Wow! Great store with a lot to choose from! Was busy on a Friday but what grocery store isn’t. They have a lot of fresh food choices however, some of the produce quality wasn’t that great unfortunately. Maybe just the time of the year. Otherwise great place to get your groceries!

I love this store and the people hear but BEWARE check your receipts I was charged $43.65 for an item I didn’t purchase the scanner some how charged my pork chops as BULK FAVA BEAN DRIED for $53.65 instead of pork chops for $4.36

This is a great store with just about anything you need for inside the home, and lots of outdoor items for the house as well. I have found that there are some HEB brand groceries and such that I prefer over the name brands. Friendly helpful personnel and good service, especially the curbside service.

H‑E‑B always has a great selection of most food and drinks! The staff is good, not as friendly as some of the other HEB’s that I have frequented. I give them only four stars, because every time I walk in the store, there is a fire alarm panel always annoyingly beeping. When you look at the alarm, it has a yellow light on that says system trouble. It’s been like this for two years. It makes me feel like the manager of the store doesn’t take this life safety system serious enough to keep it from being in “trouble”. Plus, that constant beeping gets annoying. Everything else though is great!

I go to store prob once a week . Today went in to grab a few items . Very busy and parking b lot full, people waiting on parking to be able to park . Employee came out parked in third spot from front of store seeing was very hard yo get a park g spot, and he seeing all this just took his sweet time , changing clothes cleaning his sun glasses just jacking around. Very rude of an employee to park there and hold up customer’s and don’t care at all. Very un professional.

Great store, well laid-out, always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. You won't find some items here that you'll see in larger stores, but there's a fairly good selection and a convenient location. Grocery pickup could use more spaces, but overall it's a great store in the Mont Belvieu/Baytown area.

The round cake with the turquoise drip is from the Bakery. It is so cute!! We are very, very happy with it. I included a photo of a cake from another store bakery to show the difference in quality and effort. HEB Bakery clearly takes their time and pride in getting their cakes to look great. The cupcakes match too. Super cute!(The other cake - dragon, you can see the odd white spacing issue and it looks too rushed. Huge difference from HEB's bakery) We will definitely order all of our cakes from here. We had ordered another one for our home birthday party and one more to pick up next week. Once I get pics of those, I will try to update. Thank you for doing such a great job on our cakes.

I left my cell phone on a cart and drove back to my home about 30 minutes away. I called customer service and gave them the information as to where I might have left it. They said they would look for it and get back with me. Within 10 minutes they called me back saying they had found my phone and I could pick it up at my convenience. I've been shopping at this HEB location for the past 5 years and they are the best. Fresh produce and meat and friendly, helpful staff. Well worth the 30 minute drive to shop there.

Curbside ReviewHas anyone else experienced receiving meat and produce that expires day of or within a day of receiving curbside pick up? I placed a pick up order yesterday March 3rd and just opened my hamburgermeat and is brown through the middle part of the meat. It also has an expired by date of today.

love my HEB.Moved it to Indiana, and we don't have fresh foods like HEB.Cant find the wonderful variety HEB offers, either. I go full blown when I shop to bring things back for friends and family dinners.

Curveside pick up is a breeze. Pull in to parking space, text the spot number, and very quickly a friendly staffer brings out your order. Have used once a week for months, never an unfriendly person. Of all Curveside pick ups, HEB in Mont belvieu has been the best experience for me. Keep up the great job of hiring friendly people.

Everything is good but the price. This HEB is more expensive than the one in Baytown and even Kingwood. And the gas price is just ridiculously high. I mean, it used to be 2 or 3 cents higher than the Baytown one, but now it is a quarter more per gallon. We spend about 20 dollars more each week on groceries and gas than shopping at Baytown HEB.

Good job selling rotten salad for four bucks! Bravo! On another note your prices are way too high charging $4 for rotten salad you can get a salad from Chick-fil-A for that price get with the program HEB You are not a restaurant you are a grocery store.

I love the curbside pickup and all the options available on freshness from HEB. Only thing I would change is a bigger curbside pickup area. Always makes me a nervous wreck in those tight spaces.

Terrible HEB. Have not received a complete order when doing curbside. Something is always missing. Pharmacy has never once had a prescription ready even when called in hours before.

To whom it may concern (tortilla area) usually your tortillas are good, and fresh, but this time half of my packed tortillas came out super small and crazy shaped 😜. It looks like you hired the people from Kroger who make the tortillas over there. I know you can do better. Please don't disappoint. Thank you.

I LOVE H-E-B! Great variety, and I recommend their house brand pot roast that is easy to microwave and serve...Our cashier Kielie was so friendly and engaging that as a past customer service manager, I wished I had a dozen employees with her personality and enthusiasm for her job. She is an asset to them. Wish this chain would buyout or move into the Greater New Orleans area where I live.
