Don’t waste your time at this place it’s just like most of the rest of Dollar Generals. Nothing but a big storage building. It’s like a big scavenger hunt to find anything at this place. Come in for 11 items left with 2. An embarrassment to say the least.

This place might need to change its name to you can’t much here for a dollar. I know prices have went up on everything everywhere, but here things went up to high. I can go next door to Lowes and get some of the stuff cheaper. Even some of their labels are misprinted, prices are a little higher than what they show. And they don’t restock everything. There some items I haven’t seen for months. Aisles are are always cluttered with boxes and you can’t down them. And sometimes even blocking you what you need. Basically if you check other reviews for the last 4 years, it’s still the same. Even the new one they opened in town is about the same too. Not like this review will make a difference anyways. Nobody is going to read it anyways.

Disgusting! Floor was filthy throughout store, spills, etc. Couldn't get down isles. Clerks were behind register sitting down talking about buying candles at Bath and Body works and body misalliance. And when checking me out still talking to each other and I had to say, how much do she would operate registerThat store was disgusting! Needs to be shut down n I hope someone calls the health department because of the food.

The store was clean and we'll stocked, however the way the stock was placed on the shelves was unorganized. For example the can goods could be found on several rows rather than all on one row. The candy was also on several different rows, It made items difficult to find, I gave up looking for several item then found them when I was looking for something unrelated. Old guys beware, they do not have a public bathroom, I had to go next door to the market, That was an inconvenience....

The prices advertised on shelves often do not match the prices on the receipt. When cashiers are made aware of the issue, the answer is “We can’t change the prices.”Dollar General is ripping customers off.

All the employees were hanging out in the back talking when I was ready to check out I rang the bell alot of times and no answer their prices don't match and terrible service.

Dirty, no one on the floor to ask questions, a lot of freight on floor have to move to get what you want, hardly any prices on items you might want to prurchace! Short on staff, one person on register, always empty shelves, never fully stocked. Because your in a small town you don't really have a choice sad but true !!! Get more help and better management!!!!!

This is by far the worst dollar general ive been to. Its dirty, messy, and unstocked. Above all that, the worst part is no matter how many employees are working at the time, they have only one register open making the line the longest line. Id say about 30ft long with absolutely no one practicing the 6ft rule so it's extra annoying being in the line.

This store is in major need of a facelift. You are not able to get down a majority of the aisles because of boxes. Outside the place is TRASHED. It seems to be the whole shopping center is though, including the other small stores. It makes me not want to even get out of my car. Also a lot of the items (if you can even get to them) in the store have been opened. It’s kinda sad, I feel bad because the employees are friendly....they need to hire someone specifically for cleaning and stocking

Great for pantry food, cleanin supplies, snacks, sodas, especially health and beauty supplies. The staff is very nice and willing to help you find anything that you're looking for in the store. I shop there often and I usually find everything I want.

This store has all the basic things all the others have. But this store i find to be somewhat cluttered and not very organized as others. But you can still find what you need. My last visit, therr was only one cashier and the linevto check out was taking up a whole aisle! This store could usecbetter managment in my opinion.

Very nice staff but the store is unorganized and the items that come in from the new truck doesn't get put on the shelves all the time. There is carts full of merchandise that need to be put on the shelves blocking people. They have cheaper prices than the Family dollar though.

I've never been in a store that was quite this dirty, and unorganized. The staff were friendly, and they kept the line moving, but I dont see myself going here again. The aisles had merchandise all over the floor, and it looked like a bad yard sale. The prices are like any other dollar general, but this is not a place I'd recommend you vist.

Expect long lines. Junk to be blocking all the aisles to the point you wonder if the city has a fire marshal. Depleted inventory for most things, but one of the few places around that hasn't marked up the price on everything.

We'll start in the parking lot. . . . A MESS! Trash is every where! The store is SO bare! Multiple aisles with MULTIPLE EMPTY shelves. Everything is scattered, boxes and roll-taners clogging up the aisles. And when i tried to add cash to my paypal, hand scanner was broke, and the standard scanner wouldnt scan. And there was a few people n the back, but standing around talking. . . .smh. . . .store NEEDS employees that will actually work! In the worst way!!

This store is a tripping Hazard!! Worst DG I’ve ever been too I’m not kidding there’s always carts blocking the aisles and they’re heavy so if u need something u better hope it’s easy to get to!! Those carts r heavy to move believe me I’ve tried!! Cmon clean up the Store!!

Wow I was asked if I needed help finding something! I've never been asked that in the monahans dollar general and I've lived here all my life.there is rarely never more than one register open, dollar general has helped me with being better when it comes to my patience. I don't know the team member that asked me if I needed help but she is always nice at the registers. Yay DG!!!!

Cashier hyped up definitely will bring a smile to your face! Others might see him as "To loud" or "To hyper" maybe even "obnoxious" but hey the world needs more laughter in it after all I'd rather be around a happy person than a bitter one!

Dirtiest, most unorganized Dollar general I've ever been in, and that's really saying something. I travel to Monahans for work, and I know not to expect much from anything out there, but this was subpar, even for the low standards out there. It was gross, and employees were umkpemt and rude as well.

It's dirty from lack of employee care also you can't walk through the store because every shopping aisle is packed with boxes to restock shelves. Which in return makes it hard to find anything because you can't see items on the shelves

The staff was very pleasant not so quick at getting orders out or like ours came half the order after eaten the half LoLI believe it was a trainee so no real worries All together it wasn't a bad lunchI will go back again 😸

It's okay I found everything I needed it wasn't as an organized as as being but it's still stuff all over the Isles wish it was better you shop at the stores in Odessa and they are really neat I think Monahans store is the worst one I've seen

This store, like the others, is a mess. Not enough employees are ever present at one time. The only saving grace for this chain is that the employees are usually nice.

It's the Dollar General, I'm not sure what your are expecting when you enter one, but I mean it's you run of the mill Dollar General! It's not spectacular and it's a 50/50 shot on whether or not the staff is friendly/helpful......but like I said IT'S THE DOLLAR GENERAL LOL 😂

Aisles are always blocked with boxes of merchandise. Can't ever get to what you need and if you do you have to shove boxes out of the way. Definitely a hazard to the elderly and children.

The store was very messy, I saw a customer trip over stuff in the aisle. I wanted a plastic container but there were no lids for it, they said it was discontinued.

The isles are always crowded with stock. This day only 1 cashier, and a long line. Most times when I go, I only see 1 or 2 employees. It's hard to get help when others see current employees struggling.

People who work here are rude. Cant even move through the store. And no shopping carts. Would rather go to family dollar than here anyday. Cant believe the way we were treated.

Store needs to be cleaned and employees need to be trained on correct procedures and not have an attitude with customers when asked questions
