Im a regular customer. And yesterday, Never in my life have I seen such ridiculous behavior from a manager. She is a work place bully but would not provide her name or the information of the general manager per employee claudia. I witnessed her harrass another employee clearly not a regular dollar general employee but one of a different vendor which is unacceptable behavior. They mocked and laughed at them while also leaving a huge line of customers at the till. Also stating what does that employee do here when in fact all 3 workers were not doing a damn thing. I know its normal for natalia to be so ghetto but dollar general get some professionals. Please fire these lazy bullies.

I usually get friendly courteous customer service. The employees are always happy to help... But on my last visit, my cashier was the opposite of great customer service. RUDE!!!

Easy to get in and out with what you need. Prices are competitive. Isles are a bit narrower than most chain stores and checkout almost always leaves to stock. Customer service is decent and will help you if you are looking for a particular product.

Its decent. Only thing is always a new employee every 2 was it seems like it.I have no complaints really, it's pretty good with the Customer Service, but feels at Home cause it's out in the Countryside.

No baskets in the store and so we had to find our own in the parking lot. The store was a total mess. The carts with stock on them from the shipping truck were on almost every isle and if it wasn't that type of cart then it was a basket full of stuff taken off the shelves due to changing things around in the store. We were constantly moving baskets out of the way and a 15 minute shopping trip took 45 minutes. I could understand if this was a one time thing but this happens 3 out of 5 times that we are in this store. Very Bad Management. If this store wasn't so close to us, we would definitely go to a different location.

It’s so sad that in the year 2021 the store employee or the manager can get a western union sent without the customer downloading an app. Western Union was around way before internet and smart phone so don’t waste your time in this “Premium Thrift Store”
