yesterday ( wednesday , november 15 th of 2023 ) me & my neibor went to ace hardware store in navasota . i have NEVER been to a store like this in my life , i also do not know anything about the store . when i walked in the store i was greeted by this super nice guy named george . i then told him that “ i knew nothing about the store , & that i have never been here before “ he then welcomed me & helped me find my shopping list . i had lots of questions , and he answered all of them . he was really sweet , respectful , & amazing . for it being my first experience , i give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5 stars . i will most definitely start coming more often . thank you george for making my first experience the best , you deserve a raise !

We needed help matching paint from a color card that we picked up from Lowe's. ACE doesn't sell the same brand of that color card but the machine took a picture of that card and matched it perfectly! Can't wait to paint my new Can Pantry!

Ace hardware can be a bit pricey at times.But that's because they often have things you won't find at the big box stores.The Ace Hardware stores I've been to are in my experience the closest we have in this day to a true hardware store.Where you can find actual hardware, like small screws and fittings you can't get anywhere else. And that includes plumbing supplies and you can find plex here as well

This Hardware store has it all...when I say all I mean all...they got a nice selection of furniture in this store,some I never seem anywhere else..and the friendliness people you ever meet.

Some of the employees talk down to the customer. Not all the employees mainly the experience employees. Like it's okay to do so cause according to them they having a bad day on the phone calls.

Turner Pierce and Fultz Ace Hardware in Navasota is a wonderful family-run business where you can be as dumb as a stick and they will diagnose your needs, help you find the supplies and tools for the job, then explain how to do the job. It's what the big box hardware stores aspire to be, but simply cannot accomplish.
