I'm staying out in the country for awhile and was running low on supplies. Had everything I needed. Good selection and prices with friendly staff. Beats going to grocery stores where it's busier! I'll be back when visiting the area again.

Great Grocery store! It is truly your "One Stop Shop". This store has had a massive makeover and it looks GREAT! It has everything from, Ready to eat food (cold or hot), Meat Market that will cut anything you need however you need, Floral department which includes potted plants, Fresh Produce always looks nice and organized, Dairy department, and also has a Pharmacy! Cashiers are friendly and, for our convince, they have SELF CHECKOUT! 10/10. Bathroom was decently clean. Product availability was on par. Just an amazing small town grocery store that feels very inviting and welcoming.

Update from 01-08-24 @7:49 PM visit, cashier 0117-JH: Repeat of the same service with a male cashier this time.I'm a little surprised by the recent 4 + reviews. My experience with the employees at check-out is not good. I always say "hello" to them, and they never look at you or respond. Most are young, but there is no excuse for rudeness and making the customer feel as though you are a bother.

Came here as a last minute stop for some BBQ food for the trip and even though everything was easy to find the cashier we had was sooooo slowwww... I swear I felt as if I was going to die of old age waiting for him to ring up the food. Granted we didn't have a whole lot. Other than that it was decent.

We went several times during our stay in the Navasota area. The store is clean and items are easy to find. And the fried chicken is better than those fast food places.

They got a major facelift a couple years ago. Store is very clean and has most of what you need. Prices are a little high as expected for a small town. Cashier's are always fast and kind. Got a 1/8 sheet cake for a small birthday party and it exceeded my expectations.

Quite a nice place to shop, where everyone knows your name. Looking good today. UPDATE: 08-28-2022 the fried chicken from the Deli is good today. Update: March 7,2024 still the best grocery in the area.

The store was not my regular Brookshire Brothers but I found what I was looking for quickly and through the cashier line just as quickly. The staff was friendly. Exactly what I have come to love about this chain of stores. They are clean, stocked and always treat customers like an old friend or part of the family.

Thank God for the remodel. It almost looks like a new store now. The employees are really friendly and helpful too. Great small town store. 😁Update-The selection is still a little slim on some things and prices are higher too but that is to be expected from a small store. On another note, this is NOT a good place to work unless you are in high school. I worked myself into the ground and when I asked for an accomodation to help with the pain, I was shutdown. I guess that's how they repay a loyal, dedicated employee.P.S. Quitting was the best thing ever. The pain finally went away after treatment. I will never work retail again.

Considering it's the only place to get groceries in Navasota (Walmart has some dry goods and a cooler for milk) I can't complain too much. Prices are higher than most but the staff is nice.

Best grocery store in Navasota, but the bar is almost on the floor. Produce is hit-or-miss, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Staff are responsive and generally nice.

Good experience I forgot a big basket I had too much stuff. The guy sacking my groceries was nice he ran outside to get me a big cart. That was very kind of him. He truly was a gentleman and provided great customer service.

I had the BEST experience with the young lady at the 6th register, Marilyn. Always so sweet and has a great attitude. I always look for her when visiting my Brookshire and I am always satisfied with my experience. Best cashier on the team, great staff!

It's a nice neighborhood grocery store. It has good variety of items u need. Clean, but computers at registers and credit card machines need updating asap. To protect from id theft !!

I absolutely love shopping here, especially because of the extremely handsome younge stockers, especially Zach. Hands down great customer service all around. The chashiers are all extremely nice, especially Marilyn, she is a saint. If it were up to me everyone should get a promotion. :)

The produce is in decent shape. The selection is limited, but the quality is better than I find at HEB. Frozen foods are a bit pricey. This includes everything from vegetables to pizza to those little Banquet meal trays that are usually 88 cents or so at other stores that are roughly $1.30 at Brookshire Brothers. (Truthfully, no one should be eating those anyway. I merely placed that in there as a price gauge.) The fryer hens in the clear bags in the meat section are decent, but be prepared to remove the (full) oil gland on your own. I am unsure why, but every fryer I have gotten here has the oil gland right there at the tail, plump and full of goo. Maybe that's commonplace now, but when my grandfather was a butcher, those were removed and the tail was washed to prevent bitterness. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, the store is clean, parking is always available, and the store smells decent, unlike other stores that have that stale air quality. I will continue shopping here and I recommend it for household and kitchen basics.

Excellent staff ! Each time I have needed help finding an item in the store an employee from stocker, to cashier, to manager has been happy to show me where the product is or check in the back to see if there is an item back there that has not yet been stocked. The customer service cannot be beat.

It's a small town grocery store. Limited selection, okay prices, nothin' special. Fresh veggies and fruit never seems to last long once I get it home, and have had weevils in more than one dry goods purchase. (More than likely a distribution center issue.) Sales are okay, wish the veggie misters were less enthusiastic, and store smells much better than it did in years back. It's okay, in a pinch.

Good grocery store, very nice employees. Has fresh vegetables and fruits. My only dislike is people park in the handicapped parking that don't have the placard or license plate placard to park in those spaces. So you may have to walk aways from the store because of rude people.

I am so thankful that that terrible sign that threatened the fine of $250 for NOT wearing a mask is gone! I have had COVID, gotten over COVID and not afraid of COVID. I am afraid of the vaccine. (Not enough testing done yet.) Now I can freely shop! It's wonderful! The cashiers are very friendly. I love shopping here for groceries. I only wish that Walmart would adopt your attitude about masks! (They still demand their customers to be gagged, I mean masked!) I love that I can find Almond milk AND Planet Oat Oatmilk! Great job, Brookshire Brothers!Update: still a great store with great people! I just cannot seem to find a large container of regular, flavored, non-Greek yogurt.

I've never seen so many people park in the handicap access spots that don't have a handicap sticker or hanger than I have at this location. Sad really...I've also noticed that the employees are not very happy at all, kinda grumpy honestly. Not worth it, go somewhere else, especially if your handicap and need access

The checkers are younger kids and it seems that when the scan your items they just sling them to the end of the counter. Its like there are bothered by checking you out. I shop here often and it happens every time.

Great local groc store. Still have free carryout. David (mgr) is a great friendly guy and promotes it in his people. Small price difference outweighed by quick in/out convenience and service and parking lot safety
