Love this Place!! We have been going here for 2 years now and they are the best groomers we have ever had. So glad they were recommended to us. We have a Standard poodle and a small poodle mix and they do an excellent job with their grooming. My husband is very funny about our dogs being at a groomer for a long time and Pet Country is quick and great about calling him as soon as they are done so he can pick them up. We are super pleased every time! Thank you Pet Country!

This place is exceptional and worth the drive. Top groomers by far, clean and fully stocked with pet supplies. The owners really care about animals. Also very knowledgeable. We have a dog that has allergens and they guided us to a dog food that basically has eliminated all of the high vet bills for chronic ear infections. Love Pet Country!!! Photo included for cuteness.

Pet Country staff took excellent care of my dog! Took him in today for grooming. Staff did a wonderful job grooming my dog. He smells amazing! My dog is terrible with nail trims, so that didn't go well, but it was no fault of Pet Country... they tried their best. We will surely be back! Thank you again for taking us in!

I have used Brett several times to watch Titus. What a great place to kennel your dog. I tried Rover, petsitters, and other types of dog watching/walking services. This is convenient, affordable, comfortable for the dog, and most importantly safe for the animal. I trust Pet Country 100% and will be bringing my dog there whenever the need arises.

Love love love this place, the employees are so nice greet you soon as you walk into the door. The two girls that’s usually there are very sweet. I’ve been taking my dogs to the same groomer for years. he’s really a great groomer his name is jay, and he does a tremendous job on my dogs. I also have friends that get there dog groomed from him. I give him 10 stars he has a great Attitude and very polite recommend this place to anyone. if you don’t go there I suggest you start. pet country is the best pet store I ever been to it just have that family welcoming feeling that makes you feel like you are a part of there family would give 💯 stars if I could.

Super pet store with a hometown family feel. They have a multitude of pet foods including organic, grain-free, non-allergenic, and specialty needs. They board dogs and cats. Their grooming service is spectacular. My dogs were actually excited when we pulled up. Katie is a wonderful employee, always helpful and knowledgeable. I have used the services of this pet store for twenty years.

Love the staff !!! Excellent. My dog acts like she has fallen asleep and her paws are under her four pound body so I cannot trim her nails. She will not allow it. Pet Country is her safe place.They treat animals like their own.

I love bringing my dog to pet country. I have been coming here for 7-years and they are the nicest people I ever met. I trust them with my schnauzer poodle chow and to keep him for boarding. I highly recommend this place for your dog to be groomed and for boarding because this place deserves 5 stars the way they run there business.AGAIN BRING YOUR DOG HERE

I have had a personal experience with Brett and one of my family that is no longer here with us 👼 and he was right there. He comforted me and allowed me to grieve. My dog loves going to Pet Country for her grooming! When I tell her where she's going, she gets excited and can hardly wait to get in the car. She's all wags and smiles when I drop her off and pick her up. The staff is wonderful!

I had to board my dog around Harvey because I work in the medical field and was worried about getting stuck at the hospital for several days. Pet Country evacuated and the employees took animals home with them to keep them safe until it was safe to return to the store! Talk about commitment!! My dog loves going there!

I took my dog here for 7 years since he was a puppy to the same groomer. When they switched groomers I didn't take it seriously I just thought as long as he takes care of him and doesn't hurt him or any other dog I am fine with it. I got a phone call from them while at work and they told me that he was snapping, showing his teeth and growling . I told them that it is unlike him to growl he is a good dog and they told me that they are going to bathe him but still charge me $35 even though I paid to get him a summer cut. When I got there to pick him up they told me to medicate him and I told them No I am not medicating my dog , he's a good dog and he has never been aggressive towards people before. I set up another appointment with them and when i got there ( he never did this before ) he was sliding on his paws and crying , he didn't want to go . When I saw that something told me to just take him away from here and don't let him suffer. I told them that our services will not be needed here. After seeing my dog do all of that something had to be going on in that groomer because he has NEVER been aggressive towards people before .

If I didn't put one star, I wouldn't have been able to write this review.I will never come to this location ever again and I advise all pet owners to do the same. I boarded both of my poodles there with full trust that they would keep both of my dogs safe while my family and I went out of town. Come to find out that one of my dogs had to be sent to the emergency veterinarian hospital because of an altercation with another larger dog. Needless to say he suffered fatal wounds and did not survive the brutal attack. Because of the lack of safe practice my dog is no longer with us. We feel that they take in to many dogs at once, and their back room did not seem very spacious. The safety of the dogs in boarding at this establishment should be the highest priority, rather than profit.If you love your pet enough, I advise you not to board them at this location.

Stopped by here tonight, picked up my dog's food and was ready to check out. The cashier decided to ignore me for 20 minutes. Instead she visited with another customer for those 20 minutes. Instead of having the common sense to just check me out. She could have continued her conversation while doing so.

Board my great dane and they were so wonderful and accommodating. Also purchased food for my very picky 12 year old Chihuahua that was recommended by owner. He loved it which was very surprising.

dear pet country,i am that poor girl who was chasing her dog not too long ago. and a lady with a pink shirt came out of the store. i think she works there. i wanted to thank her for trying to help me in getting my dog. there was also a young man who went the extra mile in helping me too. he had on a blue shirt and black shorts. im not sure if he was trying to go to the gym or to your store. if you see him please thank him again for me. or if he is reading this review..thank you so much for helping me out. im sorry my dog had you chase him across the street dangerously and thank god he knew to come back home to my backyard. i apologize for the drivers who had to brake. my dad went to the hospital yesterday afternoon, and my dog has been trying to look for him since he left in the ambulance. thank you so much again to both the lady and young man.

Took my dog in there to be groomed and got the feeling they did not want to mess with her. She is a labradoodle and I don’t believe they knew how to groom her. Upsetting, because I had explained everything when I called to make appt. Weird experience, I will not be going back. Fortunately, next place I went groomed her perfectly.
