. Without fail, ACE is the more expensive store to shop. However to be fair, with the higher price comes usually great employee assistance, and rapid check out. Recently I was greated at the door and asked if I needed assistance. I replied in the affirmitive. Before he and I made three steps, we were stopped by a lady needing help. The gentleman without saying a word, took off with the lady. Not to long ago I glanced down an isle, where I saw two employees engaged in a back rub. When the male saw me, he quickly moved away. Do these types of actions suggest a break down in the professionalism that keeps me going back time and again? I guess only time will tell. Be cause of overpriced items, and a few employee infractions, I lowered my rating to a three. Despite lowering the rating, I will probably continue to shop at ACE. Have a great day.

Can't give five stars. Every visit they meet me at the door, ask what I'm looking for, take me somewhere in the store, ask more questions, I tell them what it's used for, find it with them... Or while they go ask someone else I just find it on my own. Or worse find out I should have gone to a larger store that carries what I'm looking for. When all the stars align I'm happy I went. They are always friendly... Just don't enjoy training employees on my time.

Searched for a paint online that said curbside pick up today $8.99. Go to the store to buy it and its $14.99 when I asked about price difference I was told they couldn't compete with Ace Hardware prices? Pretty sure that's the name on the store out front. Anyway I was told to buy it online. And than local businesses wonder why we dont shop local

This Ace Hardware is new to our town. Thankfully the owner moved into a semi empty shopping center, giveing hope that we will see more new retail stores in our little town. I am very happy to see this center coming back to life. Thank you Ace Hardware. This store is large. I mean like huge floor space. Lots of work went into making the store attractive. The asiles are very wide ensuring a easy shopping experience. The employees are very well informed about their products, as well as being responsive to customers needs. While shopping, you will find the asiles well stocked. I have yet to make it to the gardening center, but am anxious to see what is in store for us there. Be blessed.
