This store does not know what they are doing. Management is horrible. I placed an online order at 8:45 am to be ready between 3:00-4:00 pm. Because of the “rain” they are having computer problems. REALLY?

Love the store. Very clean but the check lady was very rude and ugly. I went to check out and she stood there on her phone for a good five mins. As soon as I put my basket up on the counter she just poured all the stuff out and threw the basket onto the floor. She scanned my items and threw them all in the bag. Everything I got was candy for my sons Easter basket which some were broke when we got home. Then instead of turning the thing towards me so I could get my bag of stuff I had to reach over and get it. She wouldn’t give it to me and was already starting to scan the next person. She was very rude. It was a young girl with black curly hair. She didn’t even greet anyone as they walked in the door cause she was on her phone the whole time. Any other time when it was someone else working there they treated me like a real customer. Not the young curly hair lady. She needs to go.

Staff does not greet the customers, the store messy,the staff talks to each other too much about outside things you hear. Do not say "Thank You Come Again" after spending your money. I have gone to Pleak store clean. They greet you. Needs further orientation with staff. Managers also.

Some of the employees are friendly. But the store is consistently messy. Trash on the ground and cluttered isles. They had the same issue when they were located on the old building. I hope the upper management can straighten it out. It is otherwise a very convenient place to shop.

This place is no longer Dollar General. This place is now Family Dollar. It is a fabulous place to go. It is super clean and the employees are super friendly. The store is very organized and the prices are reasonable. I love,love going to this Family Dollar that use to be Dollar General.

Great deals, convenient location. I do find myself driving further to Pleak to the store there. Tis store is almost always dirty, cannot get through ailes because stock is in the way. Employees are less than friendly. Never a good experience.

Pretty much the only one stop shop in Needville, even with the new competitor down the street. They dont have everything you want, but they will get you by with what ypu need if you dont feel like taking a much longer drive for a handful of things. They alsondo a great job of keeping this store clean

Lots of products just as good as name brand stuff but for less. They even have name brand things too. Only disappointment was they didn't have a charging cord for the Samsung Galaxy S8+.

Great service at this DOLLAR GENERAL. Very friendly employees. I'll never forget the time I got checked out there it was unforgettable. From now on I'm only shopping at DG Needville. All the other places in town are DEADD !!!!!! To me.

This Dollar General has fruit, onions, potatoes, bell peppers. Very convenient and the staff is hard-working and Friendly every time I go.
