This place is all right for convenience. They hardly had their shelves completely stocked 90% of the time they're always out of the items that I need. Come back a month later and They're still out of stock. It would be a lot better if they ordered the stuff they need to fill their shelves.

This is a great little Tractor Supply. Employees are always friendly. We get our propane tanks filled here, fast and easy. They have a really good selection of pet products and men’s work clothing, as well as a variety of other merchandise.

Great every time I go there! Never a problem and the store is always faced up and squared away! Courteous employees and you can tell the management is top par! Pretty much have everything you need! Easy on and off I-20!

This store has some of the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I had an issue with a generator and they immediately traded it out. They also offered a full refund. I can’t even begin to tell you how satisfied I am. I would highly recommend this store

I love coming here. They've got all kinds of stuff, from apparel to chicken houses. Prices are great and it's just a neat store to walk around and explore. I always get my pets' food here because of their good prices.

Worst customer service! We came to get our propane filled there was a car parked in the back so we pulled in and unloaded our 3 propane tanks. The “manager” crys told us rudely to move our car. So we replied sure we will move it no need to be rude. He replied I️ just need you to move your car off ofMY side lot NOW. So we moved it. He proceeds to be awful throwing our propane bottles around. We ask to speak to the manager since this is the worst customer service from any business we have ever encountered and he informs us he is the manager. My husband asked to see the weight on the propane bottles and was asked if he was a trained professional and did not want to show him. Finally agreed after we refused to pay until he did. This place is an absolute joke! We will drive to Odessa from now on!

Really disappointed this use to be the best tractor supply in the area. Had to request two times to get help looking for 2-4-D for our pasture. Still no one showed up to help had to drive to the other store off of county line which is way worse.

I have been to this location several times and I am even a rewards member. I have normally had a great experience due to the helpful employees at the front counter however my last visit to the Monahans location lost my business for good. I came here to get propane bottles filled every time I had been here before they bleed the bottles while filling them. This release the extra air in the top on the bottle alowing room for more propane and for me to make fewer trips. There is a core in the bottle s that will not allow the bottle to become 100% propane but bleeding allows the max capacity. Now... The guy that filled my propane I asked him if he was going to bleed my bottles he say he didnt have to. Then I asked if he could do it anyway. He told me NO. I politely explained why I wanted it done and that everyone except he had always done it. He told me his manager that set up the store told him not to because if the bottle got to full tbe heat in texas would make it spontaneously combust. With the amount of rvs in West Texas and the amount of propane tanks if that where the case we would be looking at the next Grand Cannyon. Just saying but he had worked there for four years and he knew better than me.... Well I have worked a lot of customers service jobs as I'm sure most of you have. You never talk back to a customer in such a disrespectful manner. I asked to speak to the manager and I waited at the front for the assistant manager to come to the front. 5min later she couldn't find the time. So I went home pretty hot at this point I told my sister about the incidents so she decided to call and speak to to manage. (Because I'm trying to be a nice person and not curse anyone out)The manager was out and she talk to the assistant manager she was beyond rude and perfectly okay with the behavior of her employee. That phone call went no where. So because of the action of the assistant manager and a rude employee they lost my respect and business. There was so many different ways that could have been handled by management. This is a prime example of how not to manage a business.

Went in to to get a auxiliary tank pump. They did not have it. Then went to get the fuel pipe dope. Out of stock ask when it will be in stock. They told me in two or three weeks. They have been out of stock for two weeks.

The staff their is friendly and helpful. Geraldine helped me with my boots and she even took her time to explain the boot care for these boots. I will be going back.

They never have anything who ever does inventory need to learn how do do there job I always have t go to Kermit to get my dog food and puppy pads!!!!

Tractor Supply Co. Is a store that sells lots of helpful around the farm tools and supplies. They also sell clothes and shoes and pet supplies as well as feed and lawn mowers and other lawn and garden equipment. Its a little bit of the rural farmers catch all type store. If you need it in the rural or on a farm they might have it.

Just went to have propane bottles filled. She didn't tell him all the way and I had to check her tank to see if she had propane in it. Not sure I'll return for propane tanks to be filled. I don't need the hassle and come home with tanks that are full.
