Probably one of my latest reviews ever.Several months ago, I called Pet Services to book an appointment. No one answered the phone and their voice-mail was full. A few hours later, I got a call back from Jeremy and ask about I'm inquiry ( I was surprised that they actually called back if they missed your call). Long story short, he was able to squeeze my pup in his schedule. I brought him there at 7 and he didn't finish till about 9:30pm. Took a while because my dog was nippy, but my dog looked pretty darn good after getting groomed. Will definitely bring him here again. :) here's the before and after of the Lil monster. 😂This place is definitely recommended. Prices are great and even forget about tips. 😄 lol had to drop off Jeremy's tip today and the man even forgot. Goes to show he's not all about the money, just more on the passion to do what he does best.

I brought My Buddy here and it was a great experience. Took about 2 hours and it was truly worth it. I will definitely be back, you have yourself a regular customer in us. I Highly recommend you bring your pets. He also does Training.

Should be a 0/5Do not leave your pet here! I gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe it was a small business. On the phone Mr. Booker seemed to understand what I wanted. I was told it would be all good… I was not.When I showed up I should’ve known…I showed up 4 minutes early then was told to walk my dog on the grass (so the “grass” was in between the parking lot isles which had glass) but I had trust they’d be nice then they plopped him in a crate while yelling to get a leash.I was like how do they have 155 reviews at 4.7. It must be for a good reason right?!As I went to my car a grandma was dropping off a dog at the same time so it made me feel better.When I picked him up…He then said “half his eyelashes were cut”!! As a dog mom I thought okay maybe he moved? Then when their only payment is cash or Zelle (red flag/or supporting local) he mentions my dog scratched him and I lied about the size of my shih tzu.I pick up my dog and look at his front nails and they looked ok. I should’ve looked at the back. When I brought Chewie into my car to see his brother they are usually so excited… Chewie immediately ran underneath my car seat and didn’t get out til the garage door closed while I parked…at my house.I was livid. Then they didn’t mention they cut my dogs quick ”because it happens a lot”, but they did mention they cut Chewie’s eyelashes.My dog was so scared I could not reach to pet him once. So I called the owner the story changed 4 times. Started with “he wanted to jump off…He jumped but we got him…Then he had the lead on and tried to jump…” then finally “he could never jump w the lead on.” So who knows the story because their cameras don’t work-I asked.He has been boarded for many vacations and groomed many times and never showed this behavior. While on the phone with the owner I asked to see the area they were bathed in..he said that was not possible. I just wanted to see how it could’ve differed from his previous groomers.Something happed to my dog and I don’t think I can ever find out.I’ve collected the business information for reference below.THE PET SERVICE, LLCJeremy Booker, Manager of Operations

If you need a place to take your fur baby then you need to come here! Jeremy makes sure that your dog will smell better than AMAZING and it's a lasting fragrance!!!When you schedule your appointment he gets you in and your canine baby out so you can go about your day. He's the kind of person that you can talk to about any pet issues and offer help. You really need to schedule an appointment.

I highly recommend this grooming salon to anyone who is looking. You will not be disappointed! I recently moved to the area and I was a bit nervous about it as I have a Standard Poodle. Her coat gives her personality. I received exactly what I wanted my dog to look like and she looks happy herself.

Jeremy does a great job with my Nyla. She can get a little fiesty when it comes to those clippers but he takes his time with her and get a perfect cut every time. We have signed up for the monthly membership to ensure we get our priority spot every month!

Great experience here. It was my dogs first time at a groomer and he gave her a great full service bath without the haircut and she came home smelling so good and clean!! He even cleaned her little fat rolls. Will be coming here every time Duchess she needs to get groomed. I highly recommend anyone who has a dog to come and get your dog groomed here. He really know a lot about taking care of your fur baby. 💕

I’m so thrilled, we purchased our first puppy from this place, already obedience trained when we picked up. The package also came with extra training sessions for our family to use once our pet gets to our new home. Initially- i was a bit nervous thinking the our new puppy would be to young to be trained and if she would listen to me or not. Today i can say my hesitation was in vain, everything was smooth. Jeremy trained with me a couple times before i was able to bring “Brinks “ home as part of the training package. Today was the first night together… very impressed. Jeremy taught her to hit a bell to potty that really made my morning. Thank you Jeremy and staff, we’ll definitely speak of your place when ever possible. Thank you so much. Brinks says thanks too. 😁

The attention to detail in this place is incredible! It’s hard to find somebody that cares and loves dogs like this place does! Even I who has been a dog lover my entire life walked in there and was extremely surprised by all the new things I have learned. There’s not a lot of places you can go to that will give your dog the kind of love that Pet services can. I had no issues at all with the payment and even more I feel as if I cheated them because , of how low the price was for the top quality they provided. I don’t believe I will trust anybody but pet services to surprise my best friend ! I highly recommend to come and try it out and you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much pet services and you will see me again really soon!

I took my baby for her 1st grooming experience today and I want to say I was throughly impressed. Real friendly atmosphere, we talked and he shared some new mommy tips! I will most positively be back for grooming and I’m looking into some training classes!

My Pepper is very feisty. She is 5 pounds of piss and vinegar and Jeremy was great with her. She had a bath and full trim today. Nails buffed and cut, ears cleaned, pads trimmed and I can see her little face again. Jeremy told me their prices for meds Pepper takes for heartworm and flea and tick treatments and I will now be saving half what I’ve paid in the past for the same medicines. I highly recommend this groomer. The have a lot of other services too. Ignore the current mess out front as the building is getting a long over due face lift but trust Jeremy to do a great job with your fur baby.

I took my new 8 month old German Shepard to train. When I first got him I was unable to get him to stop jumping on me and now; wow he don’t. Jeremy was great trying to help me! He’s very professional and friendly! He’s really great with the animals! If you’re in need of a good trainer give him a call.

Jeremy is a literal dog whisperer!! He is an excellent trainer and awesome groomer!! He is very skilled and knowledgeable in many areas!!We took our giant schnauzer to him for training and he did an AMAZING job!! We have one well behaved XL dog. It makes life so much easier when they follow commands and know their boundaries. I HIGHLY recommend using Pet Services!! Super amazing in every aspect!! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!! Best decision ever!!

I was really impressed with the service my dog received. Jeremy is amazing!!!! He groomed my dog when other facilities would not due to her strength. My cat made a mess and had to get him groomed asap. The guy there worked with me and got me an appointment that day. He did a great job keeping my little stinky cat safe and worked magic on getting him clean. Not to mention the price was beyond reasonable. Will be going here from now on

Jeremy took excellent care of my pets over the weekend. In addition to having trained the youngest when she was a puppy. Her training helped incorporate her into a home where ny husband doesn't like dogs and makes her a great family dog who listens on command. Additionally I can count on this business to be there to board my dogs whenever necessary. Will continue to patronize this business.

Jeremy definitely has a gift for working with animals. He was extremely patient dealing with our cockapoo. Our dog hadn't been groomed for awhile, but Jeremy gave him the perfect summer cut. And he did the best cut on our dog's face than any other groomer.

Great customer service and quality work. Don't worry if they are too busy to answer the phone because they do return phone calls even if you don't leave a message. They were very accommodating and informative when it came to my elder dog and his nail trimming schedule. I wish I found them sooner.

Pet Services did right by my Shih Tzu puppy. He smells amazing and he and I are both feeling his fresh cut lol. Jeremy took his time and paid attention to my fur baby’s needs; since this was a fairly new experience for him. When it’s all said and done, we will be back!!!!!!!

This guy did wonders for my cat! He cleaned her and cut her nails, and she smelled like roses. There were no other services near me where I could get this type of service for my cat. He was also a very friendly guy to converse with and has a ton of knowledge on what he does. Would very much recommend!

Bought my puppy from the young man who runs the business last year. Dog gave me a few problems but I as quickly trained and gotten back together. Ever since he’s been amazing. I also get my puppy groomed here: thank u for your business
