I went to refill 2 30 pound propane tanks on Monday. There was a girl who was clearly new working the propane station who claimed she couldn't completely fill both of my tanks because they were "50 pound" tanks and that there was a 90 pound limit on closed vehicles. I corrected her and told her they were 30 pound tanks which I had previously purchased at this specific Tractor Supply. 50 pounds tanks also do not exist nor are they sold at tractor supply (see photo for proof) which this girl was claiming. Her manager was also out there and did not correct her and actually stood up for her. Both of them refused to believe me that they are 30 pound tanks which could have easily been proven had they just gone inside and checked. Both of my tanks were only half filled before I left. A full tank only lasts me a week in the winter, so I'm pretty upset with the whole interaction. I did visit again today and the young man at the propane station was very polite and helpful and filled my 20 and 30 pound tank with no issues. The other ladies on the propane station however definitely could use some more training. Do not recommend bringing 30 pound tanks to this location unless you like to argue.

Curtis and Haley saved the day! The team at Tractor Supply and the store manager went above and beyond when I called with an urgent favor. My poor pup was feeling under the weather and threw up in the car on our way to College Station, this was the only store that had a special freezer dried chicken and rice meal that would help. I called them 15 minutes before they closed and asked if they were willing to sell me what they had in stock even though I would be arriving 5-10 after. They greeted me in front of the store with my order, Finn my dog thanks them from the bottom of his heart (and happy stomach!)

This store notoriously lies about their stock. We live an hour out so we always call ahead since online count is not reliable. Was told 40 minutes ago they had two pallets of straw delivered. Arrived to find out that they in fact they sold out days ago and had not had a delivery. Turns out employee answered without checking yet again. We even mentioned we were driving in from out of town to pick this up and she assured us that she had checked the shelf.

I get the all mighty dollar is what ya'll as a business is after. But to sale all of the hay to one person and not leave any for the everyday customer is bad business. The fact that they paid for them and can not pick them up for a wk makes it even more wrong. The young staff thinking it is funny is beyond me. The fact that this store after all the money we have spent in there still does not care about their everyday customers over a $1 is just sad. We are the ones that shop in there on a regular basis. With it being dry and prices the way they are there should be a limit on the hay. Told they will pick it up sometime between today and Monday, come on really?? Terrible customer service. Shows with money the under dog with this store does not matter. Shame in such a small town.

Love this place. The staff are great. Always friendly and helpful. As for tractor supply the chain itself.... Well, that's a little dicey... Mind you I do love having them so close by, and I appreciate the extended hours, however, the equine inventory is only "ok". The staff can't order what they know their customers want and need. The store sends what it sends. In addition, the prices are always just a little higher than at the other feed stores.But as i said above, the staff makes it better and having it around for last minute emergencies makes it a place i frequent at least a few times a month

I went in to purchase a $4,000.00 lawn mower today and live less than 13 miles away and they wanted to charge me for delivery. Needless to say, I said, “No thank you. I will buy it from Lowes or Home Depot who delivers for free!”

This tractor supply is larger than any other Tractor Supply I have been to. It carries a few more items than the others. This place seems well organized, although I placed an order for an item their website said they had it in stock. I received a confirmation email, but when I went there a few hours later the item was no longer available. It may have been sold or their stock list was not updated as an employee said they used to have one but it was broken. Other than that, I would return if I need something from there

Despite being one of the top 3 spenders at tractor supply, made a phone call to them tonight that I was going to be there 3 minutes after they closed due to just discovering a really sick horse of mine and needed penicillin. After being transferred to the manager when I asked if they could hang around for 3 minutes after they close till I got there so I could get the medicine, I was told by the manager "no they would not stay for 3 minutes past 9pm. A store that caters to the agricultural lifestyle obviously lacks the characteristics/hospitality of the lifestyle.

Y'all did a really good job of selling my husband a generator that SOMEONE RETURNED. Nobody apparently cared to open the box and check it out. There were visible signs of wear, including the pull/starter cable that the previous owner managed to destroy and just shove the cord back inside of the housing. We lost our electricity for almost 24 hours thanks to Entergy having a massive line failure to a good portion of Texas due to hurricane Laura. We lost two refrigerators worth of food, and had to go stay at a hotel in College Station with our small child because it was too hot to sleep. Yes, my husband got his money returned to him, and I'll still shop here cuz we love y'all, but this was one hell of a f#ck up for TS. Extremely disappointed.

Smiling faces, plentiful inventory, and oooooh! I love it when they have a sale! One of my favorite places to turn loose of a bit of mad money. Stopping here is always a good experience, no matter what I'm looking for. Propane, dog food, garden stuff in season, parts and tools to do what I have to get done.

Tractor Supply is one of our go to places.The staff is always helpful.And as we live a rural life we can secure many of our needs at one place or stop.Propane, tools, hardware, animal feed or work clothes.I can get them at one place and the store isn't so big inside that it takes and hour just to gather up what we need.

I shop at tractor supply all over the Brazsos valley and by far the store in Navasota is the best there is !Karen who works in the customer service department can find me absolutely anything I need repair parts specialty items she knows the catalog for tractor supply like the back of her hand.Trey is the store manager and he is great to work with. He is always trying to keep the store looking great so that you can find anything you need.Linda the assistant store manager is a dream. Very professional and super helpful and super friendly.Customer service in this place is awesome. Selection is better than another tractor supply stores in the area. If you’re looking for something and can’t find it just go in and ask.

I go to this Tractor Supply pretty much every week at least once.They are my go to store for filling my propane tanks. Their prices are competitive and the only charge you for the exact amount of propane that is required to fill the tank.The set up that they use actually measures the gallons they pump.

My wife and I have shopped at both the Magnolia and the Navasota TSC for over a year now. We shop on average about once a week for equipment, feed, hay, farm tools, etc. I have been holding this review back, despite multiple similar experiences at the Navasota store, for some time. Today was the last straw. My wife spent over an hour walking around the store looking for very specific minerals, feed, and training tools without a single person offering help once. To the point that she was outright IGNORED by 2 employees that she had asked for assistance. 1 employee WATCHED as she strained to load 50lb bags of feed, but jumped to assist another shopper only minutes after walking past my wife while she struggled. Absolutely not the kind of respect and courtesy I would expect from another person on the street, let alone at a place of business. We will be shopping in Magnolia from this point forward.

Navasota, tx, Tractor Supply's employee, Joe was extremely helpful in getting me started vaccinating my small heard of cows and calves. He took time to explain the most efficient way to administer the vaccine, and recommended the best equipment for the job. This is my first experience. Went with my dad and husband for gas tank, 2 guys working there were just talking to each other doing nothing without helping us after we told them what we were there for. Other “People” that were not Hispanic were getting attended before us. What a way to waste our time.

Never, ever have what I need. Always out of stock. Not even worth stopping in. Better not to waste the time and just go to College Station and shop at another company.
