The key copy service there was fantastic. They were willing to cut a (transponder/FOB) key copy for my vehicle, despite that I was supplying the key from one I bought on Amazon. They did an excellent copy and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! I had tried 3 other "big hardware chains", and not one of them was willing to even try.

This is an awful company that does NOT stand by their products! We have made many large purchases at Western Power and Hardware to help support local business and in return the owner, Charlie, was inconsiderate and disrespectful. A new mower purchased there stopped working after only a handful of uses on a small patch of grass. The mower was still under warranty so we brought it back in. We got a call from Charlie he says the work isn't covered under warranty and that they already did the work so we have a bill! When he was asked why he didn't ask before doing chargeable work he told us he doesn't have time to call customers and get their permission! Then he said just pay me half and never bring it here again. After less than a year after purchase he refuses to honor a 3 year warranty! I'm so disgusted by this owner's lack of customer service and honor. If I could give them zero stars I would. Looks like Lowe's is going to get my business from now on because I will not be returning to a company that can't exercise common sense or respect for their customers.
