Calvin is the worst customer service rep he should just be on inventory not out front helping customers. He's very rude this day and did not want to do work. Nasty demeanor even with the receipt did not want to process it so I get let him have it.

This store is super stocked with house hold items. It's a great way to shop pantry items as well. The service was awesome. Very polite and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. Till I checked out. I would definitely recommend to any bargain shoppers!

So I was here earlier today 10 -4-2020 to get a laundry detergent same other stuff and I could not go through any aisle because they have a load card in everywhere so I have decided to move one car out of the way So I can get through and then one of the associate jumped out of middle of nowhere and she was like don’t move that we are not responsible if you hurt yourself I’m like girl speaking of a safety hazard entire place looks like it’s a disaster So don’t yell at me.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I needed to stop and get my 1 year old niece a baby bottle literally pulled up at about 8:47pm because they close at 9:00pm and they wouldn’t allow me in the store because they were closing. I asked her what time do they close and she stated we closed now. I also have proof. I will never come here again. I will also email my videos to corporate. If you close at 9! Close at 9pm period

Takes too long to checkout, not enough cashiers, always a long line. They don't value customers, hate to think it's because of the locations, are they are cutting budget. Every time I go there it is a long line and 1 cashier. Love the store, customers service need to be updated (employee training needed). what happen to putting customers first, getting them in and out should be a priority. Are there any locations in Sugarland, Stafford

My opinion goes as follows. It is very congested in that store but I love it because it is a clean establishment, easy to access, and a few of the employees that work there are very kind. It has been times where I've gone in there and customer service was terrible and I was stuck on finding everything by myself. There was no acknowledgment, no type of assistance offered, and if you did ask for help it was frowned faces which kind of made me wonder why did those employees decide to work at this store if you would not want to be helpful or give good customer service.

I had the worst experience ever in this store this morning. I will never come here again. Worst customer service ever. Cashier start talking trash about me to the other cashier thinking that I knew no English. When I came up to her I confronted her in English and let her know that I did not appreciate all the trash that she had said about me. She started saying that she was not really talking about me. That she was talking about other customers. It was very unprofessional of her to talk trash about Hispanics thinking that we will not understand.

The store has plenty of your normal everyday use items that you might need. Everything from health and beauty, nutrition, baby stuff, and a great selection of food. They almost always have milk and eggs, bread, and cereal. They even have home goods ,toys, and automotive items..... I'd definitely recommend this store. I'd give it 5 *'s but some of the younger employees are kind of rude.....

They need an overnight staff to put up the truck. Every time I come in, the products are not on the shelf because there's only two employees working. Wendy, the manager, is very helpful and always friendly.

Staff is never helpful store is always cluttered has been with one register for the past month there's always excused at the corporate and send anyone down it needs to be fixed the store needs to be clean the managers and staff need to be more helpful since they are the only dollar store in the area they just need to step up because I've been driving further up the street too easily now the Dollar General or a Family Dollar Store just because of the service that I get out of that store there the shortest Panic lady very rude impatient but I see she's not there anymore but let's see what this other crew is going to be about because The lines We down the aisle and every time they ask for help they make it seem as though we are bothering them from doing nothing so yeah they need to do something better or they're going to lose a lot of business because a lot of people were complaining not sure how many will go and post a review but I'm posting my review

It's the best Dollar General store in the Houston area! I shop there., exclusively.They have courteous and friendly employees and management. Also check out Lee With Fast and Free for your housing 🏡 needs.

Found everything I needed-- didn't have to go to a larger store and endure massive crowds. Fast checkout, too. The only downside is I had a difficult time navigating the aisles because of stock clutter.

I just moved in the neighborhood and was happy to see them No Dollar General in that neighborhood.They do have a lot of boxes around, but I have notice it be in their toy department or that miscellaneous aisle. But I can usually find what I want or ask and they usually know. I do see the staff stocking. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

There trash the employees don't have no respect for the customers or the customers childern. The store Manger feels as if she needs to fit in with her employees instead of being a Manger an hiring more professional customer service reps.

Store has added alot of new stuff, also has a freezer with different frozen foods ice cream beer wine. Just still a lil messy no room for wheelchair, but im sure it will b fixed.

The store get over shipment which makes the store over crowded and unorganized. To where boxes are in isle and it becomes to look unpresentable. You may want to hve 3 on staff to do recovery of isle in rotation of shifts. You can't rely on customers to keep store in functional order.

Never fails every time i come to this location i deal with a rude employee. They never help you lazy assistance nothing works i always load my card there all of a sudden they load card bs lazy workers

It was just a quick visit to get dishwashing liquid and they didn't have the kind that I liked or used and the brands that they did carry we're rather expensive you can get them cheaper at Walmart for the size

As far as Dollar General is concerned this is one of the better ones. Dollar General is typically chaos on steroids (mainly customer related) but this one does its best to be organized.

it's Dollar General what are you expecting? They stay stocking items, so there's always boxes all over the place. The restroom is clean and the staff is friendly, they also had toilet paper.

The Dollar store has really come up with their home decor items. Prices are still pretty good as well.
