I had to go out of the country for a wedding. Since getting him, we have never been apart for more than 10 hours. It was hard for me to leave him. I might have checked on him through the suite camera a time or two while I was gone. Like every hour and sometimes multiple times in an hour 😂. I looked forward to his daily Paw-gress reports. Teddy had a good vacation too! I can happily recommend PetSuites Missouri City. I am confident they will take good care of my fur-baby while I’m away.

The first time we had our puppy stay, it was amazing. Everything was clean and it was well organized. Our puppy came home safe and happy, The second time our puppy stayed things were not great. At drop off, I noticed the front had a really strong animal smell like dirty dog and pee/poo (definitely not present the first time), and things just seemed chaotic all around. When I went to pick up, the smell was still present and the girl checking me out made a comment about how our puppy goes to the bathroom a lot. He’s a 4 month old puppy. And it’s not like the bathroom breaks are consistent at all (not that I expect them to be). Not sure what to expect other than the fact that he’s going to have accidents.To top it all off, he was exposed to some kind of bacteria and we ended up needing to take him to the animal hospital a few days later because he was constantly vomiting and having diarrhea. After some antibiotics and some other medications to get his GI tract back on track, he’s doing well and it seems like he’s out of the woods and stable. While I hope this was just a one off week for them (our first time boarding with them really was great), I hope they strive for a more sanitary environment where pups can be safe.I will also say, there is one employee that goes above and beyond. I don’t know her name, but she was always popping in to see our puppy, and give him some love. And he is super fond of her. So we extend a huge thank you to her for showering our boy with lots of love during his stay!

I was impressed by the staff the first time I visited pet suites- went in to register my dog for boarding and the staff made me feel welcome and I was comfortable to leave my pup with them. I signed her up for full day outside play with the other dogs and I received a progress report on how she was doing and pictures. That was a nice surprise- i Will definitely be taking her back in the future when we're out of town

I brought in my three babies to board for the day. From looking at everything online, I decided that this would be the best place to take them - I did not see many reviews pertaining to cats, but the website spoke to perks that I was excited for. These perks include: cameras, feeding, individual playtime, TV, and an end of day "pawgress" report. Unfortunately when logging into the website I had no access to view anything for the cat room. I saw roughly 5-6 cameras specific to the dog areas which were thoroughly decorated and full of fun and interaction with the staff. This was highly discouraging as I could not keep an eye on them and would have gone to pick them up right away given the information I will share next.When picking them up, I noticed that the toys I left for them were still in their original spot and my sweet orange baby was soaked in urine and her bed was covering the litter box. It was very clear that they did not receive their play time nor attention. Their "condos" were like small jail cells in comparison to the areas that they have for the dogs... it was a small 12x12 room. You can say this is my fault for not visiting beforehand; however, when a facility has great reviews, you have a certain expectation.The AM team was better than the PM team. You could see the difference in how they acted and how attentive they were to the guests. We were left for roughly 3-5 minutes, without warning, so they could check out the person behind us first, even though we waited roughly 5 minutes patiently in line for our turn.I believe this facility is geared towards dogs, which isn't a bad thing, and they should keep to what is best for the furbabies.

I used to bring both my boys here for daycare and boarding. I loved how they were dedicated into taking care of the pets. I used to bring my dog Dulles here but he recently passed away and I was very happy to bring my Dulles here. I want to give this place 5 stars for taking such good care of my boys. My other one can’t come because he’s 18/12 years old and has his old dog problems but I still appreciate the work they did for him, letting him come for day boarding. Thank you all for the hard work and the dedication you did for those dogs.Dulles is in heaven now and resting peacefully.

Our pup often travels with us and also enjoys the best love & attention at PetSuites, Mo City when he ‘vacations’ locally. He plays with other pups for much of the day when boarding and all day when in day care. He comes home happy and not smelling like he needs an immediate bath, which they will also schedule! Caregivers say “Hi” at dog parks in the area and dote on him constantly. He is loved well and not crated for the day, which is a huge gift!!

I started bringing my pup Zoro to Petsuites when he was 3 months old to puppy preschool. I was scared at first because I was a new pet owner and never left him alone however, I wanted to make sure he was able to socialize and meet other pups. Fast forward, he is now 10 months old and still goes to Petsuites. He is a very energetic puppy and everyone makes him feel welcome. He is exhausted by the time he gets home 😂. Special thanks to Diamond and Catherine who are always cheerful, greet us as soon as we enter and makes sure Zoro has the best time.

Aggie stayed both in November and December over the holidays. Staff is very friendly and kind, the facility is spotless and the hours are great! Trish, the Manager, has always been accessible, approachable and kind whenever I've had questions or concerns. Aggie is a 3 yr old GSD who I stepped up to Foster (Foster Fail since I'm adopting!) on the day she was to be euthanized for space in the Dallas shelter (where she was a staff and volunteer favorite). She is sweet and submissive and can be shy but she has made what I consider great pawgress in her stays at PetSuites. When I picked Aggie up on both occasions I could tell she enjoyed her time there and was a happy girl but even more importantly, I feel it has almost been like training and socialization for her and I have seen some awesome pawesome changes this week since returning home from her latest stay! Thank you PetSuites for taking such good care of her and obviously giving her pawsitive attention during her stays. Oh, and we loved the little gift bags received for each stay. I love the ornament honoring her 1st Christmas with me!

Do not talk your pet here, especially a Frenchie! Not good place for proper service! I had to fly back earlier to retrieve my pet. the conditions they left him in was punishable. My poor pup is still suffering from the trauma! Lied on what I would get on the luxury townhome package. Needing to dispute my services and debating calling animal control on them!

PetSuites Missouri City exceeded all my expectations when I brought Zavi, my adorable fur baby, for her first puppy preschool. It was an absolute blast!From the moment we arrived, the staff showered us with warmth and enthusiasm. The facility was impeccably clean, and the trainers were skilled and passionate about their work.Zavi had a fantastic time during her preschool sessions. The program was educational and fun, with engaging activities that helped her socialize and learn basic commands. The trainers were patient, loving, and made sure every puppy received individual attention.A midday surprise awaited us—a Paw-gress report! We received updates on Zavi's day, complete with cute photos and notes on her achievements. It was heartwarming and made us feel connected to her progress.PetSuites Missouri City truly cares about pets. The facility was pawsome, equipped with toys and amenities to keep puppies entertained. The love and care they provide are exceptional.If you're looking for a wonderful puppy preschool experience, PetSuites Missouri City is the place to be. This is great place to leave your pet for a short stay. The staff takes very good care of your pet while you’re away. They also provide a progress report during your pet’s stay. I would definitely recommend this facility to care for your family pet.

Dogs appeared taken care of in terms of feeding. Both dogs drank a whole bowl of water when we got home. One got groomed (lots of scrapes and scab marks from clippers) the other was given a bath yet was matted and reeked of urine. When asked to clean her up before taking her home she was simply wiped down. Dogs are fed, safely kept, but at that price I also expect water bowls to be filled and dogs to be clean when picked up especially after paying for a bath and a full grooming.

Happy I found this place for my dogs Chris and Cleo. I like how you can check up on your pets by video camera. Everyone was nice and professional, but most of all the pets were happy campers too. The pets were so clean at pickup. The care is so greatly appreciated after you return from a trip. Thanks.

I am not sure I can top my last review. All of the following points are still true, even with a large staff turnover they are still a high-quality location. PetSuites Missouri City team and facility are top-notch. Facility is always clean, staff is smiling and helpful. My dog is greeted in a joyful manner with hugs, lovin' and spoiling moments. When he leaves he is happy and very tired due to all the fun! Thank you for keeping my loved one safe and secure, it is a good feeling!

Our Ringo LOVES play days at Petsuites Missouri City. The staff always great him with enthusiasm and love. We have also used their trainer and groomers and have been very happy with everything.

We went to tour the Missouri City location in preparation for a trip, and were delighted. Clean, bright, friendly staff, with two-level kitty condos that were spacious, some available with the upper level looking out the window, for those cats that want that stimulation, and some that don't look out the window for cats that don't deal with that stimulation well. With two cats, adjoining condos can be opened up to make one larger condo. The staff were knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, told us what documentation we needed from our vet, who we found out they know well, and have worked with many times. We left feeling reassured and confident that this would be a good, safe place for our cats while we are out of town.

My boyfriend and I left our Labrador in the hands of the kind employees at pet suites over Labor Day weekend, we were pretty nervous as it was his first time away from us but after picking him we left happy and confident that we can for sure leave him with them for our next vacation. They took very good care of our boy.

It is the second time they leave my poor dogs completely shave down with no notice, the manager is a completely respectfully person and very understandable. I have no complains with the staff but the groomers are not professional at all, back in December they had a perfect groomer which made a beautiful haircut but unfortunately she left, and is not the same place. Hopefully they fix this internal issues.

My dog absolutely loves PetSuites! The staff is caring and professional, and they take wonderful care of the animals. I never worry about Paxon at all when he is there with them! He has actually become better dog in every way since I enrolled him in PetSuites over a year ago.

I had a great experience boarding my dog here for a recent trip. They sent me a "Paw Guest" report on the day of check out, which included a picture of my girl on one of her potty times out of the crate. The lady at the register who checked me out said she loved my dog. I didn't hear of any problems during her stay. I even had to unexpectedly add an extra night because I miscalculated my flight arrival time back home and they were very accommodating. Great place!

I was very nervous leaving my dog for the first time. However, they were very good at giving me updates whenever I asked. They were very friendly when we checked him in as well as check out and during my dogs stay. I love the fact that I could view my dog on the live camera. I also appreciate the guidance they offer when you finally take your pet home … guide you what kind of behavior to expect after boarding. I also appreciate the paw gress report they give you to let you know how your pet behaved. Overall I feel good about leaving him there my pup seems like nothing and is his normal self ♥️😀

I was incredibly nervous leaving my Penny while we were out of town. I've never had to board any pets and had a million questions. Any time I called during our reservation or popped in prior to my reservation, the staff was always welcoming and accommodating. I was able to see my pup living her best life during play time and see that the staff cared for her and gave her tons of love while we were away. We will definitely return! So happy and had a very positive experience!

Our dog loves PetSuites. She was a Humane Society rescue that spent two weeks here before we got her. The first time we brought her back for additional training she was so excited to see everyone so I know that she loved her stay here.

Absolutely love this place. Have always had nothing but great grooming results! They text me to make sure I get the results I want. They listen and advise before doing starting. Finally boarded my dog for 1 night. I wasn’t even worried. People here are always so helpful and friendly and my dog absolutely loves it! I tried a new pet store near academy for grooming and it was awful! I won’t take my dog anywhere else again.
