Passing through Texarkana and needed some go juice to start the days road trip. Got both a cold brew and black drip coffee. Started with the drip and it was an above average hot coffee, however, the cold brew was outstanding! If I make it back there, I’ll definitely get the cold brew again. Looked like a great menu and very friendly staff there. The atmosphere was fantastic too. Plenty of comfortable seating and relaxing environment. Come out and support your local businesses. I highly recommend this place.

Met some friends here and immediately fell in love with this place! Excellent tasting coffee and tea, and the chocolate chip cookie 🍪 just melted in my mouth… incredible! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the layout of the venue gave us plenty of space to find a quiet corner and talk. Will definitely stop here again when we pass through Texarkana area. 😊

Located in the Nash area off Hwy 82, this little coffee shop is an excellent causal and relaxing spot for great coffee. There are a number of selections and styles of coffee to chose from. They have many milk options for those that are lactose intolerant. The coffee is very smooth with no real bitterness. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. There are a large number of seating areas inside and outside. It's a great atmosphere and a wonderful place to relax and wind down. Definitely a must to go especially when seeking out some great strong coffee.Parking: Easy in and off access to the road. Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp access.

Beautiful place! Vintage Modern vibe I liked that they had Christian music playing. The girl taking orders was so friendly with a ready smile. I got the maple bourbon latte and sugar cookie. The latte was top notch.

Finally a place where you can get an excellent cup of coffee and have a nice conversation, or even play a board game! My drink of choice is a hot cafe latte. It was served at the perfect temperature, rich and creamy. Imagine having that perfect cup of coffee, and served, not in a disposable cup, but in a real cup! No need to imagine any more!

A dream coffee shop. It felt warm and welcoming + amazing coffee. You can tell the owners have a passion for their shop and everything was thought of. From the entry, counter, furniture, outdoor patios, and even the bathrooms, it was all well thought out and gorgeous. Its just off the highway and makes for a great pit stop.

I tried the lavender cold brew and lavender lemonade and can confirm they're worth stopping in for. The coffee did an excellent job of parking me up, but my friend's lemonade was my favorite. You can tell it's fresh squeezed and made right. The staff are friendly and chill people and the atmosphere has a luxurious urban feel.

Local Habit is great place to sit down, relax, and have a cup of joe. They offer seasonal flavors, fresh brews, and an assortment of pastries. The atmosphere is a quaint old house that has been remodeled into a show piece coffee shop. The owners and staff are friendly, creating an "at-home" atmosphere where you can kick back and spend time with family, friends, or even meet someone new. Stop in, grab a cup of warmth, and enjoy!

I love the relaxed coffee environment that invites you to come and stay a while. Local habit has a very consistent product, but clearly with a higher tier than what you expect from Starbucks. My fiance and I often come here to do our wedding planning projects and other to do items on the computer without distraction. The painting day was also really fun!

The atmosphere is really cute and the coffee menu is awesome! I just wish the owner was considerate enough to schedule the lawn service not during business hours. All I can hear sitting here while trying to read is lawn mowers and leaf blowers and it’s been going on for an hour at least. This also made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space because they are blowing leaves and dirt everywhere. Most definitely kills the mood if you’re wanting a peaceful afternoon to read/work on your laptop.

Happy I found this place on the way to work. Wasn't expecting a third wave coffee shop in this general area. I went in for a pourover but saw they make their own syrups so I got a gingerbread latte. It's really good, moderately sweet with real ginger taste, a bit of spice. Also the interior is really cozy and welcoming, wish I had more time here to sit and read. Will definitely come back.

Really cool atmosphere! The coffee is so much better than the burnt stuff at starbucks and the sugar water at scooters. I love this place! The baristas are awesome and so polite. You have to try the Cortado with mocha and caramel.

Local Habit is such a unique coffee place. My wife and I watched as the remodel took place, waiting for the opening. A little delayed, we made our entrance today. The ambiance is perfect! Love it. absolutely spotless clean. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a iced mocha which was very good. I did think $6.50 for the size was a little expensive, and $14+ for two drinks a little over the top, but probably worth it since Local Habit is home town. Much better than paying some liberal cooperation to tell me what my values should be! All considered, will I return? Better betcha. Enjoy.

Very cozy place! Love the beautiful decorations! If just feels so warm and welcoming. I love that it’s locally owned and not corporate. They just opened so of course there are gonna be some kinks to work out. But that doesn’t overshadow the hospitality and friendly feel of this establishment. Loved my Lavender and honey latte it was amazing. Definitely will be back! The Wiggins are wonderful people and they hired such a wonderful work crew! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming staff and cozy feel!

Wow! I was in town on Friday for work and stopped here for coffee. The Carmel latte I got was so delicious I am still thinking about it from Arizona as I sip on my sad coffee from a major chain that doesn’t even come close to comparing. This place is definitely a treasure.

Enjoyed a rich environment of coffee love and the at home feeling right when I walked in. All of the staff were very appreciated and was there for any questions or needs. Very impressed with the seating arrangements because I came there to work from my computer to do editing and write. Definitely will not be the last of my visits.(Shout out to Jordan for being a great cashier and being welcoming and informative!)

I like specialty coffee drinks and get them most mornings for my crew to start our day. I am excited Local Habit has opened so close to home. We tried the iced mocha, lavender lemonade, blueberry muffin, and pumpkin bread. Excellent! Also liked the atmosphere indoors and out!

Trendy without going snooty, it’s a refreshing hangout in a not so busy locale. The service is attentive and friendly. The coffee is a bold roast, full of flavor without being bitter. Not a lot of food/snack options and the coffee is about the same price as Star$$. They are open only during the day and shuts early on Saturday, so it limits the amount of time you can visit. Otherwise if it weren’t for these factors, I might rate 5 stars

Located in an ild remodeled two-story house with an atmosphere full of dark woods, soft greens, black, and warm tones complimented by touches of white swirling marble and greenery, Local Habit is a win. The espresso is above average and nade for a delightful latte. I had "The Hive", a barista favorite. Honey, vanilla, and cinnamon make up the drink but I had it minus cinnamon. I asked for it less sweet than usual and they did a good job. I can confidently recommend Local Habit seeing as I lived in Texarkana for over 20 years.

Awesome first impression. I bought the Frençh Press at modest price, and was complemented with a 16oz to accommodate the milk and espresso for under $8. It was a great cup and very smooth. The taste was fresh and satisfying. I was able to enjoy a good conversation with a local regular by the name of Bob, and enjoy a short lightening storm on the porch. Thank you again Local Habit!

The ambiance is fantastic, my fiancé said it’s pretty niche like here’s a pretty nook for you to write a screen play, I loved it.It’s pretty accessible as well, there are ramps to get in, but the front door isn’t super wide, the side door is wider though, the doorways inside the building are wide as well. The front door could be wider is really the only criticism I have.Everyone is super sweet, the drinks are amazing, it’s very cozy. Will be back
