The staff were very helpful and pleasing but the grooming it self turned out to be VERY DISAPPOINTING. They were suppose to only trim Willow down but they totally transformed my baby .She looks nothing like herself(a mess). Furthermore, they charged me $15 to simple give her 2 half of sprays of this calming solution. This is a total rip off ,the bottle of calming spray cost $15 .

Love this location! Groomer Fandrea and Brandi are so good with my furbaby Yoshi! He always comes back happy and looking like a fresh newborn puppy! Great job ladies! ❤

First of all, I stopped taking my pet to this petco because of poor customer service BUT after inexperienced horrific customer service at the petco in Sugarland I decide to give the petco in Mocity another try AND it DID NOT disappoint! Fannie was EXCEPTIONAL!

My dog smelled wonderful I will definitely be back. Hope the groomer remains the same. I sent my son to drop off and pick up and he failed to tip. I owe the groomer a tip

As it was my first visit for my little baby, all was well, except that I was not expecting her hair to be cut so low. Perhaps it was supposed to be. Nevertheless, I will be returning.
