I went to this store on 2/22/24 about 1 pm. Employees completely ignored me during my shopping trip. The lady and bagger at #2 check out did not say one word to me. She didn’t even ask me for my rewards number. I felt like a problem when I left the store. I don’t live in Mulshue I am from Lubbock. But, I would expect a small town ton have better customer service than what I experienced today. I would expect a thank you at the most. 🙁

Now that the hustle of the holidays is past and my family has gone home, I can write this. On Christmas Eve I went to the United in Muleshoe to finish my shopping for Christmas dinner. It was like running an obstacle course. First, on the frozen isle, pallets were lined up the length of the isle such that only one person on each side could pass. There was another customer behind me and I had to wait at the end for him to pass so that I could open the door to get what I needed. Second, there were carts loaded with boxes blocking items on the ends and In the isles. On order to get the item I wanted, I had to push a cart out of the way, while an employee stood and watched me. Third, when I went to get rolls, there weren't any. I do take responsibility for that since I waited till the last minute. However, as I went to check out, I saw some on a rack at the end and got a package. However when I opened them at home to bake them, they were molded.Since Tanner left, and yes everyone knew his name cause he engaged with the customers, that store seems "dirtier", less friendly and helpful and more chaotic.The one positive note was the dairy section. I needed eggs and milk and didn't have to go through numerous cartons to find unbroken eggs or contort to get either.

That was the worst I've ever had. The rice wasn't cooked all the way it was still crunchy. All of the pans just had very very little to pick from and it looked like it had been sitting there awhile. Very nasty I ended up drinking all my fountain coke which was excellent then I through all the food in the trash.

I love united! I stop there for gas and all my grocery needs. The problem is that it's not close to me, so the fact that I stop there every chance I can says it all. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They always have little extra things in the store that I just have to have. The deli is amazing! The best brisket ever. All the sides are great!. I wish there was one closer to me. But I'll keep come back to this one everytime I can.

For a town like Muleshoe this is all you need it’s a grocery store not a Walmart it’s a bit expensive than Walmart like a few cents but also you can’t complain!

Why are customers required to wear masks when entering the store, but employees are not? Why is the bagger required to bring my groceries to my car, but not wearing a mask over his nose? If this store is going to comply with state recommendations for safety, at least do it right.

This United has more that a limited selection but less than a Walmart selection, so hard to find items may not be available; However if you ever need to find an item they are happy to help, just find a night/day stocker or manager or ask someone and they'll point you in the right direction.

They are pretty nice grocery store. Some out of date items, some broken eggs and squished bread when I get home but it beats driving all the way to Clovis to Walmart.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. They are a bit more expensive than Walmart, but good quality food.
