Workers imposing n their own rules don't care about the costumers Inconvenience..Never seen a place closes both restrooms everyday FOR HOURS FOR CLEANING. You asked politely how long and they say over an hour for cleaning and they send you to McDonald's and you getKick out at McDonald's because they know Allsups does it all the time..

I've stopped here twice, a few years apart on the way back from Colorado and Utah. This place is absolutely disgusting. It was the same nasty experience even years apart. The garbage cans by the fuel pumps are overflowing so the trash just blows around. The bathrooms are horrendous. No toilet paper. Some stalls don't have a way to lock the door.

The bathroom is disgusting, with no toilet paper, paper towels all over the floor needs to be cleaned. Flys everywhere. Coffee Island is out dated have to use packs of sugar and no creamer. Cashier smoking at the register.

Diesel pumps are SLOW!! Its 6 am and this store is supposed to be 24/7 its closed. I got a whole 3.00 of diesel because the pumps didnt want to pump. If you are going through Sudan I recommend to stop there and get diesel! It's the same price and cleaner.

1st things first. You are a 24 hr gas station. That means keeping everything in stock. Including the drinks and everything else on the premises. You have 1 poor guy trying to run the place. That's bad management. Yea. I'm calling YOU out on this. 24 hr gas station and you have one person trying his best to run the store and keep it stocked. There was no food prepared in the kitchen. The soft drinks and waters were running low. You guys plain sucked! If it's a Saturday or Sunday night have help on hand. Those are your busiest nights. Common sense management. I hope you seriously fix your problems.

Where do I start. .. First of all there is trash everywhere. Looks like a dump not a gas station. Then when trying to pump the opposite pump is broken.. There is an employee smoking right at the door I have to wait till this lady is done smoking not one but 2 cigarettes. (I have asthma and the cigarette is a huge trigger!!) Then the bathrooms inside there out of toilet paper. I don't know where management is but this is the worst stop can't even fuel after a long drive. Nor get a hot meal because it's so disgusting... The way I see it if you have time to smoke you have time to do your job. Your getting paid to do your job not smoke. Never stopping here again and I would say to other truckers don't stop here....!!!

Just attempted to get diesel at this store. WHAT A JOKE. First pump told me to pay inside. They said it is broke, to use pump on other side. I pulled a bag out of the OVERFLOWING trash can and placed one that pump's nossel. Pump on other side was slower than molasses in Antartica. Moved to another pump. It said pay inside. Opposite pump didn't say that but card reader was broke. I'm done. Getting fuel anywhere but Allsup's.

THANK YOU for being in Muleshoe, WEST TX, with your several truck parking spaces & large manoeuvering room!! 😅 Also, when I asked the gentleman outside how he was, he replied smilingly: "REAL GOOD! I like the using the power washer!" 😀 Inside, I mentioned to the lady that he liked the power washer. She said: "That keeps him out of trouble!" 😂 Outside, I told him that you hardly see that being done, to which he responded, smiling again: "I'm trying to do it RIGHT!" 'Till next time, ya'll! 😄🤗 Oh, Allsup's, "YOU COMPLETE ME!" with your SIGNATURE TACO SAUCE on mini beef tacos or beef and bean burritos!! 😋😋😋
