I went in for some stuff on July 3rd. I knew where 2 of my items would be located. I needed to find where their adhesives were and I didn't even have to look for someone. I turn around and a gentleman by the name of Jamie was there asking me if I needed some help. Less than 10 seconds Jamie had me pointed to the right aisle. Great service! Check out was quick and friendly also.

bought a propane tank from yall's store and no one told him that a almost 65 dollar tank that he paid for didn't come with propane until we where in our car and backing out of the parking stall and then the employee proceeded to tell us that if we wanted propane in the tank we would have to pay more so we ended up paying another $13.60 for propane to be put in this tank if that is your policy you need to state that when purchasing a tank not after when the customer is already bought a tank they thought was full because everywhere else in town so full propane tanks not empty ones for that price I am completely unsatisfied with your customer service at the store I will not be going back and I will tell everybody in nacogdoches about how your employees treat your customers. In all my years of life have I ever paid 65 dollars for an empty propane tank propane companies don't even sell people empty tanks for that price they get filled

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the staff at this location. Especially the store manager, T.J. Tabor. Mr. Tabor and his staff always make me feel like a valued customer every time I come in, even if I only spend a few bucks. They treat me like they really appreciate me doing business there and that is why I keep coming back. I definitely recommend Tractor Supply of Nacogdoches. Keep up the good work!

I am always happy with the service and products. Come here often for pet vaccines. They are good at explaining everything I need to know.There us an adoption event today at tractor supply.I am always looking for good deals here. You can't go wrong.

So, my puppies needed food...Running short on time, I pulled up to Tractor Supply, and quickly grabbed a bag of higher-end dog food. I had 7 minutes to finish up before they closed for the evening. I got to the counter, and sure enough, I couldn't find my debit card! 😖 I panicked, then a part-time employee, named Daniel Miller, who couldn't have been older than 20, grabs his wallet and says "Don't worry, Sir... I've got it, it's just dog food." "Lol no, my friend, let me go look for the card.” I replied. I found the card & paid for the food, then asked for the young man's name and his supervisor's. James Chandler. (Store Mgr) Regardless, this was completely selfless. Nothing to gain, no agenda, this made my night. Thank you Daniel Miller. We need more like you in the 🌎.

Great store, friendly employees! I live 30min away and needed hay for my horses, the store was fixing to close and I was still able to get hay before they locked up. Thank you so much! (I've been turned away from getting hay with 2hours left before closing at another location.) This TSC is definitely a 5 star !!

As a farm, ranch, and home supply goes, it's a varietal one stop shop. The staff were nice, and pleasant. They even have an aisle for products that have been marked down for whatever reason. Also a big bin of bargain merchandise. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Bought 5 laying hens that were sexed as being females but 3 out of the 5 turned out to be males. I also purchased a cast iron skillet and a kettle here and both of them cracked within 3 uses. I have used cast iron for years and have never had anything crack that I purchased at other stores. The Hobart welder I purchased here begun to act up after less than 2 hours of use.Now don't get me wrong. I actually like this place but you have to be careful with what you get. They have really good deals on some things and not so good on others. Their chicken feed prices are the best I have found in town. My experience is that the employees have always been nice and helpful.

I really enjoy shopping Tractor Supply. It reminds me of going to the Farm and Fleet store where I grew up in Iowa. I buy high tensile strength steel wire for vineyards, pet food, lawn mower blades, and lawn chemicals here. The people are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

BEWARE! They take advantage of the elderly. My father who has dementia went there and they sold him a broken down used ATV - he paid $7000 CASH and in need of many repairs. They said was sold as is! My dad has dementia and was totally unaware of what doing or the quality of what he was getting. Took it to main office as well. We were willing to pay for the time he had it or a fair price but it was barely running - many repairs needed. I would post ZERO stars if I could

I ordered online for curbside pickup, and I got the email saying my order was ready, however when I got there, they did not offer me curbside and I was informed that they would have to order everything but one item on ths list. They took the money out of my account before they even filled my order. Not good business

Poor Service !Order some product online & had to call to get updates only to know it been here since the 8th of May & didn’t receive email to pick up . Show up to pick up my order and said we will be there and had to wait 10 minutes for somebody else to ask : what we needed ? Smh . AlsoChickens dying in the store cause don’t get water or fed . Do not recommend. Poor Service .

The employees are knowledgable and helpful. Have Never run into snotty employee there. They go out of their way to help you at the Nacogdoches, Texas Tractor Supply store. I have had several special orders. Jana, one of the Managers, has on more than one occasion gone out of her way helping me.

As TSC goes this is a really good one. The staff actually know what they are talking about most of the time. Always have interesting stuff on clearance too!!!! Propane refills are always cheapest in town. (That I've found)

We like all of TSC stores..We were in Nacogdoches TX. store today. There's black mold/ mildew on the womens bathroom ceiling.Its a little breath taking.But other than this great store &friendly staff.

Two customers in the store and I’m at checkout for 5 minutes waiting on someone to check me out. Female employee walks up and asked if I was ready to checkout. I replied, yes m’am. Another customer walks in and ask where something is located. Female employee tells me to wait a minute and walks off with the other customer. This isn’t the first time this has happened at the Nacogdoches store.

The store hours are posted on door they close at a nine I go in at 8 and the kid at the door says they're closed because they decided to start closing an hour earlier hell with people who work and get off later. What do you expect in Nacadoges Tx.
