For a small business, I suggest the owners discuss customer service with their staff. I quickly stopped in as I’m traveling to the west of the US from Louisiana to grab a few things. I’m a disabled Veteran with some physical issues and was driving a small car with a U-Haul connected in a congested parking lot there, with my 2 dogs in the car to boot. Literally was situated along the front of the establishment by the ramp for about 10 minutes. Big burley guy comes out to tell me to move. He made me mad so I got snarky and to that he yelled “Have a blessed day” which I know was a fake way of saying something derogatory. I called him out that I had no alternative options to be parked there temporarily, he yells to me “Go back to Louisiana and I hope you wreck”. Well my friend, thanks for your support on my travels. Learn to speak to humans appropriately and stop trying to control things outside of your control- you don’t own the outside establishment nor was I impeding traffic anymore than the other vehicles there. Also had you paid attention, I have handicap plates! Also, this liquor store didn’t have Tann’s Gin which is far better than Hendricks and overcharging for High Noons by $3 a box. The gentleman who checked me out at the register had an excellent sense humor and was respectful. Can’t say the same for the middle aged woman behind the counter….

I never experienced an establishment like this. I’m new to Mount Belvieu and I went to this liquor store. I walk in with no type of customer service at all. I was about to ask the gentleman a question and he just ignored me like I didn’t exist. I guess I was too dark or he guess I didn’t have any money. I will never come here and I suggest if u look like me, go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

The store is convenient and pretty well stocked but there is one lady worker who is very rude. Been there multiple times over the last few months and she’s rude each time for no reason. Seems she doesn’t like working there.

We come here all the time we got one bottle of Jamison rage was 41.99 then pack of fireball small 10.00 then 2 liter of soda 3.00 small travel size of Irish cream 2.00 she said with tax was 160.00 we asked her to try again please she was very rude said she was right I added it up in my phone it was about let’s say 70 give or take then said we can’t come back to the store bc we didn’t want to put them back after she was very rude to us and didn’t even ask for our rewards number . I understand the system might messed up the prices but the prices on shelf wasn’t wrong . Very sad loved coming there .

Friendly staff that goes over and beyond! Always suggesting items that is new for me to try. I am a regular and I love how the store is always clean. If they don’t have it just ask they’re can try to get what you need for next time.I love the mini selections I can stock up and try née flavors.. great Liqour store our community needed.

I go there pretty often . They have great store picks and great customer service. The employees are always polite and i haven't had any issues with them. Debbie is always helpful towards me and my wife.

Convenient to HEB in Mont Belvieu.... However, Jaeger cold brew coffee is right next to regular Jaeger, an hour later when we saw we purchased the wrong bottle, they would not make an exchange.Customer service is questionable at best, especially when I bought a $280 bottle of whiskey.Save time and money. Go to Specs.

The day Longhorn Liquor opened up here was just like Christmas Day. Their Scotch selection is tough to beat and their private barrel pick whiskies are some of the best I've had. I like visiting some of their other locations, but now that this one is close to home it's my go-to. The folks that run this shop are top notch and will steer you right if you can't find what you're looking for or if you want to try something new.

Great store for your alcohol needs. Debbie, Calvin, and the rest of the staff will always take care of you with a smiling face. They have a great selection from your favorite Texas Brews, hard to find bourbon and scotch, or your everyday crown royale and Jack Daniels.

I like that they have everything that you can think of but the lady behind the counter is very rude and unfriendly. I know that customer service is very difficult so I try to be extra kind to the people behind the counter and even so that lady was just plain mean.

They are amazing and when they say “if you need anything we can get it” they mean it. My friend whom lives in The Woodlands told me she has been searching for a fancy $150 bottle of Don Julio tequila for almost a year and it’s sold out everywhere. I told her I know who to call and sure enough Longhorn Liquor Mont Belvieu had it in stock. I was able to purchase it over the phone and pick it up a few days later. It’s good to know that they can find anything you’re looking for.

Favorite liquor store in the area. I have not stepped foot in another one since they opened! Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Store is well stocked and clean.

Decent selection of gin. Employees refuse to wear masks, which is a legal requirement. Avoid if you value your health, Liquor Hut south of I-10 has a comparable selection and does comply with mask requirements.
