Easy in and easy out. Little busier parking lot than I'm use to but still easy. It is a smaller Walmart but had everything I needed. Friendly Employees, fast check out and pickup service.I will differently be back.Remember Folks that's coming from a Texan, Adios.

I called cause a mutual client cant pick their meds till paperwork from my clinic was sent over and while I verified the fax I had was correct. And it showed successful on my side , the pharmacy staff “moon” was very rude and accusatory when I first called and even after I verified who I was and who I work for. Mind you this is time sensitive and the client needs meds today so after another call back later after the client is upset. Same girl hung up on me.

Had a horrible experience with the lady at the customer service desk who could not do her job properly and their machines were not working and I was dealing with a time sensitive matter and she did not seem to care or have any desire to fix a problem and then tried to tell me to leave after I asked to speak to the manager and this is a small Walmart so the food and selection is very limited. I would not recommend going to this place in less you needed it something specific that was only there. There are several other places within a mile of this location that have better selections and variety most importantly customer service.

Definite improvement inside after the recent update. The aisles and shelving is much better and things are more organized. Easy to get in and out even during busy times of the week thanks to the multiple self checkout kiosks. They don’t have everything that a larger Walmart store has but that’s what you’d expect from a neighborhood market like this. Prices are competitive with all the other major groceries.

Clean store and nice location.Why the ⭐⭐ rating? The Wal Mart has a bad habit of allowing Vendors and solicitors outside of their entrance. Is it too much to ask to walk into a store to shop without being harassed on the way in and out?

Aug 2023: 5⭐: I would recommend this location. This location is pretty decent for shopping in this area. The store has gotten rid of the video rental machine that was here. I stopped by this location to pick up fruit, snacks, and food for the evening. I was happy to find some of the snacks were discounted as well. I guess if it is discounted, then it's probably meant for the same day consumption. Whaaaa...I have to eat the WHOLE cake. Ahm, yeah, no problem. I have not had any difficulty with any workers at this store location. The parking areas are fairly new and offers more handicapped parking areas.Feb2022: I would recommend this location. I needed help on several occasions for items that I couldn't find and one of the workers helped me. Can you imagine that? I got help from a store employee when I asked for help!! I have gone to the customer service counter and I have always been helped in a timely fashion.This visit was a five (5 ⭐) visit. The self checkout lanes are almost always working with a cashier nearby to help with any issue. On many occasions I have come here and have been able to get in and out quickly. I think this is one of my favorite locations. The employees at the front are always friendly and the the cashiers are always there to help with the self-checkout. The fruit and vegetable aisle is always neat without items on the floor or in the aisles. Each time I've gone into the store, the shelves were stocked with items and they were fronted for customer purchase. I checked the restroom while I was there and each time I've gone in it is always fairly clean without paper and items on the floor.

So good of you to bar people entering your facility 20 minutes before close. I work retail and worked Christmas eve just like you all and we didn't bar customers from entering our store till after we closed. Good to see how crappie your customer service is. I understand wanting to be home with family but you all have a job and agreed to be there on your schedule just like I did. I allowed my customers in till our hours said closed. You all didn't. I'll be going to your corporate offices about this failure of policy.

I shop at this store most of the time, coming here several times a week and spending lots $$ over the years. I go here because I find you have a core of employees that I have known over the years that are very nice to me and quite friendly. TODAY WAS NOT THAT DAY!Obviously Miriam was short staffed and no one was at the check out. I had $130 plus of groceries with my a personal check and needed someone to help me at the register. I don’t know exactly how things got so unfriendly, but Miriam kept hollering to me from the service counter on where to go. I truly thought I was getting yelled at. Naturally at the checkout, no thank you for again spending lots of $$.I do know you have good people at this store, and I will be back because of them. I will give Miriam the benefit of the doubt, but will always remember today.. My Reviews are mostly good. Not today. This lady did not represent your store in a good way today. Not at all. I’m guessing Miriam was nicer to the staff that hired her than she was to me today.As I look through Reviews at this store, I see that many people write because of the customer service. Hope she has a better day tomorrow.If a manager wants to call me, I would be happy to talk about today. Again, hoping just a bad day for her.SECOND REVIEW.... The traffic in front of the store is busy and one must be careful. Today a car was parked in the Fire Lane and no one in it and engine going. You do not need a car parked there!! IT IS A FIRE LANE AS WELL!!As I walk in the store, I told the associate that the car just 10’ in front of her in CLEAR VIEW WAS EMPTY! You would think that an employee sitting in her chair could say something to the line driver as he walked into the store. I guess it is necessary now with the 19 Scare to have an employee there. Would it be too much to make sure she can also do something about a car illegally parked. Some one will get hit and Walmart COULD HAVE PREVENTED IT..

I have gotten my groceries delivered every couple of weeks for the last 6 months at least and my orders are always perfectly picked, packed and delivered. Never late, never a wrong or missing item. I’m notified of substitutions wherein I’m able to approve or deny (rarely happens). I couldn’t be happier with every employee that has helped with my orders as well as the delivery drivers who brought my orders to me. Thanks so much!!

I’ve been going here for years now, and the cashiers are always so nice; there’s a real sense of community here and this store is my go-to for any grocery shopping. The self-check outs installed are a lot more helpful, and you can easily find help if something is missing or has gone wrong. Highly recommended!

I had a good experience with walmart pickup service today. The Walmart associate Angel came promptly with my order. There was one item which was out of stock, she asked if I wanted the exchange product, and took it back since I didn't want it.She was prompt , courteous and efficient.

+ 4.11.2023 update +This store doesn't seem to be crowded with people anymore. Most nof the shopping is done by the in-store workers doing the online shopping runs with their large cart bins. Pet food and items are now at the farthest back corner.+7.1.2022 update+The store has been redone and about half the items are in a new location. Luncheon meats and cheeses are closer to the front. Also the beer section is now in the middle front of the store and not at the far back corner. More self checkout and more Walmart online store shoppers with large bins roaming the isles.Good clean place but always seems to have expired food on there shelves. I always find expired items and bring it to their attention. It is sometimes weeks expired.

I was there the other day with my nephew that is two years old and I heard a manager named Nicole Treating her employee very disrespectful, She was being very judge mental on this kid that was trying his best to work efficiently, it was hard to not pay attention because she was very loud and obnoxious. I got the groceries I needed and left, the management there is obviously very poor and it’s not a nice environment.

Very disappointed with the on line ordering pick up. First time I have been to this Wal-Mart and I have to say it will be the last. Took a minute to get my order and I had ordered cooking oil. It did not have the safety seal and the lid was loose so huge mess in my hatch. When the employee brought out my bags, some were already ripped and do not seem to concern the employee. It was like it was the normal for them. Not impressed and I use the on line pickup all the time.

The pharmacist that helped me was AWESOME! Not only did she notice (before I brought it up) that my prescription cost higher than normal before, but then she also found a way to help me save 60 dollars. She was friendly, easy to work with, and even gave my dog a little treat.

Nice store and they always beat Kroger, no clipping coupons and price games. It's a shame they got rid of all the cashiers, sometimes is slow to get someone to resolve an issue but that's the Walmart way.

This is a badly managed store..... chances are you will not find many items on your shopping list because they have not been restocked. Staff is very sparse.... if you need any help at the self-checkout you will have to wait for many minutes (over 5 mins) before getting help. If in doubt, just call the store..... 9 out of 10 times nobody answers the phone. Also, almost always, there is nobody at the customer service desk. Despite all these, this store is strategically located, they carry all the essentials, it is easy to locate an item as the organization of the store is great (as of most WalMarts). But although it is super-convenient, I have become frustrated on not finding items and thus will not visit this store when needing items for few days. Last, I have found that Walmart does not have the lowest prices - there are many products (under the Kroger's or Tom Thumb's flag) that are of higher quality and lower in price.

I used to love this store. It had friendly employees, easy to get in and out of etc. My last 6 visits were not pleasant. I have a disability. They had no cashier manned registers and refused to open one although on one of those occassions they were 3 employees standing at customer service talking and laughing. That last time I was there I was struggling to self check and bag some of my items. When I asked an employee that has checked me out many times for help she told me they are not allowed to help. Probably will not be returning.

I understand that this store had to make remodeling and relocation decisions for their products. However, why would they decide to narrow the aisles so much, that you can barely get two carts by each other? I had heard a number of other shoppers complaining about this issue. Why would you even consider doing this while we are still living in a pandemic? Why would you consider doing this for any reason at all?

I have been shopping here for years and loved it until yesterday! I noticed several weeks ago they only have self checkout registers open. I bought a basket load of groceries and had to use the self checkout, I almost walked out. I looked around the store and they had at least 20 employees filling orders, how about serving the customers that are coming into the store? I am not going to shop at this store if I have to check myself out.

Just went to this Walmart. The cashier was not polite didn’t even know how greet customer. I’ve been raised to be respectful to others but an old woman that assist us today and in front of my kids was not nice at all. Doesn’t know how to assist customer. She treated me like I’m an idiot that it’s my first time to pay groceries at Walmart. We’ve spent hundred and hundreds of dollars at Walmart and used cards. We don’t use credit cards and why in the world that Walmart would sell their card and will not take it their own card that they sell when you swipe it? I think it’s time for other store to get my money than Walmart. Especially the Walmart in Flower Mound!!! Racist!!! 😡😡😡

I normally don't shop for groceries at Walmart, however, this is the best "grocery" store in our new neighborhood and I've found it to be a very nice experience. Their fresh food items are of good quality and their brand selection is vastly superior to other grocery stores in my neighborhood. Their staff is also friendly, which is a plus.

I shop at this Walmart quite a bit but the 2 cashiers that I have to deal with need re training. Twice in less than a week I've had to re bag my food/ milk from being put in a bag with cleaning supplies! And there is one cashier that is so slow and rude I hate having to get into her line. IF I HAVE TO SCAN AND BAG MY GROCERIES I AND I KNOW OF OTHERS FEEL LIKE THE SELF CHECK OUT SHOULD BE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY !!

I like this neighborhood Walmart. There are now more self-check out lanes than clerk lanes. So, if looking for a person to check you out, good luck. Its a hop skip jump away. I know where to find inside what I'm looking for and that makes for a pleasant quick trip. Happy shopping folks!
