Had a funeral service in Arkansas , my bosses father, and I was referred to Ms. Lillie by the funeral home. She did such a superb job. The spray was so big and so beautiful everyone was commenting on how exquisite the flowers were. I was so impressed with this florist I placed another order for the widow to receive flowers at her home. This is a true find for me in that I rarely trust what I pay for is actually worth what I get. Ms. Lillie really hit it out of the park. I am so very thankful to have found her. I live in Dallas and a friends Uncle passed away in Texarkana. A friend of his and myself wanted to send flowers for the Uncle’s services. Lyle’s Funeral home was where the services were being held so I went on line and they had a link to FTD Florist that I went on and ordered a small wreath. Paid my money and thought all was done. This was on Monday 3/8 and on Tuesday 3/9, I received an email telling me that it had been delayed but would be and wouldn’t be delivered till Friday 3/12. This was ok since the services were Friday night for visitation and Saturday was when the funeral was being conducted.I looked at my account on Thursday 3/18 and noticed that my money had been refunded but I had not been contacted as to why. FTD was unable to find a local florist that was willing to take the order so they just gave me back my money without saying anything. Needless to say, I won’t be using FTD any longer and don’t suggest anyone else should either.I call Lyle’s Funeral Home and spoke to Henry who was very nice and also surprised that a company on his website conducted business that way. He suggested Lillie’s Florist and gave me the number. I called and Lillie answered the phone and was very helpful and kind and understood my dilemma. She suggested a wreath and charged me the same as FTD. She sent me a picture of the wreath and it was nicer and fuller than the one from FTD.Thank you so much Lillie for your support and professional advice and service. Everyone who lives in that area use this Florist. What a treat to find such a dedicated business.
