We had an absolute blast! Leslie was a great host! We had our 4 year old, and she geared our tour toward him. We learned a lot and loved getting to pet and feed the animals. The cat feeding experience was great! We will definitely return!

We had the best time!! You can tell that these animals are cared for and loved on! We loved having the one on one time as we learned about each animal. We didn’t have to worry about other people in your way or stressing the animals out. This is a MUST place to come!! (Worth every penny) We are already planning another trip to bring our girls!

This place is AMAZING! Finally had my dream of interacting with my favorite exotic animals like "Cheeto" the Serval and "Bella" the Spider monkey. My son was able to see the leopards, lions, and sloth eat, and he was ecstatic to learn and watch. He also got to feed the Porcupine and other animals sweet potatoes, and fruit! The tour was very educational, and the owners are a wealth of knowledge, and obviously care deeply for all their animals. The family and I will absolutely be returning again and can't wait for the new Otter interaction later this year!

We brought our daughter and a few friends out for her 12th birthday. They all had an absolutely amazing time. They're still raving about it and the experiences they had. Rick was a wonderful host, answering any and all questions and giving extra information about each of the animals. NOT JUST FOR KIDS!! The adults in the group also had a great time and I know we will be coming back again.

I did this for my birthday and it was the best experience. Rick took so much time with us, answered all of our questions and really went out of his way to make it a memorable day for me. He really loves and cares about his animals which makes it even more amazing if you’re an animal lover i highly recommend his place. If i could give him more than 5 stars i would!!

Great value. Has a personal feel. Lots of interesting animals. You can get very up close with the critters compared to a zoo. To set expectations you are going to someone’s house/ranch. If you need to use the bathroom you’re using their bathroom in their house. They’re nice folks. It’s very much a small business vibe with personal touch. If you’re expecting a zoo with informational signs and manicured grounds this isn’t it. But if you want to be 4 feet from a tiger and think “I’m pretty sure that can break out of its enclosure right now and eat me” this is it. I really enjoyed it. So did my whole group. It’s mostly outside so dress appropriately. Also these are wild animals. You need to stay alert. This isn’t some wear a helmet, everything is padded kind of place. There’s some risk involved. That monkey might grab your hair or the capybara might bite you.Overall it’s great. They’re obviously going to grow and get a little more “professional” and the price will be twice as much. So go now while it’s a pretty good deal.

My Husband and I visited TWP last weekend and had an amazing time ! This is definitely a better experience than a Zoo, you get to interact with the animals and see them up close and personal. The owners have done an amazing job rescuing and taking care of the animals.I strongly recommend visiting this family owned business and after your tour I'm sure you'll want to come back again! Please donate as well for the care of these beautiful animals !We'll definitely be back soon !

My family and I visited the Texas Wildlife Park last week! We had a few young children with us and they loved the entire experience. Rick and his crew really deliver on this private tour, as they express this deep love for what is literally an extension of their family. On our tour we got to feed many unexpected animals! We fed tortoises, a capybara, a capuchin monkey, lemurs, and of course goats, pigs, and chickens! The kids absolutely loved how different this was then the normal petting zoo. We of course had to do the spider monkey add-on, which was a one in a lifetime experience. These animals are clearly so loved and taken care of. We’d definitely recommend and will be back !

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this park. This was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had. Our guide was super knowledgeable and we learned so much about their animals.The animals are also very well taken care of and seem very healthy, both physically and mentally. I'm not usually a zoo person because the animals in zoos seem stressed and overwhelmed. But here at the park they devote a lot of energy to ensuring the animals are happy and comfortable.We got to be very close to the animals, including a lion, a tiger, clouded leopards, servals, caracals, mountain lions, porcupines, lemurs, monkeys, an emu, a capybara, pigs, and others I'm probably forgetting somehow. I never realized just how massive the big cats are until getting up close to them.I also highly recommend the add-ons, which allows you to handle the animals and interact with them. We got to play with their serval kitten, Cheetoh. It was so much fun, he was adorable and very well-behaved. 10/10.
