My sister relocated here and was looking for a pet grooming place, and I came across Wolfgang, bakery and grooming. Due to being in the community, it worked out very well. The customer service was great and detail on the cut of our toy poodle, Bailey. Coming from up north she explained the difference cuts because of the weather here as this was very helpful. Bailey loves the gourmet treats and the natural products . We would definitely return.

I had a very negative experience today. I got up early on my day off and took my Yorkies to get groomed at the Sienna location. When yorkie’s was about 2 inches long. I was immediately told by the petite long-haired female groomer with glasses, That I needed to sign a waiver that my dog would be groomed at the shortest height possible on the razor, because her fur was matted. We paid our dogs regularly and use conditioner on them, and brush them out every time we bathe them. I was told upon her seeing my dog that she was going to have to shave her. I’d begrudgingly signed the waiver, stating that I was basically allowing them to make my dog look ugly. I relayed to them that they used to try harder to give the dogs a groom like their breed is supposed to look, but she just kept arguing with me that my dog would not be groomed like that. Not sure why I ended up leaving them there except for the fact that it is Good Friday and I really wanted my dogs groomed on this holiday off. I was called back a few minutes later after the groomer discussed with her manager that she did not want to groom my dog. According to this groomer, the Manager agreed that they would not follow through with the grooming, and I needed to come get my dog. I let them know that I would be picking up my other dog as well, and I have canceled all future groomings with them. The guy behind the cash register wasn’t sure what to do with me, but he was very nice. I told him SHE was doing A huge disservice to this location. This is not the first time that this has happened. Our Airedale came back to us from the same female groomer with no beard and no distinction of an Airedale cut. We pay $100-$150 per dog to get them groomed. They should not come back looking like we did it ourselves! I used to love taking my dogs to Wolf Gang But we will not be returning there. I immediately called Wishbone grooming by Star Cinema. The manager suggested I bring them by for her to give her opinion of their fur. She replied that there was no way they needed to be shaved. There were a few knots, but she said they would work them out. What a delight she was! Very much a people pleaser! All of my future groomings will be at Wishbone. There are two locations in Missouri City and they do a far better job!

Love this place. They make my Luna look like the princess that she is. Always professional and straight forward on what to expect. Let them groom your pet and you’ll be amazed too.

Overall, it's an okay place. The one reason I stopped using them was because they set one price and that "prices may vary depending on size."Well, one of my dogs is 12 lbs, and the other is 17lbs. When I asked about the pricing, one was 45 dollars. The other was 39 dollars for Bath and nails ONLY. They said it also depending on the hair and the temperament, but that does not say that on the pricing. Both are sweet dogs, but I didn't receive more than that as an explanation.I dont mind paying the price if it was clear. But frankly, they charge what they want.I'll just keep using my mobile groomer. Needless to say, this is our last time using this company ✌🏾

We walked in about an hour before close. While the person working was nice with the little interaction we had (she was trying to solve an issue), we were pretty much left to our own judgement. We chose a few birthday treats and a few other goodies. Selection was great! Lots of choices, every size and price range imaginable. We'll be back!!

I am not posting after my first visit here, I waited months before posting and after three grooming sessions I am posting this review.I have taken him to two shops after moving to Houston that does grooming and other sales (starts with a P and is all over the USA, you can guess both the names). Terrible experience, the last time I took him there, he had wounds on his body and he was terrified when he got back, took him days to come out of that horror. I did not go to complain or fight, because they make us sign a ‘WAIVER’ which basically means all the instructions we gave them goes to trash and they do what they want.When time came again for his next groom, we gathered all courage and decided to try Woof gang on Hwy 6. We instantly understood our dog was being mistreated previously because after his groom session at Woof gang, he did not stay sad or terrified. He was normal as soon as we got him and the experience was the same after all three visits!I do not care if they trim his hair a bit too short from what I requested (although they always do exactly what I request them for and do a wonderful job), they treat him right, I have peace of mind when I drop him off, they won’t hurt him, I won’t find wounds on him.No other place I’m taking my baby for grooming. They also have a good selection of dog treats and snacks.His groomer was Priscilla, she did an outstanding job! Highly recommend her and highly recommend this place!!!

We took our dog for a grooming appointment a few days ago. This is a designer dog that we paid a lot of money for and look after him very well. Our pet even has health insurance, and eats and lives very well. We take care of our pet very well. He is very sensitive and very delicate and a true companion for his friends and family.The grooming experience was not positive. When our pet came home, from the very moment he came home, he was not eating well and was hiding behind the dining table. He was acting very strangely, and we have not seen this type of behavior before. We were very concerned about this. This started immediately after he came back from his grooming appt, so we assumed the two were connected. We were very concerned as we could not figure out why this sudden change in behavior.We took our pet to the vet on the very first appointment available. It was made very clear to us by our vet that our pet had been suffering from physical injury to multiple places on his body. He needed medications for the next several days to recover, but fortunately he did recover. The only place our pet had been before this injury was the groomers.We spoke with the store and they were rude, disrespectful, raising their voice and defending their position. We were a bit surprised at their reaction, but then again, our fault for being surprised, as they were only defending their business practices. We gave the owners ample opportunity to make this right. They failed us in so many ways.I hope that by sharing our experience, others can be alerted to our experiences and make informed decisions about their grooming needs and the services they select. Our pets are precious to us and cannot tell us about the experiences they have, so it is our responsibility as caretakers that we provide them with all the love, care and protection they need.

Appointments are changed without asking the customer if the change is okay. Just to leave the customer to show up and find out upon arrival for their original appointment there is no appointment scheduled for this time. This has happened more than once. There is also no service recovery and the staff act as though the customer made the mistake in the timing. No acknowledgement for the inconvenience or any accountability for the mistake, it’s the customers problem. Own up to your clerical/scheduling mistakes. A simple apology/acknowledgment goes a long way. You don’t treat your customers this way and expect them trust you with their pet behind closed doors and return for future services. I will never come back.

Terrible experience, I would not recommend nor will I be returning back. The nonchalant attitude of the groomer really made for a bad experience. If I drop my puppy off to you one way, I would expect to either pick her up the same way I dropped her off or in a better condition. I was not happy with my services at all. They just handed my poor baby over to me, looking worse than I dropped her off with absolutely no explanation. You’re supposed to be the pros, you should at least have had enough decency to inform me on my pets condition when picking her up.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. I have a 6 month old puppy that I scheduled a mini groom for. I called after two hours of him being there and was put on hold and then told he was still wet and needed to dry. My puppy sat in a kennel for nearly two hours air drying. I went in and the receptionist was rude and demanded that she told me a minimum of three hours (I would have never left my dog knowing that). I spoke to the grooming manager, Chelsea, who was able to promptly finish taking care of my pup. I am beyond mad and disappointed with the care my pup got and will not be returning.

Went here for the first time because they said they would be gentle with clipping my big dogs nails. They were way better than I could have hoped. They made sure to sit on the floor to keep her calm and petted her the whole time. Then they even gave her treats after and she was so happy. Usually my dog leaves the nail clipping salon scared and running out the door but here they really took time and care to make her comfortable. My dog didn't even want to leave. We will be going here every time from now on.

I am amending my review to five stars. I received a call from the manager and she resolved my issue. They have a new groomer so I'll give them another try and share my experience.---I scheduled an appointment that was rescheduled due to the groomer's daughter coming down with Covid. When I came for the second appointment at 4 PM, I was given a speech about how she may not be able to work with a puppy. I was also told I would only be charged for services completed. I also overheard a comment to the clerk that she would be done in 45 minutes, regardless. When I made the appointment, I was told the service would take 1 1/2 hours. I was a first time customer and something just didn't feel right. Long story short, I got a call from the clerk 20 minutes later stating she couldn't complete the service and was done. My dog was half cut, claws not trimmed, etc. And I was billed the full price!! I guess I didn't pay fast enough because the groomer came out with her lunchbox in a rush to leave. She didn't say a word. I took my dog to Lake Olympia and they completed the service. They even gave me a discount since my dog was partially cut. And they did an excellent job!!!!! Lesson learned. I won't be going back to Woof Gang Bakery..

I had my dogs groomed on may 22nd. I have NEVER had a grooming job this bad before. My dogs came out looking unrecognizable with patches on the fur. Teeth not brushed. It was very bad and we waited a month to get them in. I called to complain and they told me they fired some groomer and she prob did a bad job. ok? How about a refund for the 160$ I paid or a complimentary grooming?? Bad customer service,

I took my dogs a few times here to be groomed and majority of the time they did a good job but always felt like they were taking longer than most grooming places. I always picked up both my dogs right at closing. The last time I took my girls they were there for over 4 hrs, I came 15 mins before closing as I had dinner plans and had not received a call yet. Turns out, they had only had time to do a bath and nail trim and had not even started on the haircut or any other add ons I requested. My guess is my dogs were just sitting in a kennel majority of the time. Not sure how they were expecting to groom two dogs with lots of hair and do a scissor cut in 10 mins?? Very disappointed with this establishment, hope they do better for future customers as I will not be coming back.

Love this place! Let me start by saying the change in NEW morning front desk lady is AMAZING!!! she was extremely helpful with getting my two fur babies checked in an ready to meet the groomers for the first time, they loved it here, they feel safe and happy! They also carry custom treats, Birthday cakes & birthday bones, for the fur babies that are beyond the cutest things I've every seen.(hints they have ASTRO JERSERY COOKIES which are to die for lol) The grooming staff is so great with the fur babies they came out looking beyond stunning. They do an excellent job grooming my two doodle every time!! come check out these awesome ladies. Keep up the good work WOOF GANG SIENNA

Took my dog to get nails clipped for the first time, this service is walk-in. My dog was so nervous she peed and pooped everywhere including on the staff, I felt horrible but they were so professional and kind. Thank you for your great service and attitude and for taking care of my baby. 10/10 recommend.

Honestly, I don’t know about the grooming services as I did not have a chance to have my dog seen. There was a scheduling error on Woof Gang’s part. Poor customer services skills to rectify a situation. I received text messages confirming my appointment for 930am. I arrive 10 min early and was told my appointment was at 830. I replied it was at 930. I was then told “we called you 3 times this morning, and we have it on our board”. So I left and went home, then I decided to pull up the confirmation text messages. I called back to the store to let them know of the error or potential error in the system. I was told again it was for 830a. I’m pretty calm, but don’t try and handle customers in an unprofessional manner. So i included the text.

Love this place! My dogs love it here and feel safe and happy! The staff is so great with them. They do an excellent job grooming my mini Aussie and the de-shedding treatment for my basset/lab mix is well worth it!

I sat up a grooming appointment with what sounded like a teenage girl over the phone , she put me on hold 4 different times to go ask questions, the last was to make sure the groomer that day did big dogs. It was set for Wednesday for my dog to be shaved, bathed, toe nails trimmed etc. I arrived @ 1 with my dog and the girl came to get him and I explained that he did not like the drammel tool used on his nails and he was to be shaved and then I was informed he was only down for a BATH!!! I was furious as I had an out of town trip planned. I WILL NEVER TRY THEM AGAIN!! Way to unprofessional. I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!

This is not your typical pet store. We had the hardest time finding a dog bed for our spoiled pooch. She would not stay in any bed we bought until we found Woof Gang! Now she only sleeps in her new dog bed. Quality products for demanding dogs.
