We absolutely love K-9 Kuts!! I have taken our Lulu here several times now. I’m always very happy when I pick her up. All the ladies are so sweet and love what they do!

When I called to schedule the appt I let them know that my dog has never been in a kennel and to see if they could groom her without kenneling her. I was told that I could pay $15 extra to have an express appt for her. When I dropped her off I told them again she has never been in a kennel and I did not want her to be. When my son went to pick her up she was sitting in a kennel. When I called to express my concern the owner got on the phone and was very rude and stated I never told her that. I let her know I expressed the no kernel on the phone and when I dropped her off. She got very angry on the phone and raised her voice. She ended the conversation by hanging up on me. All I called for was to let them know of my concern but instead I got rude customer service and told I never told them anything about a kennel. Very disappointed in this shop And definitely won't return.

K9 Kutz did a good job grooming the dogs. What earns them 5 stars is being calm in the chaos of dogs not really wanting to be there.

Great job with my German Shepard on his winter coat deshed. Also great job on my little dogs bath. Very friendly staff! Very reasonably priced! Will definitely become my new place.

Friendly atmosphere for both humans and (shhhh) dogs. They did a wonderful job making my doodles (yorkie and golden) look like doodles and not hairless rats. Was so impressed, set up an appointment 3 months in advance cuz we will be back!! Thanks ladies 😊- love Diogee, Dingus, and Kevin's mom

It’s a really nice place if you do not mine leaving your babies for 6 to 7 hours to be groomed. Lisa is very nice. Great to deal with. The other groomer is very disrespectful to customers . I will not be back . I am done with this place. The dogs do not need to be in a cage for that long.

My dog always comes home so nicely groomed. She is familiar with the place and is not shaking or nervous as other places she went too in the past. She loves to be groomed and clean and sleeps the whole day when returning. There are a really nice group of ladies

They do a great job here. My Callie seems to love it too. She's and Aussie max and I get her shaved about 3 times a year. My mom takes her Yorkie here as well. The staff seem to really like what they do and the furbabies they groom.

I hate to give a poor review because the ladies are super nice, but they aren’t great groomers. I only ever get a bath and blow dry for my German Shepherd and every time his ears are still dirty. Also the bandana they put on him was way too tight and left marks around his neck! It’s the cheapest groomer in town but I won’t be going back. 3 stikes you’re out for me

I brought my poodle here years ago for grooming and now I bring my pitbull puppy just for her nails. They are amazing with animals! I highly recommend them

I got my lil man 2 months ago his owner passed so wen I got him wanted to take him to groom as soon as I opened tha door where they groom at PetSmart he was shaking so bad so I said I will not tramatize him no more took him to k9 cuts in Montgomery and Dexter loves tha people there they r great with him no shaking r nothing I was very happy to see him take so well to these people they r great people and will not use no one else we r very happy to see Dexter take to them as good as he did love u guys at k9 cuts I happy I was referred to check ya out cus I'm very pleased keep yas good work up

My first visit today for my baby. I was unhappy with her cut as I had told them all off! Plus when I got her home and checked her ears they were still dirty down in them. Sorry but she's not going back!!
