Very clean, order was perfect. Steak finger combo was not greasy like other DQ's, also very friendly. Really enjoyed. And I'm an out of towner. Thank youKid-friendliness: The bathroom is very clean the sink and soap dispenser were of adequate height for my 6 year olds. Which was nice. I didn't have to pick them up to wash their hands.

One of the worst Dairy Queen's I've ever been to. Went through the drive thru, and apparently, it didn't work. Car in front of us was chatting with the employee when we pulled up and sat there for a good 5 minutes before someone waved at us to pull forward to place our order. Ordered a blizzard and a medium shake and ended up with a small shake. The pecans in the blizzard tasted old and was not mixed very well. The ice cream in the blizzard and shake tasted sour that we couldn't eat them and threw them out.

Went with my children n grand children. The food was a bit slow out of the kitchen and they were not busy. It was hot and fresh. Their fries are done of my favorites. The hunger buster was a bit dry meat wise but the toppings were fresh . The chicken fingers are better than most and certainly better than nuggets. We had a Blizzard at the end of our meal n again the timing was slow and the cups were sticky. The blizzards were good but I'd suggest sticking to the regular blizzard mix ins and not going with their fancier add INS. The staff doesn't know the ratios and they weren't great. The ice cream was the Dairy Queen soft-serve we all love. The add in were just sick sweet. We will return but il stick with Oreo, m&m and Reese cups for my Blizzard. The place was clean but the decor is dated and you can see some of the places need a refresh. Beats McDonald's any day.

Went through drive through to order, was told the food would be brought out to me. Waited over 40 minutes, no one came out. Went in to check on the order, food had been sitting a while. Brought it home cold. Also they didn’t put gravy with my meal like I’d asked. This place needs to do better.

Maybe they were hosting their annual house fly convention the day I was there, otherwise they have no effective insect control protocol. Place was absolutely disgusting.

Stopped in just now for a strawberry shake and a dip cone. I got the shake and it was runny. They said they would remake it and then the girl looked at me and said next time you must state you that you want a thick shake 👀. I said first off that was extremely rude and since when did Dairy Queen’s require you to state you want a runny or a thick shake. The girl and the guy started laughing and we left. Never ever again will we or anyone we know will stop there. They should be fired 😡

We waited for more than forty minutes. We ordered at the window and the girl working told us to pull around to the front and they would bring the order out when it was ready after waiting a while i went in, i understand they were probably short staffed however i seen several orders just sitting there and it took another 10 minutes for the girl to even ask me what i needed.

We put an order over the phone. My Husband had to repeat the order several times to make sure it right. When I pulled up to the window to pick it up the two ladies at the grill made eye contact with me and still ignored that I was there. When the guy changing out the receipt paper finally acknowledged that I was there I told him I was picking up an order. They messed up our order and left out a drink. While I was waiting I watched the two ladies that were at the grill both without hair nets and one kept touching her face with gloves on. Not once in the 20 mins of waiting for my food did I see them change gloves. When I got home my family check their food it was all wrong. I opened the chicken strip basket and found hair in mine and my husbands food. My husband took the food back and asked them to remake it and he again watched them touch their face with the same gloves they were making food with. Everyone has different experiences but just be wary and check your food.

Services slow food was cold. and the bread on the ready to deliver hamburger was dry and hard. Very hot in the store I ordered child's meal And it did not come with the Treat. I asked about it and they said they didn't have any of the things they give you to get your treat. Girls kept going outside for breaks. Food was ready to deliver and it just sat there.

My grilled chicken sandwich had a large piece of gristle on the end and my fries were warm, not hot. But the major disappointment was because the counter clerk left us sitting a long time without checking to see if our order was ready. We had to ask for it after about 15 minutes of watching it sit under the heat lamp. No one else was in there. She told us it should be hot since it was under a light. The question is...was it fresh? Hmm, tomato and lettuce under a heat lamp for 15 minutes. Not hardly. But she wasn't very helpful and we were very hungry, so we ate it anyway. The cook had to come out and sell us ice cream, etc, after she disappeared. Nice guy, but not impressed with her at all.

Food was fine but service is terrible. I live an hour and a half from here. Fairly sure they never gave me back my debit card. Tried calling 5 times. No one would answer. Had my father who lives in the area call and they pick up immediately. (Tells me they are scanning there calls). After he explained what was going on they said they would call back. That was yesterday. They are now not answering his calls. Now i have no accesses to my money and an stranded. All of this because me and my son wanted a burger. Not worth the headache. If they make things right i will update this review

Don't go here. I understand there's not a lot of choices in Munday, but like most Richeson Properties locations, this Dairy Queen is horribly slow and totally unconcerned when it comes to customer service. The drive through menu board doesn't work, and they just expect you to know that. You order at the window and even if there's hardly anybody else around or in line, they ask you to park around front and they will bring your order. But after 20 minutes they forget about you and you have to go inside and ask for your food that's just been sitting there for who knows how long before you got fed up and went inside to ask for it. No sorry, no excuses, no nothin'. Doris Richeson needs to wake up!

Staff was nice Food was very fresh. Spent $30 here and when I asked for Ranch for my chicken strips they charged me .89 for it.

Well I tried to place my order over the phone before they closed to be respectful and I was on hold for 10 min! Then I pulled up apologized for pulling up before closing and as I placed my order the kid in the green hat laughed and said ha once he saw the order. The lady with red hair said shes glad she has red hair because that gives her the right to be rude to people. Used to live here and will NOT be back. I rather go to allaups! If no stars was an option I would give it to them! SHUT DOWN already!

There were dead and live crickets EVERYWHERE. We ordered and it was like an hour before we got our food. They forgot to give us our receipt so we didnt know our number. Bathroom was gross.. All i can say is that i feel bad for the employees. But the food was delicious.

Most of the staff are attentive and friendly and go beyond to get the order right....then there is one or two that show 'nasty, unfriendly attitude' to the customer at the time of order and when plopping an incorrect order on the table as they leave out the door for the shift without even asking if the order was ok. Cold rubbery fries is not ok and neither is a blizzard thats only 2/3's full in the correct sized cup and gets shrugged off by the person preparing it and no amends made to correct the very obvious lack of ice cream for a full cup price.

My husband and I went thru the drive thru and waited almost 45 minutes for our order so I would not consider this place to be "fast food". To make it worse, we both got sick from eating the food. I think it was just this particular store because we've never had this bad of an experience at other Dairy Queens.

Im sitting in this restaurant as a type this. My wife and I are the only people sitting in here and we just got our food after a 45 minute wait. Some of the order was i correct. The whole time we are waiting the three girls working the window and front keep leaning and talking to the cook distracting him. Also, Ive the cook and two of the girls in the front have each dropped the F bomb twice. The absolute worst DQ experience I have ever had. Will never come back.

Texas sized fries and they look like they filled the small size up after we just sent it back and put it in the Texas sized cup. Lettuce and tomatoes soggy. This place has dont nothing but disappoint the last few times I have eaten here.

I wouldn't give it a one star, but I wanted to write how sorry this place is. There is 5 people in here at this time. Took forever to get waited on. When we do finally get the slow lady to come take our order, everything I wanted to order they was out of. I wanted a banana split blizzard, no bananas. So I asked for a hot fudge , the hot fudge machine don't work. Really people.

They need to learn how to listen I asked for 2 belt bust combos only got two burgers I asked for mayo and ket with all the veggies on one only got mayo the other had ket but no veggies the only thing correct was our drinks and they can’t say that we didn’t say it I used to work there when I left it just got horrible 🙄

DQ has become the slowest "fast food" joint anywhere. Pulled up to drive through menu, nobody in font of me or behind, literally the only customer, ordered, told to pull my car around and wait as if it was McDonald's in Dallas at rush our....parked for 14 minutes, meal came. Not one customer showed up during this wait. DQ doesn't deserve customers anymore, this is par for course with all of their restaurants, this problem starts from the top, dont blame the kids working here, find the manager/owner people of Munday and chew is lazy ass out till he changes his behavior and STOP GOING HERE
