Today was my first appointment for my pup at Muleshoe Animal Clinic. I’m so thankful for Google reviews, because that’s what convinced me to try them. Dr. Jones was knowledgeable and sweet. She was gentle and calm with my dog, who is very nervous, and let her get acquainted before just sticking her with needles. She was amazing! I’ve been to 2 vets in Clovis and have never felt like they even liked animals! Muleshoe Animal Clinic was so much different! The prices can’t be beat, the care was great, and I will without question be using them from now on for Oakley’s care. Definitely worth the short drive from Clovis!

Update 3Muleshoe vet triggered a huge error on my dogs rabies tag and microchip number.Animal control and the shelter and pur local police had to find out why my huskies microchip number was different.The error after 3 days of dealing with petlink and police and checking his microchip was correct found Muleshoe Vet clinic put in wrong numbers.They did not have the correct original microchip listed and sloppy paperwork triggered a alarm another incorrect microchip number with petlink (when he only has the one number registered for 4 years)And over an hour at the police department straightening out and finding put who reported my dogs into record triggering the problem. Muleshoe Vet.Sadly I am going to have to update my review.They instituted a $100 deposit before spayed.Now you cannot even make a apt. UNTIL paid $100 deposit.My granddaughter paid this I was with her got her receipt and booked apt.When the dog was spayed they tried to add back the $100 even though we had the receipt.We have spayed and neutered over 6 dogs and never had a balance it isn't something they allow it has to be paid in full.After over a month we now get a bill on the mail $100.Though we loved this vet and have referred and taken over 20 dogs we no longer can recommend or trust this office.We have paid receipts and records we have zero balances.

I would like to make a comment about this clinic that needs to understand that it's my animals that I bring into there and have under their care but when I call just to make sure my loving pet is still making it or holding on but when I get a ride person to respond about my animal/ pet I have under their care gets snappy or rude regardless of how many in my family call about our pet should never get rude and or have an attitude towards customers because customers are always having the right to call or check up on their pet no matter who or how many times they call. Also I will be bringing my pets to a different place that respects it's customers and not be rude or hangup on them when a customer corrects them on their tone of voice towards the customers

Went to get our dogs up-to-date on their vaccinations. The staff their loved on our dogs during the process and tried their best to keep our dogs comfortable. We were in and out pretty quickly which is more than I can say for any other vet I've been to!The prices were awesome! $150 and we got both dogs up to date on Rabies, bordetella, and distemper.We will definitely be coming here again.

If you have an emergency, don’t bother calling this place. They’ll just recommend you take your pet to Lubbock.*After reading response from business, it would have been understandable had that been mentioned during the initial phone conversation, but the person was very short and rude with their response.

We took our 16 year old dog there to be put down. These people were so compassionate. Afterwards, the vet carried her body to the pickup so we could take her home for burial.And, they were much, much cheaper than the cheapest vet in Clovis.The customer service alone earns them my future business.

I've had very limited experience with veterinarian clinics, but this is my favorite. Everyone's friendly, I've never had to wait, same day emergency issues taken care of. They've been a huge stress relief for our family. And I've always left thinking "that's it?" When it comes to costs.

Muleshoe is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Our puppy has been going there since she was a few weeks old and they have been so great with her. They've gotten her in within an hour during emergencies and were so quick to answer the on call phone! All of the docs there are great and I couldn't imagine a better place to take our k9 kids :-)

Very friendly and great prices on supplies. We didn't get our dog seen there, but we did use them to buy prescription dog food and it seemed like a great place based on my interaction. If it wasn't so far away I would consider switching to this vet.

Dusty came out to help us on a Saturday afternoon after our dog got hurt.. he was so kind and nice and accommodating. And the price was so extremely reasonable for an after hours emergency call.. i will never go anywhere else

There are several reasons to love Muleshoe Animal Clinic. They are BY FAR the most reasonably priced vets in the area. They actually care about my fur kids and me, which you'll never find in Clovis. They are thorough, knowledgeable and very, very kind.

Took my boy at 10pm he had blood pouring out of his rectum the vet said they needed to keep him a few days got a call the next morning to pick him up they couldn't treat him because he was trying to bite well first of all he's very sick second he was scared so I went to pick him up and was told he couldn't leave because he had to be sedated to remove cappitor so I went back 2 hours later they walked me back to his kennel I touched him and he started screaming crying loud screams he didn't know who I washe couldn't see they had a muzzle on so tight his mouth eas bleeding such awful care no empathy no concern for him what so ever

We took my sisters dog in after he got poisoning and they gave us all the options but kept pushing for euthanizing the dog and that he had no chance even after they said that he had a slight chance. They kept changing their story and saying that he wasn’t gonna make it, and we told them that they just said he had a chance? So after so long it was getting worse so we decided on not letting the dog suffer anymore. They just want the money like the Muleshoe Hospital, they are no help!

The absolute best Vets in our region. The people whao are apart of tge team are so compassionate and efficent. Vet Tech so great. And the receptionist is so patient... This is definitely a good to place for yours pups and animals.The Vets are professional and very knowledgeable.Pros when you arrive they're ready for your apt no waiting.The receptionists are very friendly and helpful,and answer all your questions.Even though I live in Clovis the drive to Muleshoe is worth it.Thanks for such a good experience, I highly recommend there office if your looking for a forever vet for your pups.
