Horrible treatment of customer. Did not listen to my request for a short cut. Had to redo many times and still got it wrong. It was such a hell experience that I just took my dog and left. I decided later to call the owner to discuss with him. He was so nice and apologized so much. Said that he watched the tape and that he would give me a refund. I had to go back to get my credit card as the groomer misplaced the credit card and then said I didn't give it to her. When I picked it up, he said that he would not refund my money as I had received the service. But you can see the quality here. And be your own judge.

Not sure what the other person is talking about. The groom looks great. Took our sheltie here after he had been boarded and had horrible mats, urine stained paws, he was in BAD SHAPE. I explained what had happened and how I hated that our other groomer let him get away with barking at the dryer and told them if they firmly told him to knock it off he wouldn’t snap at the air or anything. When i picked him up... omg I’m just freakin floored!!!! HE LOOKS SO AMAZING!!! His hair is the softest i have ever felt it be, his hair is so loose and detangled you could run a fine tooth comb through it without catching a snag. I mean he looks fantastic smells AMAZING his feet are so nice looking now, they did his ears, did a proper Sani trim. I’m practically in tears over how happy I am. I will definitely recommend and refer them to all of my friends and family!!!

Our poor dog! She never complains about her lack of haircuts or baths. She hates them. Also, we hate paying to get her hair cut and bathed, so she suffers through the dog days of summer all shaggy. When my wife saw a neighbor with her dog at the park and asked her where she went to get a bath and cut she said Clippendales. I called the next day and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I brought our girl in the ladies were so impressed with how polite she is. As she asked if she'd go into a crate she had already gone it. Again, she was super impressed. I can't help but brag that we really do have the best dog! She talked to me about how we wanted he cut (she's a mixed breed, but she's dominant Schnauzer). She told me she'd be ready around 1 pm. When I went to pick her up she looked great! I will definitely be going back!!We have two dogs now and another great job done! They are so polite and the price is so reasonable. Great place to get your dogs groomed!!!

Favorite place to take my dogs for grooming - small place that only takes a limited number of dogs a day. Open 4 days a week - so glad I found them!

I had been going to Clippendales for about 2 years and was delighted with the grooming job Linda did on our Aussie. She even told me things to do to help keep him cooler in the summer - clip his belly which I could do at home between groomings. Linda was wonderful. The last two times we took him the quality of the grooming had dropped off. That was about the time she sold the business. The last time I took my dog, it appeared that nothing had been done. His ears were not cleaned. He had not been clipped the way she had always done it before. I'm not even sure he had gotten a good bath. The new owner was very defensive and rude. Even said very sarcastically, "You wanted him clippped"? I had told him when I dropped my dog off that Linda knew what we wanted done so there was no miscommunication. Told us to leave him and they'd redo, but with his arrogant attitude there was no way we would leave him again. I hated that it came to that because Linda is an excellent groomer but our dog is very important to us Apparently Linda has no say anymore.

Linda is awesome ! Even though i have a cat one day she trimmed my cats nails $15.00 but was well worth it I am grateful to Lynda and to RC for not saying anything about a cat . And my cat has no problems with dog's as long as there not barking at her or chasing her ...Linda was wonderful for allowing me to bring her in.

I just took my 15yo Shih Tzu here for the first time and Linda was wonderful with him. She took special care because of his age and health problems and got him done quickly, and did a wonderful job with his grooming. When I walked in to pick him up he was up on her table giving her kisses! I highly recommend Linda and Clippendales.

My pup walks in happily and willingly each time it's grooming day for him! The owner welcomes us warmly and the groomer is AMAZING and gentle to my Toby!I highly recommend this grooming and boarding facility!!!!
