Terrible service. Changing rooms close at 8:00 pm even thought Walmart does not close until 11:00 pm. The workers were present, they were not short staffed as the lady working the dressing room was folding clothes. There’s no sign stating the hours of operation for the dressing room. When the manager was contacted, he was no help. He reached out to the dressing room employee but stated there was nothing left to do. I informed him I did not want to spend over 100.00 on clothes without trying them on. Terrible service. Lazy employees.

I placed a delivery order no different than I always do. It was to be delivered between 9 & 10. Paid for my stuff & no sooner I got it placed & paid I got a text saying they cancelled it do to return violation I didn't return nothen I ordered so I called them after going through chat bot phone bot & 3 people I'm finally told I can replace my order in 30 minutes. I asked if I was still gonna get it tonight they answered me with if there's a time slot open. Are you kidding me I already had a time slot you all screwed it up. Guess I'll be shopping some where else. This is B.S.

Walmart going from 24 hours to closing at 11 p.m. is fine. But to close the doors 15 mins prior and not let any customers in the store is absurd. Common sense will tell you that anyone coming in just before closing is not buying a cart full of groceries, but more than likely purchasing a few quick items. It’s bad enough we have to check ourselves out, ridiculous that we have to show a receipt every time we leave the store as if we’re criminals, and now we can’t even pop in an out because God forbid your workers don’t leave the store right at 11 p.m.!!!

This is usually my quick stop for shopping. But I had a bad experience in the pharmacy today. The pharmacy clerk refused to check out my pharmacy products. She was rude & said " you can't have over five items to check out at the pharmacy register. I did have more than five items but they were all drug products from the pharmacy. She lied because I have checked these same items before. I went over to self check out and made my purchases. This was stupid & rude and showed no customer courtesy.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my entire life. The last 2 years there have been frequent occasions where my medication is out of stock, but they never tell me. No communication whatsoever in spite of opting into their text system, nor updates to let you know when it is in stock or if it will ever come in stock. They literally just ignore you like it's not a concern at all. Even when I'm physically there to pick up, they ask for your ID to verification and can see who/what/where/when your doctor sent the prescription in, but they simply won't tell you it's out of stock. Absolutely no decency/consideration towards their customers at all. Don't allow your prescriptions to be sent to this Walmart for any reason.

This place has horrible customer service. I have called trying to reach a manager and no one answers the phone in any department. Even when you get through you automatically get placed on hold for 20 minutes or more. I even told the person who answered the phone to transfer me to the manager and they put me on hold and forget about me because they are ringing up customers. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes or more to get transferred to manager. Just from this experience i will not shop at this location

I purchased this TV for the guest bedroom. As I was walking out of the store, I was harassed for my receipt. I asked why I was being accosted, and the store clerk said people are stealing from this location. Not only did I have one box on the buggy, but there were 2 more boxes and a Walmart bag full of items I had purchased.If shoplifting is a problem, don't take it out on customers who actually shop and pay for their purchases.

Today an employee by the name of Queen who is a coach was very rude to my elderly father. We needed to get an item from a top shelf, and queen was within our vicinity so i asked her for help. She said she’d be back, and we waited for about 7 minutes until she was finally back. When she came back, she was very rude and being very obviously disrespectful toward my father who is also visibly disabled. She was muttering something under her breath and would cut him short with a terrible attitude every time he’d try to tell her exactly which item he wanted. When she finally got the item for us, she practically threw it at me and stormed off still muttering under her breath. I’m sure this behavior is what she exhibits toward her colleagues as well and it’s not professional at all and makes Walmart look bad. I will be contacting corporate because her behavior today was truly unacceptable

Picked up curbside and got my order wrong. One of the workers is trying to help but the fact they missed 1 item out of 3 in a simple order speaks for it self. Waste of time. Won’t be coming back even with their renovations.

This is a better location than the other one on Hwy 6. This was the fourth store I had to drive to to exchange airbed. More clean and less ghetto than all other three locations including the MAIN ST location in Pearland I will drive all the way to this one instead of the Main, Broadway and other HWY 6 location. Thank you

While waiting to check out at Walmart store 5449, I noticed an employee named Hannah, who I believe holds a managerial position, exhibiting rude behavior towards both colleagues and a customer. This behavior is disappointing and reflects negatively on the Walmart brand. As a frequent visitor, it's uncommon to witness such conduct from Walmart employees. While I don't want anyone to lose their job, it might be beneficial for Hannah to reconsider her professional approach if this behavior continues. I plan to write a review and reach out to corporate regarding this issue.

I went to Walmart to buy motor oil for my car. When I applied the oil at the "Self checkout" and was about to swipe my card to make the payment, an employee who was in charge of the sector came and, without explaining anything to me, swiped a device on the barcode reader and walked away. I asked him what he had done, and he told me something nonsense and walked away. I didn't like the employee's attitude. I became suspicious without understanding what he had done.

Waited over 30 mins for a worker to open the damn case of infant formula. Asked other workers and they said they didn’t have the key. OH I DONT KNOW MAYBE GIVE THE KEY TO MORE WORKERS. This Walmart has the worst customer service.

If you ever decide to go shopping at this location, you either use self-checkout or should be careful and check your receipt before leaving the store. I usually get charged for an extra item that I do not buy. This has happened a couple times and it's getting really ridiculous and frustrated. I will try to prevent shopping here and bring my business to different grocery stores in the area where I know that I won't have to pay for something I do not buy.

If I could give a no star I would, I came in person to place an order for a cake astronaut themed since Walmart was the only store that had that option 1/20 came around and there’s NO CAKE MY SON WILL HAVE NO CAKE THANKS GUY!!!! The associate that helped tried her best to accommodate the situation and I adore her for that, but I left heart broken because this was his actual first birthday party amongst his friends from pre-k!!!! Funny thing I called to ask about the name and they stated yes they can add name when you’re here it takes no time SMH!!!!!

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on Monday, January 15, 2024, at your store, involving a member of your management team named Teresa.While shopping in your store, I had the unfortunate experience of witnessing Teresa verbally abusing sales associates. As a loyal customer who frequents your Walmart location regularly, I believe it is important to express my concern about the unprofessional conduct displayed by a member of your management team.Treating employees with respect and maintaining a positive work environment is crucial for the overall well-being of both staff and customers. Unfortunately, Teresa's behavior was not in line with these expectations, and it left a negative impression on me as a customer.Later in the afternoon, I returned to the store to offer some kind words of encouragement to one of the affected employees. During our conversation, I reiterated that verbal abuse is not acceptable, and no one should be subjected to such treatment in the workplace. I feel compelled to share my intention to record and, if necessary, share such incidents with local news outlets should I witness a recurrence of this behavior.I trust that Walmart, as an organization committed to high standards of conduct, will address this matter promptly and effectively. I was just at this location purchasing some clothes for my kids. I asked for a price match on 2 items ringing up as $10 but advertised at $5.98, and they would not price match. I asked for a supervisor and the associate would not get a supervisor or honor the price and i showed her a photo and she just kept telling me no. I had over $200 worth of kids clothes and left everything there, i only needed 2 items price matched, it’s not my fault an employee stocked the shorts on a sale rack. I always receive the worst customer service at this location. You all have just lost a paying customer. Target would never!

THIS STORE C/S IS BEYOND TRAGIC! I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ON HOLD FOR 38MINS THEN THE NEXT COUPLE OF TIMES 11-14MINS WAITED A HR THEN NO ONE EVER ANSWER-- I REALIZED LEFT A BAG AT CHECKOUT WHEN I GOT TO MY VEHICLE TURN AROUND TO GO BACK & DUDE ACT HE DIDN'T REMEMBER ME THEN ASK ME TO STAND IN A SUPER LONG LINE WHICH WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO MED ISSUES!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Love this location because its smaller than the super Walmart. Parking can get pretty tight and the street is pretty busy. I like that they only have self-checkout registering. 4 stars because they don't always have what I need
