I love this place and it has a lot of the things I want or need for cheap ! I got some Christmas cards for my family and some cleaning spray for my bathroom. They spray works like wonders ! The palace is well organized by category and the employees are so nice ! 🤩

This dollar store always has new items being stocked as many of them do. Items are in good order and cashing out is pretty fast. Just went in to get a few snacks.

The manager on duty, Mr.Torres, was a very hospitable, wise Man who promptly opened the store at 10 a.m., on Sunday, and got me checked out swiftly with a smile! I wish all Managers across the country treated their "customers"<(I strongly dislike the word Customer...like Bumpy Johnson said in the movie American Gangster,"It's so IMPERSONAL!".... with this brand of Retail Experience 'Dollar Tree' level of Service!!!!

Dollar Tree employees here are always attentive and very personable. All guests know the popularity of the store and are always understanding when it comes to waiting in line and product availability, but the employees practice of People First trumps that every time!

My mom and I were coming out the car to come inside the store when an older black man (not sure if he was the manager) came out and told us to move from our spot (we parked at the very front). Until we left, he kept staring us down so we just decided to leave the area. We weren’t parked in a handicap spot or somewhere you aren’t allowed so I didn’t understand why he told us to move. It was a very uncomfortable experience and felt attacked for no reason. Not sure if it’s because we’re Hispanic but I won’t be returning.

I'm so glad that we now have our own Dollar Tree in my neighborhood. No more driving out to Hwy 6 or to Hillcroft & Beltway 8. Nice sized store that is always very clean, organized and well-stocked. The staff are very customer friendly and accommodating.

Dollar Tree is a great neighborhood store. Every aisle is a must and the stock items meet both life's basic needs, and the sweet little luxuries. The store is always clean and the employees are pleasant and helpful. I give Dollar Tree a 5 star recommendation.

I went one day paid with a gift card, and I think one of the cashiers used the card because that was the last place I used my card and didn't use it after that. Be careful using a gist card over there. They used it on alibaba online shopping. I know for a fact that I didn't use the card after shopping there. I really would like my $20.60 from whomever decided to steal the card information but I know I will not get it back, I will never shop at that store again, they have employees that steal ppl information. Watch out!!!

Pros:Convenient location. Polite cashiersCons: items have not been stock the past 5 days. I came in almost a week ago for stationary items, boxes were piled up on the floor, came the next day same boxes, still items not stocked. Here it is FIVE days later, still not stocked.Also, the same green dry erase board has been in the same spot by itself in an awkward position in the incorrect spot this since almost a week ago.

Today of all days..Mother's Day..I entered the store- no welcome. Approached checkout counter....no hello..no did you find e everything ok....only spoke when it was time to pay the total. More insulting..mask of I wanted a bag for my toilet tissue...No Jada..I like walking in the open with my purchases exposed. Why do you Hire check collectors rather customer service specialist????

I hate having to come to this locations(its the closest location to my house) here they seem to lock the doors 30 mins before the time on the door and its the most inconvenience I've had in the neighborhood. Just be sure you arrive a HOUR before the closing time noted to be sure you can get in.

Dollar Tree is the home of the true $1.00 stuff. I'm a rookie when it comes to dollar stores but Dollar Tree is a dollar store par excellence. It is obviously a victim of Covid 19 because they aren't "stacking it deep and selling it cheap". The shelves are kinda bare but we still know where to go for those things we gotta have.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whatever woman worked the register at around 230 on 4/18/21 needs to be fired! Was yelling at customers entering the store with their religious outfits and also demanded me to remove all my item's out of my hand basket and to be to return the basket at it regular place. THEN, walked off and did a balloon thing with a customer request who JUST walked in.

I arrived 10 minutes prior to store closing and the door was locked. The lady at the register rolled her eyes and grabbed her phone to check the time I assume and did not come to the door. She needs customer service training

This place never has anything good,chips or candy stuff is hollow and nothing is stocked everytime I come in.this place is dis organized and messy in this store location.just one cashier and nobody to help you for stuff and questions

I was their at 9:00am today the business on the map says it opens every day from 8-10 and they were in their and didn’t care to open the door nor come to the door and say they weren’t open yet about 4 customers left instead because of that matter .... if fire everyone their and get new crew that do care about customer service.... never laying foot their again!!!!!!
