These people are my people. Cass absolutely LOVES his spa day!! He knows exactly where he is when we hit the parking lot!! If you're looking for a place that will treat your pet as their own and treat you like family, this is your place. They get the cut right everytime, and truly do LOVE their jobs!!! We absolutely love Georgia’s! They do such a great job on our Bernedoodle. Everyone there is so sweet and caring, and treat each dog like they are their own. Christine truly listens to what your wants and needs are, and does exactly that. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

I have been taking my dog here for almost 6 years and I have never had a bad experience. Christine and her staff are always so friendly and accommodating. I know my dog is in good hands with her and she always comes out with the cutest bows and smells amazing.

They are really friendly and do such a great job. My large dog has had knee surgeries and they are so gentle with him, other places I’ve taken him to I would notice a stiff limp when I picked him up. Also, I don’t know what miracle they are performing but when I bath my dogs 3 days is good for them to smell nice. When they do it, it lasts over a week provided my little one doesn’t find a dead bird to roll in.

I’m not big on posting reviews and this is my first bad review on this platform. The service I received from the owner at Georgia’s Pet Salon was unprofessional and the exchange to attempt to resolve the issue even worse. One of the groomers, Haley or Kayley (I can’t remember her name) was pleasant to speak with. Although I did not see her write down my request on the contact card at the time, I shared what I wanted done for our dog and I felt she understood. I found out later that a contact card with instructions was already filled out by the family member who was taking care of our dog during our transition and brought him there. Although I don’t like to assume I can’t help but wonder if that’s what they went by when they groomed him this second time. The video they say they have will state what I requested in the end.This was MY first true encounter with this salon and don’t plan on going back. I am not a mean spirited person, so I will save the revealing of the text message exchange that I had with the owner that supports her unprofessional handling of this experience. I have nothing to hide but feel if I post them, based on my encounter, it will get twisted. I don’t want to put more energy into this review than I have to.I will just say this, No salon is perfect, however when you are the ambassador or face of the Salon, or any organization for that matter, you have to protect your brand when dealing with customers. If you as the owner messed up, you have to be willing to humble yourself, admit your wrong and bring forth a positive resolution. You never know who you may encounter as a customer on a daily or the influence they may have. Word-of-mouth goes a looong way, and it’s important that you don’t treat people as though they are beneath you or no bodies. ☺️ There is a skill in even handling irate customers, but I was far from that. I can easily admit when I’m wrong. I’ve never agreed to the statement “The customer is always right.” There is however a certain skill one has to possess and display to diffuse any situation and we both leave feeling like it’s a win win. I have never been a fan of communicating through text to conduct business but was informed to go this route and that’s where we got off on the wrong foot. Being new to the area and calling with no answer, I had to assume this is the way they conducted business. Text messaging is not a way to run a business, handle or attempt to resolve any problem. The tones in the exchange can be misinterpreted and that’s where it ends badly. I can’t stress it enough, Customer Service is key!!Although I am upset and hurt by the experience, if the owner calls me back to sincerely try to resolve it, I welcome it.I had the best groomer in my home town, but relocated here. We took our dog there this morning to get bathed. We took him at 9 o'clock and didn't get called until 4 o'clock to pick him up. They also said they had to bathe him twice because he pee'd on himself. ( Twice the charge)They told us that they don't take them out because it's not their responsibility. 7 hours!!!! He went to the bathroom right before we took inside the building. When he came home he pee'd more and drank water 3 or 4 times in about 30 minutes.Horrible customer service and very rude.He will never go back there again!!!Be warned...

We just recently moved to the area, and my niece recommended Georgia’s for our miniature poodle. I was heartbroken when our previous groomer shaved her claiming that her tight curls were matted. After her hair finally grew back, I was nervous to have her groomed, but listened to the recommendation from my niece and brought our poodle to Georgia’s. The staff at Georgia’s was wonderful! They took the time to assure me she would have a great cut and even recommended the perfect brush for her tight curls. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and love shown to our poodle. They did a fantastic job with her cut, and the brush they recommended has been a game changer! Thanks Georgia’s!!

Really great service, my pug girls looked great.04/20/2023Took my cousins 19 year old poodle, who is deaf and blind. They treated her with care and kindness. Debbie was the groomer and amazingly Debbie use to be Lexi's groomer. We lost tract of where she went. I and Lexi was thrilled to see her.I know businesses get bad reviews, but I always read them and if I can feel the anger and bitterness. I can usually see this as someone who didn't get their way.I have used Georgia's for years for my pugs. And I must say I have been there dropping off or picking up the girls. And have witnessed some customers that want whoever is grooming to stop and come to the front and talk to them about prices, why cash only and just crazy questions. But basically yelling at the groomer because they won't stop to come help them. The groomers I have seen have been polite and try to explain they don't stop and leave the dog in the table unattended nor stop and put them in the crates to go talk to someone that minute.They are a small business and each one that works there are groomers.But ladies or girls get upset if they don't get their way. We all have seen it now days.But it's a shame to threaten a business in a review. That to makes the review a false review.I have tried two other groomers and each one will have a condition to their place.Taking cash only might be to avoid having to raise prices. People need to understand each time a card is swiped the business is charged a fee or percentage for each transaction.It adds up quick, so either raise prices or find a way not to.But to threatened that a business is being shady because they only take cash. Too me that review is out of malice.Thank you Georgia's for continuing to stay open in spite of crazy haters.

Horrible place of service, i literally called a couple hours ago about a nail trim and she said to come in for walk-in, I get here and the door is locked. I was stopping by on my way home to Conroe, Tx and is a huge inconvenience. Google says open till 5pm and it’s not even 4pm.

A huge cheers to Georgia's Pet Salon & Boutique!! Bella’s last grooming experience wasn’t good for either one of us, and I had heard so many good things about Georgia’s and wanted to give them a chance. I’m so thankful I did! From the beginning I was impressed. You can tell she and her staff takes the safety, well-being, and overall experience of her dogs very seriously! Bella’s cut turned out so cute, and she didn’t leave shaking or full of anxiety which shows she didn’t have a stressful experience. Georgia answered all the questions I had, offered advice, and you can easily tell she’s very knowledgeable at what she does and her field! So happy to have found a place that I know will take care of my baby!

We love Georgia’s! We have been using them for the last 5 years, and our dogs always look great! The owner knows us by name, and the whole staff is always friendly, and treats our dogs like their own. If you are looking for a safe place to take your dogs to get pampered, I would highly recommend Georgia’s!

First time taking our big baby who hardly ever leaves our side. Customer service was fantastic and Thor came home smelling great with his toenails trimmed perfectly. He also looks very handsome with his new collar. 🐾 He's all worn out after missing his nap 😴 We will definitely return and recommend.

I think as far as grooming dogs, they do a great job. But the owner has a major attitude! I’ve heard her talk to people on the phone and to me and my husband personally on different occasions there was nothing but rude and inexcusable. They don’t take credit cards, debit cards or anything but cash. That’s fine if you’re trying to avoid paying taxes, however, if you’re going to only take cash, you have to keep change for your customers.When confronted about it, I just got a response that they wish as well with our next grammar. In other words, they could care less how we feel about their service. We definitely will not be back.

Always pleased when we leave. Georgia's is the only place Cocoa goes and for good reason. They are always happy to see her and treat her like she's at home. She's always excited to go get a bath, which she doesn't do at home so that speaks volumes to me.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I know everyone takes their poodles/doodles here, but I have a 14 year old, super hairy husky mix that is older than any of my children. I have taken her other places and she has not wanted to go back in the building. I never have a problem taking her in or her acting stressed. I am so happy I can take my old girl somewhere safe where I don’t have to worry. Love the owner and her staff!! It’s the only place you should take your pets!!

The owner was rude and got extremely loud with me on the phone. I had called to check on my two schnauzers. Had an 8:30am appointment and at 1:30 hadn't heard from her so I called. When I went to pick them up I was charged more than before. I paid and left. Later I called her back after realizing my female hadn't been groomed properly or bathed but covered in perfume. She told me she should have charged more for the call interruption when I called to check on them. Will not be returning to this place. I care too much for my pups. They can't talk!

Due to a sudden loss of my (schnauzer) Harley’s dog groomer, it’s hard trusting someone new with your pet. This place came highly recommended in town. I called Christine and she was so sweet and very accommodating on getting my boy in. I was very pleased with the sweet staff and they really listened to how I wanted him groomed bc to some, a schnauzer cut may be challenging! She nailed it! Thanks for taking our “very vocal” but lovable Harley and we will see ya in a month!!! ❤️🐶TLand

I am new to town so this was my first time at Georgia’s. Knowing that I had been on the road for days and would be staying in a hotel with my dirty boys, they were able to squeeze my two border collies in for baths even though I know they didn’t have anything available. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. My boys have never looked so good!!! I have found my new groomer!

They did an amazing job with my Virgil dog!!! I took him to another groomer (I'm not going to name them) and they called me almost immediately to pick him up because they couldn't groom him and they called him a snapping turtle. I understood and called a few places trying desperately to find someone to work on him as he was VERY matted. Georgia's was amazing with him .he looks beautiful and I know he was more than both handfuls.i highly recommend them .

I love the convenience of walking in to have toenails of my fur baby adjusted.... And they ground the toenails rather than just cutting leaving nice smooth edges at a very good price.....I will definitely be going back.....thanks 👍

I strongly suggest Georgia's salon! I'm from out of town and have to go back home unexpectedly. I called Georgia's and she fit me in the same day!!!! My little squeak has NEVER looked this fantastic! She did exactly what I tried to explain to her (without any grooming jargon knowledge). An amazing experience! Thanks so much!

After a bad experience with other Groomers , I have finally found the right one. Oliver hates to be groomed, so I explained that to her up front and they were so patient and understanding. Normally when I pick him up from grooming he is almost lethargic and sad, but today he was his normal energetic self, as you can see from the picture on the car ride home. She also charged me $30 less than what I was paying. The staff was so fun and gave him a mullet at my request. Lol. So thankful I found Georgia’s!

They were AMAZING. My pups looks so good and she took such great care of them. My babies even peed in her store when they got excited and she was so nice about it. Very friendly. I will definitely be going back!
