Employees are either not helpful at all or following you around thinking you’re stealing so they don’t wanna help you at all just watch you. So annoying! Like not everyone is walkin around with sticky fingers!! 🙄It took me 45 minutes to get someone who knew how and was willing to cut some 4yrds of tulle for me! Ridiculous! On a lighter note, check out the Magic Bullet Endcap! On sale now😊

The customer service has improved a lot. I just wish they could pick a layout to the store and at least keep it for a 6month span. Everyone I go there something has been changed around. It makes it hard for a successful shopping experience when I can't find what I'm used to.

The drive up pick up is awful. We’ve currently been waiting in the stall for 30 minutes. This is insane. When they tell me my order is ready on the app. It should be ready. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to be delivered. This is real. We have stuff we have to do Walmart we do not have time to sit and wait. Ridiculous

I stop in for the occasional last minute need, otherwise I just go anywhere else. Like hell I'm checking out my own groceries. Should have kept cashiers!

This experience was initially going to be one star due to the amount of time and poor policy when returning or actually exchanging jewelry bought with cash the day before. The would not return cash and since bought with cash that is just poor business practice. So moving on, the gift card they gave me 2 seconds before selling me the new earrings did not work. Thank God for the cashier at self check Destiny and her CSM Janie. It took 45 minutes to exchange one pair of earrings and if not for the 2 wonderful ladies taking over from the 2 in jewelry not sure if I would have ever completed my task Destiny and Janie both deserve recognition and raises. One star for the policy and5 for the girls holding it down.

The two stars are for the grocery pickup employees. They are always friendly and helpful. The customer service department does not follow Walmart corporate policy surrounding returns. I assume some of their “local policies” are due to theft in this specific store, but we went to return an item with a clearly marked shipping label- showing it had been shipped to our house- and were refused. We did not have the receipt because it was a gift that we did not need and were told by a manager that someone should not return a gift anyway. All interactions with customer service were reasonably polite but lack of adherence to corporate policy is troubling.Things are frequently out of stock or discontinued without any apparent reason. Produce is frequently spoiled and not cleared out.

Poor service, you have to order 5 hours ahead of time just to get anything delivered that day which is ridiculous and the delivery people keep putting my groceries at the exact place I asked them NOT to and have even put where I'd like them to leave my groceries at in delivery instructions but they just keep ignoring my requests and keep putting them in the wrong place and everytime I try to call to check on an order or just to get ahold of somebody in the back nobody ever answers and have hung up on me many times as well when I call, I used to work at Walmart and there was always somebody to answer the phones in the back no matter what and I worked in opd as well and we always double checked our orders and always tried to make them right and do right by the customers and not ignore their requests or ignore the customer completely and have always tried to find the best substitute for their orders which did not happen for me unfortunately, really disappointed about this Wal-Mart and wouldn't want to order online again.

It's crowded. The management insists on putting great big displays right in the main isles thus impeding the flow of traffic. The secondary isles are the least cluttered.Rarely does the merchandise match the price stickers where it is haphazardly put on the shelves. The cashiers, if you can find a lane that has one or maybe two, are generally nice, and most of them, and almost always make some kind of mistake as they nonchalantly scan your items.Heck, I've been charged for things that they don't have a coordinating Barcode for. When I question the Service Desk about the erroneous charge, they can't find it either. But since I found it after I got home and returned to get an answer and get credit or my money back. I was told that I should have checked it out before I left the store. What a great strategy for increasing revenue.SO, a word of advice, ya better check the receipt for magic prices that appear on the receipt.I could keep going but I just get upset thikin' about that line of malarkey,So if I were you, check out the receipt before you walk out of the door !!!Sincerely,Treefrog🛸THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE 👽

The staff here feel unsettling. The other day, the manager or GM coach lady with the name of shelly for some reason kept staring at me and my mother while we were trying to look for some Asian seasonings. We did not like this constant staring and felt very unwelcome so we decided to leave

Great place unless u just got off work or your dirty job and look crazy cause your super dirty and rough looking and go in then u are going to be followed around the store like they suspect you to not be a paying customer.... it's to obvious.... Funny when I pull out a wallet full of 100's when I go and check out... I'm sure they feel super smart 🤓😜

Usually well stocked, clean, and the employees are always kind and helpful. At self-checkout, the employees are hard to get their attention when necessary, but otherwise a smooth experience.

Should get a paycheck from this place. Never an open register, forced to self checkout, then they have the nerve to ask to check your receipt at the door. The men’s bathroom in the back of the store has not had a working paper towel dispenser in over 2 years, and it smells of urine.

I got all the necessary things from here and in good prices. So far so good and would keep going there. In addition, the flexibility of returning products in case they don't work for you is really pleasing.

most disturbing and disgusting public restrooms ever. i walk in and there’s atleast 2 stalls with poop in them. the toilets would be dirty aswell, paper towels all over the floor and stacked up in the trash. it’s AWFUL.

Self-checkout stations FAR outnumber the number of cashier stations… 10 to 1 or more! 😠 In addition, you have to watch their pricing - BULK items may be MORE expensive due to popularity. Deceptive pricing is VERY common with Walmart - especially having items STOCKED above the WRONG (more expensive) price point! 😠 Also, some items may be completely OUT of stock - example ALL Chicken broth (except for more expensive organic) and ALL bone broth. Kroger may actually be CHEAPER on some items! And Kroger has better quality on some items. - Lastly, watch out for seasonal “promotions” (at FULL-PRICE) - 5 rows of shelving already have Valentine’s Day stocked! Humiliated, Lectured to, and Denied! My review is specific to a recent visit I had to the Nacogdoches Walmart during an attempt to return and exchange two pair of defective jeans I'd bought the same day at the beginning of the summer. My experiences at this Walmart prior to this effort had always been between good and great and I need to offer a special shot out to the general manager of Nacogdoches Neighborhood Walmart. She is particularly outstanding in her ability to lead and manage her store.Back to the Nacogdoches Walmart....These $22 dollar jeans both tore along the same back pocket after wearing them only two times each. I understand they are bargain versions of the Wrangler Jean and weren't meant to last forever, but I should be able to wear them more than two or three times before normal wear and tear takes its toll. The fact that two pair, purchased at the same time tore up prematurely in the same exact place suggests a breakdown in the manufacturing process for this particular batch of jeans. Not wanting to make a big deal with the store, instead of returning them I decided to simply have them restitched. Unfortunately the first time I wore them the other back pocket ripped apart from the seam. At this point I was frustrated enough that I decided to try to exchange them at the store because there was clearly a problem with this batch. In full disclosure by this point I did not have the receipt and didn't remember exactly when I bought them, bu it was obvious they were part of Walmarts jeans inventory and I wrongfully assumed Walmart would be reasonable, respect the fact that I had tried everything I could to not return them and would recognize a defect in these particular jeans. In my mind, I tried to make the best of a situation with clothing that was clearly defective and my reward was being lectured, humiliated, and denied by the return staff and the two store managers that were on duty that day.I heard things like, "this is what happens to jeans," "these jeans are dirty" "I can't restock these jeans" etc. The two managers on duty were absolutely dismissive and condescending. I was told that if I didn't like their decisions that I needed to come back the following week when the head manager, Jason Blank, would be back.

It's Walmart.. What can you really say about it? This location is pretty clean and well stocked so I'll give it 4/5. Pickup orders are usually fairly fast and correct in my experience and the employees are generally friendly.

10/28/23 Had a hard time getting what I needed. The shelves were empty without any tissue paper for gift bags or barely any gift bags for a birthday. The choices were very limited. Not as many as there normally have been in past. I did get tissue paper but it was Christmas paper (red) not b-day themed. Also the birthday cards were practically gone as well. It was a disappointment.

Honestly be careful when doing online grocery orders from here as the chances of you not getting everything seem to constantly be crazy high at least half of my last few orders I'm always missing at least 2 or more items and then have to go get it refunded. Also the staff always say they cant help with that and just tell you to get it refunded and give the 1800 number without any care

There seems to be a growing occurrence of product dissatisfaction. Boxes are broken open with contents appearing to have spilled out and then shoved back in. Also food items received damaged. We have gotten fed up with the Nacogdoches Super Center.

If you have been to one Walmart Supercenter you probably know the basic layout of all of them. The one thing I see that changes regularly from store to store is where the Pharmacy is located. In this location, it’s on the front, left side of the store if you are walking in either of the front doors.

Went about 6 am, 9/4/23, to go shopping for food. It's a good time because they're all stocked up with produce. As we were about to check out at the self checkout at 635 am my wife and I walked into the area for large checkouts/cart checkouts, a white, heavyset attendant was looking at me but didn't say anything. We headed for a register and she barked at me "Sir, over here" and pointed to registers on the other side of the area. It was incredibly rude, the tone of her voice. We were the only customers in that area and she could have easily walked the 10 feet over to where I was and said "Could you use these registers, or " Would you" or something to that effect. It looked like she was switching the others on, the ones we were directed away from. All she had to do was tell us that but let us go in that direction and then yell at us. No "Good morning ", no " How are you" just barking at me like a security guard in an airport. Actually, most airport employees are more polite. Walmart would do good to teach their employees to use complete sentences and watch their tone. I do have a choice where I can shop and I'm a.48 year old man, not a child to be chastised and ordered around while I'm only trying to get my groceries and pay for them.and.not doing anything wrong. Walmart should pay more so that it attracts employees who actually know how to communicate.

I really like ordering groceries for my college student so she can pick up after work. The problem is the produce could be better. Would you eat these raspberries (below a pic.). I. understand how busy you get .but .I want to make someone aware of the produce. And they also forgot the dog soap she was going to take to the animal shelter. Don’t know if they reimburse for items not given. Thanks
