Pressed the button and they said they would be right out after 45 minutes they didn’t. took me standing there and them asking again what my order was before we got it and it wasn’t even super busy or happy hour

Placed an "Order Ahead"....they neglected to place two items in to my order. Had to go back and then they brought me fries instead of Tots. I went into the store to ask the. To correct the mistake and the person cooking wanted to argue about what was clearly printed on my receipt. In the end the tots were like warm. Poor experience and I can not see myself recommending this particular store.

Took a small eternity for my order to be taken. I was in reverse pulling away to head for the Golden Arches when finally a voice came out of the sign. But they couldn't hear me so I had to SHOUT! On top of my disappointment, I ordered 2 corndogs, paid for said corndogs, when I opened the sack upon arrival at home, nary a corndogs in sight. Too far away to go back and complain in person.

Honestly a terrible experience with even worse service. Was trying to make a quick stop to grab a bite on the way home, ordered 10 minutes out expecting to stop, wait a few minutes and get home. Several minutes went by, screen said our food was coming, waited another 20 minutes and eventually had to press the button and ask them about our foods' status. Five other vehicles were also waiting on their food, a few eventually gave up and left after waiting so long for their order. Not to mention our order was not as we had ordered it, many things missing. Poor service, poor mannered servers. I recommend not stopping here if you would like to not waste your time or money.

Worst sonic ever!! Ordered a sm chocolate chip cookie dough blast last week took forever so I called in to get some kind of result on my order finally carhop brought my order and it was a cup of ice cream with just few cookie dough chips on top not even mixed in like a blast should be..manager came out I told her I wanted my money back she didn't even try to fix the order making the blast the way it should be done she told me she would put money back in my acct I gave her a week to do so never did so I called back so now she said she can make me one so now I'm here waiting for it been here a bit see how this one turns out..manager is a very rude person..she needs to be replaced..

I made my order through the app because the order button wasn't working. My order went though, I checked in to the space I was at and I saw my order status on the screen. After about 5-10 minutes it went away as if the order had been fulfilled. Thinking it would come out soon, I waited for a bit longer.After waiting about 20 minutes after making my order and seeing at least 3 cars come, get their order and leave, I pressed the order button again and it went through this time. I told them what happened and how long I was waiting and they told me my order would be right out. No apologies or anything. It finally came out within a minute and my food was cold and the chicken strips for my son were completely dried out. I was on my way home from a 5 hour drive so I couldn't bear to ask for replacement food at that point.I feel like something like this happens half the time I ever go to Sonic to eat. I honestly want to avoid it in the future. Sonic, please do better.

This sonic is one of the most up and down sonics I have been to. Sometime they are quick and the food is good and other times they take forever to take your order and the food is bad. I have gotten several drinks from this place that were just terrible. They usually add to much flavor to the drinks. My wife got a vanilla coke last week and she could not even finish it because the vanilla was so strong it tasted like alcohol. Just today I ordered a coke and what I got was either a watered down coke or some weird mixture of Dr.Pepper and Coke but still watered down. It is truly hit or miss at this place.

The service was SLOW! Took 10 minutes ninutes to place our order. Then our food was cold and just 3 napkins. It looked like one person was running everything!! That should NOT happen! She should be commended for her work ethic but she shouldn't have had to do that!

Took over 30 minutes to get food when we finally got it it was super cold so I sent back and asked for a refund was told it would be on my card in a couple of days....well never got my money or food! Lesson learned!!!!

I ordered small stick and small onion rings. I waited 15 minutes for my food. I had already paid with my card when the man next to me pulled up to order. He ordered more food than I did, a shake and a soda. He was already gone before my food was brought out. My onion rings looked like they were smashed and have no breading. I've been going here for lunch 5 days a week. But will no longer be coming back. I asked for ranch twice, and recieved no ranch.

We pulled into this sonic on a road trip excited to try the cheesecake blast. We pulled n,pushed the button and waited ten minutes with no service. We decided to try a different window,moved the truck,pushed the button,and waited another ten minutes again with no service. We finally left disappointed in the his towns sonic drive n wondering how in the world they stay n business. Poorest service we never got. I'm glad our local sonic has better service,as I'm still excited to try the cheesecake blast..

Worst Sonoc I have ever been to. I myself ran Sonics in Lubbock Tx so I know exactly how it should run. The lady that just took my order was lacking manners and attention to listening to the customers when they order. We placed. 2 separate orders and the first one got lost and when we were making sure it was coming after a long wait the people next to us were upset that there order was wrong as well. I hope she was not a manger of any kind. She needs to be retrained QUICK!!!! The carhop that gave us the only order out of 2 took the money and never gave us our change. This is not acceptable in any way.

If I could give no stars at all I would .This is the absolute WORST sonic. I have learned that if you go even just for a drink DO NOT PAY WITH YOUR CARD, chances are it will take at least 20 minutes just for a drink, at least if you haven't payed yet you can leave. The service is absolutely terrible any time you go. The servers are rude and so are the managers when you have to send back your food or drink multiple times because they can't get it right. Honestly just don't go here save your money and go literally anywhere else. They will even take up to 10 minutes just to take your order even though there is only one other car at the restaurant. Absolutely horrible AWFUL place.

Nearly every time, they get a portion of your order wrong. Almost like clockwork. And speaking of clockwork, they take forever to get orders out. So if you like waiting forever for an incorrect order, this is the place for you! How often you ask? My in-laws live here, so, we're talking years of slow, incorrect orders.

How does a place that advertises half price shakes and drinks after 9p but claim that they’ve already closed the ice cream machine and broke it down @ 10 pm? Wanted to try the fried Oreos, the lady said she can give me the cookies but it wouldn’t come with the ice cream then stated that it would still be the full price cause it “won’t let her change the price” but they were still happy to take my money smh

It's hit and miss. One time you'll go there and the food and service will be excellent other times it's horrible. Plus sometimes when you are trying to order the girl taking your order will cut you off before you are finished and rushes you. When you get your food it's all wrong. If they would listen to you than your food would be correct. I have had worse. But not alot of options to eat at here in Muleshoe.

Can't even get an order right 98% of the time. I'm gonna start adding on to the list every time they mess up.1. forgot my mozzarella sticks2. Took 20 minutes to bring out 6 slushies3. Ordered a super sonic double cheeseburger with a simple request of no onions, ended up missing a patty instead.4. Ordered a slush with nerds, got a sprite instead5. I'm starting to realize I'm going to waste days of my life typing reviews everytime this sonic messes up an order. There is not enough time in a decade to type the amount of times they have messed up. I'm starting to get Carpal tunnel from this. I'm out.

Ordered CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD they brought out CHICKEN sandwich. Told them that wasn't what I ordered. She said they don't have crispy chicken salad anymore and walked away. Didn't even offer to take it back and get something else. This is not the first time that this Sonic has got my order wrong.

Sonic is just going downhill. I like some of the new stuff but dont get anything with the gravy. It's just a thin watery not even a paste. Shakes are not stirred up and the manager "never does anything wrong" and will argue about the quality and charge you extra.
