Since moving to Needville 3 years ago, Hometown has been my go to Tire/Maintenance/ Lifts/you name it place, they are always consistent with A+ work and cost transparency. Ran over a large screw on Hwy 59 near Needville. Contacted the Tire Service after a Good Samaritan patched the tire and reinflated it.In and out within 10 minutes at Hometown Tire. Very nice amenities available, water, snacks, soft drinks, along with a changing table and even feminine hygiene products in the very clean restroom. Friendly knowledgeable staff made this almost a pleasant experience.

I was traveling home to Louisiana with my daughter and her baby. We had a flat on a busy highway. I have roadside assistance and called them. After waiting for nearly an hour and getting notices of a longer ETA my daughter found Hometown Tire & Service and saw they had roadside assistance. She called them and they were there in just a few minutes. They put the spare on and we went to their shop. The flat tire couldn’t be repaired so I purchased two tires. The service was excellent and we were back on the road quickly. We are so glad we called them. Thank you Hometown Tire & Service!!

I needed an inspection and oil change. They were busy, but got me right in. Everyone there was friendly and polite. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and such.

I have heard from others how great this place is but not until yesterday did I experience it personally. The owner personally helped from the time I got there to helping me back out the trailer to the highway by stopping traffic to allow safe passage. He wished me safe travels and didn’t have that awkward look like his competitors, who were hoping for a tip.

The only complaint I have was it was too busy!! Took a while to get my truck in, I almost wish they would take appointments… it isn’t because they are slow, the cars are moving in and out fast. Once they took my truck back they had it aligned and ready in about 30 mins. Good service, very helpful, very respectful staff.

The absolute best place around. This a place where you are treated like Family. They care about everyone that come in. We had issues a couple of times where we broke down and someone from the Mr. Dan without hesitation went to where my wife was and able to get her vehicle going and his son Zach did the same for me as well. Mr. Dan and Zach run the business the way everyone should run their business, with passion, care and love for people always putting customers first. I want to also send a shout out to the entire Team at Hometire. They have the best Team ad well, hard working folks that look out for each other and always friendly with customers, they are just good people to be around and trust with your vehicle. I am here working from out of town. After not getting calls back from other local shops we called hometown tire. When i explained what we needed done and the need for a quick reponse they jumped on it. They called several times to keep us informed. Then we got the bill and i thought it was very fair. We will send our work to them going forward!

I went in with a low tire, thinking I would probably need anew set. The tech there assured me my tires were in good condition and repaired my low tire, which had a nail, for free! The workers there are very kind and honest.

I've always had a great experience with hometown tire but yesterday they really earned all my business. I had a flat over the weekend and was rolling with the spare on. I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours but they came and got me after about 20 mins and told me it was just a nail so they plugged it. Mind you, it's a fleet vehicle so I'm not responsible for any repairs or maintenance. Other shops would have tried to replace the tire or possibly all 4 tires since they know the company would have paid for it. But not hometown, no charge and I was out the door. Good job guys!

3 hours to just patch a tire ? Crazy so I went down the road and got it patch only took them 10 min. So much for warranty on tires hopefully y'all don’t take years to get me a new tire if I ever need to warranty mine.
