STAY AWAY!! While I was first enthuseiastic and grateful to work with this company, especially considering the fact that the owner was willing to work with us by ordering materials ahead while we awaiting funds, I’m quite disappointed.After less than 6 months of our fence being installed, we had issues with our home power going in and out. Turns out after we had SWEPCO cut off the power, and electricians trace our service line, Texarkana fence had installed one of the post RIGHT ON TOP of it. Causing a severed connection that would worsen over time.I reached out to the company’s owner, Keith Pace with photos. At first he was willing to come and see if the fence needed repairs, but when I requested his company to cover the costs for the electricians, he ignored my text and email. Now we’re awaiting a claims court trial date.

I never leave a negative review but this company has issues, I have given them multiple chances to improve their customer serviceI was promised my new auto gate in 2 weeks after I paid down 2500 and I am now at 4 weeks and countingThey finally came out last week and installed 1/2 of the auto gate and had a new part failure and was promised that they would complete the job on Monday (3/18/24) and still no phone call to let me know what is happeningI requested to talk to owner and was called back by his project coordinator not the owner.Hopefully the job will be completed soon.Proceed with caution when you schedule a job with this company

I installed a privacy fence. After a delay, due to a change in workforce management, TF was able to deliver as promised. The workers were prompt, friendly, and attentive to details. They were able to complete the installation within 3 days, even though we changed the gate positions and it rained. I am pleased with my fence and I would recommend TF to others.

I had a tree come down in my yard and damage a large section of fence. I called Texarkana Fence and Keith was able to meet with me quickly and provide a very fair quote. He got me on the schedule and had my fence repaired in a timely manner. His crew did a great job and the company was very easy to work with.

Does not communicate AT ALL. Created damages to property and leaves you high and dry! Here are pictures of property damages that they leave you high and dry with. Oh and the lock pictured, malfunctioned. Have called numerous times.

Texarkana Fence company is strong and true. We had a fairly major fence job by residential standards. Keith, the owner, and Brock, production manager, came alongside their crews to ensure satisfactory completion. Dannie was helpful in setting up and getting the job going.There was a delay due to material supply chain challenges beyond their control we feel. The owner worked with us to find acceptable solutions.We used three different material types: premium chain link on 3 sides; beautiful cedar for privacy along the rear for privacy and a double width ornamental wrought iron gate with electronic controller.Everything is up and functioning. The quality and appearance draws compliments from neighbors in place well before us.

Needs good general manager. Called them on Wednesday and scheduled appointment for 10am Monday. The guy called at 10:15 and told me he will be in 15 min. It was 10:52 am. I was on my way back to work when he pulled up to the house. No apologies. He ask what I have in mind. I told him. He did the measurements. He told me he will email me the estimate that day. Mid day next day he called to tell me he couldn’t make it to his desk yesterday and he will send me it soon. It was 3 pm when I got it. The estimate was missing two partition gates that would separate front and back yards. When he was at the house I ask him about financing options, he was pushy about it and want me to do it on the spot. I agreed because I new that the buttons on their website do not work since I tried it in late December of 2020 which is six month ago. So he tried to use his phone to show how to get to the finances (100% financing button did not work) and sure enough they did not work. He told me he will send me direct link. He did it on the spot. I got it instantly. They finance it through the a company in San Francisco which is backed up by a bank in New Jersey. I did not like that my PI would be all over the country. On top of that 812 credit score give you 7.49% for 2 years the lowest if you do ten gran financing. My mortgage was 4.2% . It tells you Californians live in la la land. In addition he did not tell me you have to put 50% down before you get put on their schedule which is 8 weeks. So they gonna play with your money for 8 weeks while you paying ridicules interest. The 8 weeks is not a guarantee which I find out from thier disclaimer I will provide below. If it too hot or somebody quit you out of luck and gona wait more and you could do any think because you locked into it with your 50% deposit which in my case 4500. I needed the front fence to contain my 2 under 4 years old kids while I will be taking care of new born and my wife. I need the fence a month before the birth and I need concrete date when the project can start. My original contact with them was in december of 2020 when I emailed them my property survey with outlines what I want and that I wanted it by the end of january. They never got back to me. I can’t get estimate done on line using their tool because pine tries blocking property lines. Later was snow storm and I had to get new roof. I was able to get back to my fence problem in June, 4 month ahead of the birth of a child. I should had priority and be on the schedule ahead of everyone. It is not my folt they do not read their emails. So terrible customer service and broken website. The website is too flashy done by a kid and not by a web designer.
