Kimberly the Store manager was very rude.I asked her a questioned and she answered with very vulgar language then proceeded with explicit language. Would not recommend coming here . Family Dollar corporate needs to check up at this location.

KIMBERLY has a very nasty attitude and doesnt know how to properly speak to people. I will NEVER parron this store ever again and I will be calling corporate. The way she spoke to me today was unbelievable and classless.

I arrived 15 minutes before close on a Sunday and they had already locked the doors. The lights were on, I knocked on the door and the store worker looked at me and walked on by. She never came to the door. I hate horrible customer service. She should be fired. I don't want that type of service portrayed in my city. That doesn't encourage repeat loyal customers like my self to continue to shop there.

Great convenience store. Friendly staff. They treat ya like you're friends and family. Cigarettes are cheaper than any other store in this neighborhood.

The Assist. Manager was very rude. I was try trying purchase the Dr. Pepper sodas that was on sale for $8.88. I was not aware of coupon needed for $2.00. The associated called for a price check and Ms Symone come up to help. The associated said she didn't know if it was on sale. I said it is for $8.88 Ms Symone said it is and it clearly said with coupon. I again said I did'nt see it. Ms Symone look at the associated and said with attitude it CLEARLY SAID HOT BUY COUPON. I come to Family Dollar all the time and have never had anyone to talk to me that way. They are always respectful.

Even though I have not visited the store in a while all the staff members remember me and always ask how I am doing. Store is always neat and tidy. Really a professional crew!! God bless them all!!

The manager (Ms. Kim) and staff take time to get know customers instead of treating them as simply " revenue generators". They care about the community and treat everyone with respect. They go above and beyond the duty of your run-of-the-mill retail center. They put the "Family" in Family Dollar.

The staff at this store can be quite rude. Tonight we got yelled at because we tried to take the shopping cart through the door. The time before they refused to sell to a boy and told him "we don't want your type in here". I had to intervene and tell them that he is somebody's child and does not deserve to be treated that way.
