Nice little gourmet store, but so many things are not priced in the store and I really dislike not knowing what the price is of something! It is a little embrassing to ask constantly how much something is, when you don't want to spend the high prices of things. What I purchased was $11 for a 5 oz bag of training treats, which on Amazon it goes for $7.50. I would have declined the purchase at the time if it wasn't for the fact that I had a coupon for a free bakery item. Nice employees here but I will not be shopping there again, sorry!

My dog celebrated his 4th birthday today and well he absolutely loved his cake and I loved the store and definitely will come back but his name was misspelled and often people commented correcting it :( just double check before leaving that it’s correct.

I went in to get a birthday cake for my best girl who's turning 13 on the 29th. She is being euthanized the following day. I was emotional when I ordered it and the girl was so sweet. Also gave me a generous discount after I'd told them. Very sweet! Everything is perfect and my dogs are never disappointed!! Thank you, Three Dog Bakery!! ❤

I am so happy Three Dog Bakery is now in Flower Mound! I used to frequent the Southlake location, so I'm thrilled they moved closer to me (thanks for that!). The store is super cute, and very clean. I went in the other day and was helped by the most lovely, enthusiastic young lady. I don't recall if I got her name, but she was VERY tall and wears glasses. Exceptional customer service is why this place is the best and she did not disappoint! The other ladies in the store were wonderful as well and everyone genuinely seemed to be happy to be there and even happier to take care of my (and my dog's) needs! Thank you, Three Dog Bakery Flower Mound- I will be back again soon, next time with my pooch!!

I went into Three Dog Bakery in Flower Mound today with my dog Evangeline. I was in the store for a quick five minutes due to my overall experience. When my dog and I entered the store, I was approached by an employee. My dog was greeted from the employee, which I appreciated. However, she proceeds to pull out her phone and tries taking a picture of my dog. While she is waving her phone around, she tries giving Evangeline a treat by hand, encouraging her to eat the treat. When that does not work she tries tossing it at her. While this is all happening, Evangeline is showing no signs of aggression, but fear and anxiety instead. Her panting, ears are pulled back, tail is tucked, and she is crouched to the ground almost hiding behind me. The employee tries to make her feel better by talking to her and I assure her, “She’s just a little nervous.” The employee then asks me if I was here for something specific or just to look around. I pull out my coupon and tell her “I need to redeem this,” which was a free Pupcake given by my manager at work. The employee puts her phone up and directs me to the register; I follow. I notice that she reaches for my Pupcake and I hand her the coupon. She then says “Bye, have a nice day.”To some this may not seem so bad, however, it was the overall delivery and tone of what the employee was saying that made it so unsettling. I follow Three Dog on Instagram and notice they really try to get to know their customer’s dogs and what they came in for that day. This is what attracted me to try out Three Dog because of the personable, friendly impression they give online. However, this interaction gave me the impression that I am not valued unless I am buying something, one of the worst feelings you could possibly have in retail as a customer. I felt sort of rushed out the door once I told them I wanted to pick up my Pupcake. I would have looked around some more but it was too awkward for me by then.In no way am I saying employees have to be dog experts to work there, but if she took the time to observe my dog’s shy demeanor and nonverbal cues (panting, ears are pulled back, tail is tucked, crouched to the ground) she would have known the correct way to approach her. There were no customers in the building either, so she could have sat down with my dog for a few minutes and then taken her picture. This is not a comment on the store as a whole because I know many people who love Three Dog, but more so the bad exchange I had with an employee.

Super fun place for pups! Everyone was so kind to our Duke, he loved the treats and pets he got from them! There are so many treats, cookies, chews, and toys to choose from- it’s a dog and dog lover’s dream. Like the reviewer below, I am also very conscious about what our puppy eats, and everything offered here looked to be of amazing quality! The cookies actually smell delicious. We got a large variety of treats and a super cute Velcro bandana. We can’t wait to go back!

Love this place. They have all kinds of stuff I don't need but but for my dogs. There is something for all dogs here, my 12 year old loves the freeze dried items for an easy chew and there toys can out last more than a few plays with my great Pyrenees. If you're looking for a special treat for your fur baby this is the place.

This is an Amazing store that I frequented three times a week. The staff is fabulous and so helpful. It is well organized and a great visual experience.I will really miss the convenience of the store being right in Southlake but BIG kudos to Sam who will be the new assistant manager at the Flower Mound location. Very well deserved. I'll miss the convenience of you being in Southlake, but I will see you in in February at the new store.

Specialty products that are VERY decently priced. Tons of choices, and the establishment is definitely dog friendly!! :)Our dog LOVES visits to Three Dog Bakery, and it's one of few places she likes to ride to in the car. Five Star establishment, and the staff is so friendly.

So freaking awesome... prices are super low. They obviously bake there and its fresh. I feel like they are under pricing themselves, I would have payed double and not complained. Super cute. My puparoo loved it, she got so much attention. They definitely seem like they enjoy what they are doing...Update. Love the fact their moving closer to me, and medusa will too. Tried Wolfgang cookies a couple of times but they don't compare in price or quality of baked goods. We Love Three Dog.

Awesome staff, they loved on my dog and gave him free treats throughout the time I was there! They have a doggy water fountain set up as well.Not only do they sell gourmet treats but also bagged treats, dog food, chews, leashes, collars, bandanas, toys, and much more!Highly recommend!
